Od 1. siječnja iduće godine kreće novi model mirovina. Novost je da obiteljska mirovina raste za 10 posto, a po prvi put udovice i udovci moći će zadržati svoju osobnu mirovinu i naslijediti dio mirovine preminulog supružnika, što do sada nije bilo moguće, piše HRT.

Model će obuhvatiti više od 155 tisuća umirovljenika, a prosječno povećanje iznosit će oko 510 kuna. Da bi se steklo pravo na ovakav model mirovine, morate imati 65 godina. Također, u trenutku partnerove smrti, trebate imati i sve druge uvjete za ostvarivanje prava na obiteljsku mirovinu.

"Primjerice, da su u trenutku smrti bračnog druga imali 50 godina života ili su se brinuli za djecu znači obavljali su roditeljsku dužnost. I, sljedeće - da zbroj osobne mirovine i dijela obiteljske mirovine ne prelazi 80 aktualnih vrijednosti mirovine što je trenutno 6.212 kuna", rekla je Melita Čičak, ravnateljica Uprave za mirovinski sustav u ministarstvu rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

Koji je postupak?

S obzirom na različitosti, svaki korisnik moći će u Zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje dobiti informaciju koji mu se model najviše isplati.

"Korisnici koji koriste samo obiteljsku mirovinu, a nije im priznato pravo na osobnu mirovinu trebat će prije zahtjeva za isplatu dijela obiteljske podnijeti zahtjev za ostvarenje prava na osobnu mirovinu ili obiteljsku", rekla je Maja Čakarun, predstojnica Ureda za odnose s javnošću HZMO.

Novi Zakon stupa na snagu prvog siječnja, a za njegovu provedbu trebat će oko milijardu i 400 milijuna kuna.

Od 1. siječnja iduće godine kreće novi model mirovina. Novost je da obiteljska mirovina raste za 10 posto, a po prvi put udovice i udovci moći će zadržati svoju osobnu mirovinu i naslijediti dio mirovine preminulog supružnika, što do sada nije bilo moguće, piše HRT.

Model će obuhvatiti više od 155 tisuća umirovljenika, a prosječno povećanje iznosit će oko 510 kuna. Da bi se steklo pravo na ovakav model mirovine, morate imati 65 godina. Također, u trenutku partnerove smrti, trebate imati i sve druge uvjete za ostvarivanje prava na obiteljsku mirovinu.

"Primjerice, da su u trenutku smrti bračnog druga imali 50 godina života ili su se brinuli za djecu znači obavljali su roditeljsku dužnost. I, sljedeće - da zbroj osobne mirovine i dijela obiteljske mirovine ne prelazi 80 aktualnih vrijednosti mirovine što je trenutno 6.212 kuna", rekla je Melita Čičak, ravnateljica Uprave za mirovinski sustav u ministarstvu rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

Koji je postupak?

S obzirom na različitosti, svaki korisnik moći će u Zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje dobiti informaciju koji mu se model najviše isplati.

"Korisnici koji koriste samo obiteljsku mirovinu, a nije im priznato pravo na osobnu mirovinu trebat će prije zahtjeva za isplatu dijela obiteljske podnijeti zahtjev za ostvarenje prava na osobnu mirovinu ili obiteljsku", rekla je Maja Čakarun, predstojnica Ureda za odnose s javnošću HZMO.

Novi Zakon stupa na snagu prvog siječnja, a za njegovu provedbu trebat će oko milijardu i 400 milijuna kuna.

Od 1. siječnja kreće novi model mirovina: evo koje se promjene uvode, prosječno povećanje iznosit će oko 510 kuna

Od 1. siječnja iduće godine kreće novi model mirovina. Novost je da obiteljska mirovina raste za 10 posto, a po prvi put udovice i udovci moći će zadržati svoju osobnu mirovinu i naslijediti dio mirovine preminulog supružnika, što do sada nije bilo moguće, piše HRT.

Model će obuhvatiti više od 155 tisuća umirovljenika, a prosječno povećanje iznosit će oko 510 kuna. Da bi se steklo pravo na ovakav model mirovine, morate imati 65 godina. Također, u trenutku partnerove smrti, trebate imati i sve druge uvjete za ostvarivanje prava na obiteljsku mirovinu.

"Primjerice, da su u trenutku smrti bračnog druga imali 50 godina života ili su se brinuli za djecu znači obavljali su roditeljsku dužnost. I, sljedeće - da zbroj osobne mirovine i dijela obiteljske mirovine ne prelazi 80 aktualnih vrijednosti mirovine što je trenutno 6.212 kuna", rekla je Melita Čičak, ravnateljica Uprave za mirovinski sustav u ministarstvu rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

Koji je postupak?

S obzirom na različitosti, svaki korisnik moći će u Zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje dobiti informaciju koji mu se model najviše isplati.

"Korisnici koji koriste samo obiteljsku mirovinu, a nije im priznato pravo na osobnu mirovinu trebat će prije zahtjeva za isplatu dijela obiteljske podnijeti zahtjev za ostvarenje prava na osobnu mirovinu ili obiteljsku", rekla je Maja Čakarun, predstojnica Ureda za odnose s javnošću HZMO.

Novi Zakon stupa na snagu prvog siječnja, a za njegovu provedbu trebat će oko milijardu i 400 milijuna kuna.
