Oni koji redovito kupuju u Kauflandu sigurno su primijetili kako se ovaj trgovački lanac ponosi krilaticom “ Mi cijenimo tvoje vrijeme”.

I to ga cijene na specifičan način - tako da svakom kupcu koji u redu na blagajnu čeka dulje od pet minuta omogućava da zauzvrat dobije poklon bon u vrijednosti deset kuna, s time da je uvjet da istovremeno nisu otvorene sve blagajne.

Kako su potrošači posljednjih dana izuzetno osjetljivi na sve teme vezane uz trgovinu, tako se na društvenim mrežama zakotrljala rasprava o tome je li itko ikad zbog dugog čekanja u redu uspio ishoditi poklon bon od Kauflanda te koji su uvjeti pod kojima ih kupci mogu dobiti.

Odmah su se stali javljati mnogi koji tvrde da su pokušali iskoristiti ovo pravo, ali nisu uspjeli, zbog čega smo se obratili Kauflandu kako bi nam otkrili statistiku.

Iz ovog trgovačkog lanca su nam poručili kako je u posljednje dvije godine sve skupa 800 kupaca iskoristilo mogućnost poklon bona zbog čekanja duljeg od pet minuta, dok podatke o odbijenim zahtjevima nemaju.

”Sve što kupac treba napraviti jest javiti se na infopult i objasniti da je čekao odnosno čekala dulje od pet minuta”, pojasnili su iz Kauflanda proceduru.

Napominju također kako je iznos poklon bona s prelaskom na euro povećan. Umjesto 1,33 eura, kolika je protuvrijednost deset kuna, poklon bon sada iznosi dva eura, odnosno 15 kuna, poručili su.

Oni koji redovito kupuju u Kauflandu sigurno su primijetili kako se ovaj trgovački lanac ponosi krilaticom “ Mi cijenimo tvoje vrijeme”.

I to ga cijene na specifičan način - tako da svakom kupcu koji u redu na blagajnu čeka dulje od pet minuta omogućava da zauzvrat dobije poklon bon u vrijednosti deset kuna, s time da je uvjet da istovremeno nisu otvorene sve blagajne.

Kako su potrošači posljednjih dana izuzetno osjetljivi na sve teme vezane uz trgovinu, tako se na društvenim mrežama zakotrljala rasprava o tome je li itko ikad zbog dugog čekanja u redu uspio ishoditi poklon bon od Kauflanda te koji su uvjeti pod kojima ih kupci mogu dobiti.

Odmah su se stali javljati mnogi koji tvrde da su pokušali iskoristiti ovo pravo, ali nisu uspjeli, zbog čega smo se obratili Kauflandu kako bi nam otkrili statistiku.

Iz ovog trgovačkog lanca su nam poručili kako je u posljednje dvije godine sve skupa 800 kupaca iskoristilo mogućnost poklon bona zbog čekanja duljeg od pet minuta, dok podatke o odbijenim zahtjevima nemaju.

”Sve što kupac treba napraviti jest javiti se na infopult i objasniti da je čekao odnosno čekala dulje od pet minuta”, pojasnili su iz Kauflanda proceduru.

Napominju također kako je iznos poklon bona s prelaskom na euro povećan. Umjesto 1,33 eura, kolika je protuvrijednost deset kuna, poklon bon sada iznosi dva eura, odnosno 15 kuna, poručili su.

Poznati trgovački lanac dijeli bonove ako predugo stojite u redu, evo što kupci trebaju napraviti

Oni koji redovito kupuju u Kauflandu sigurno su primijetili kako se ovaj trgovački lanac ponosi krilaticom “ Mi cijenimo tvoje vrijeme”.

I to ga cijene na specifičan način - tako da svakom kupcu koji u redu na blagajnu čeka dulje od pet minuta omogućava da zauzvrat dobije poklon bon u vrijednosti deset kuna, s time da je uvjet da istovremeno nisu otvorene sve blagajne.

Kako su potrošači posljednjih dana izuzetno osjetljivi na sve teme vezane uz trgovinu, tako se na društvenim mrežama zakotrljala rasprava o tome je li itko ikad zbog dugog čekanja u redu uspio ishoditi poklon bon od Kauflanda te koji su uvjeti pod kojima ih kupci mogu dobiti.

Odmah su se stali javljati mnogi koji tvrde da su pokušali iskoristiti ovo pravo, ali nisu uspjeli, zbog čega smo se obratili Kauflandu kako bi nam otkrili statistiku.

Iz ovog trgovačkog lanca su nam poručili kako je u posljednje dvije godine sve skupa 800 kupaca iskoristilo mogućnost poklon bona zbog čekanja duljeg od pet minuta, dok podatke o odbijenim zahtjevima nemaju.

”Sve što kupac treba napraviti jest javiti se na infopult i objasniti da je čekao odnosno čekala dulje od pet minuta”, pojasnili su iz Kauflanda proceduru.

Napominju također kako je iznos poklon bona s prelaskom na euro povećan. Umjesto 1,33 eura, kolika je protuvrijednost deset kuna, poklon bon sada iznosi dva eura, odnosno 15 kuna, poručili su.
