Poziv APN-a bankama za kreditne subvencije, zaprimanje zahtjeva građana od 28. rujna
 APN je u ponedjeljak objavio poziv kreditnim institucijama za prikupljanje ponuda za sklapanje ugovora o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a kako se doznaje iz resornog ministarstva, zahtjeve građana u novom krugu prijava agencija bi trebala početi zaprimati od 28. rujna.

"APN poziva sve kreditne institucije koje na području Republike Hrvatske mogu prema posebnom propisu obavljati poslove davanja kredita na tržištu da dostave ponudu za sklapanje ugovora s RH, kojom se obvezuju odobravati subvencionirane stambene kredite i s tim u vezi obavljati poslove pod uvjetima i na način određen Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita ili pod uvjetima koji su za korisnika kredita ili RH povoljniji od uvjeta propisanih zakonom", stoji u pozivu objavljenom u dnevnom tisku i na internetskoj stranici Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN).

Ponude se dostavljaju najkasnije do 1. rujna 2020. godine do 16 sati, a njihovo javno otvaranje obavit će se idućeg dana, 2. rujna u 10 sati u prostorijama APN-a.

Po obradi ponuda i sklapanju ugovora o poslovnoj suradnji APN-a s kreditnim institucijama, 9. rujna bi trebao biti objavljen popis banaka koje će davati subvencionirane kredite, kada će biti poznate i efektivne kamatne stope za eurske i kunske kredite koje su pojedine banke ponudile.

Nakon toga, 14. rujna, slijedi objava oglasa o početku subvencioniranja stambenih kredita, u kojem će stajati da će zaprimanje prijava, koje banke u ime svoje klijenata predaju u APN, započeti 28. rujna, doznaje Hina iz Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.


Dosad više od 13 tisuća odobrenih zahtjeva za subvencije


Dosad je već provedeno četiri kruga prijava za subvencioniranje kredita, a kako stoji na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva, odobreno je već 13.029 zahtjeva za subvenciju, a u obiteljima koje koriste tu mjeru do sada je rođeno 1.751 dijete.

Po već ranije poznatim uvjetima, zahtjev za subvencioniranje stambenog kredita mogu podnijeti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće, i to do najviše 1.500 eura po četvornom metru odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. 

Subvencioniranjem stambenih kredita mladima se subvencionira plaćanje dijela stambenog kredita prvih pet godina otplate.
Za svako rođeno, odnosno usvojeno dijete u razdoblju subvencioniranja kredita, subvencija države produžuje za dodatne dvije godine.

Izmjenama zakona iz lipnja prošle godine, omogućava se produženje subvencija za dodatnu godinu po svakom djetetu i za obitelji koje već imaju djecu. To znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina.
Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

Poziv APN-a bankama za kreditne subvencije, zaprimanje zahtjeva građana od 28. rujna
 APN je u ponedjeljak objavio poziv kreditnim institucijama za prikupljanje ponuda za sklapanje ugovora o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a kako se doznaje iz resornog ministarstva, zahtjeve građana u novom krugu prijava agencija bi trebala početi zaprimati od 28. rujna.

"APN poziva sve kreditne institucije koje na području Republike Hrvatske mogu prema posebnom propisu obavljati poslove davanja kredita na tržištu da dostave ponudu za sklapanje ugovora s RH, kojom se obvezuju odobravati subvencionirane stambene kredite i s tim u vezi obavljati poslove pod uvjetima i na način određen Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita ili pod uvjetima koji su za korisnika kredita ili RH povoljniji od uvjeta propisanih zakonom", stoji u pozivu objavljenom u dnevnom tisku i na internetskoj stranici Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN).

Ponude se dostavljaju najkasnije do 1. rujna 2020. godine do 16 sati, a njihovo javno otvaranje obavit će se idućeg dana, 2. rujna u 10 sati u prostorijama APN-a.

Po obradi ponuda i sklapanju ugovora o poslovnoj suradnji APN-a s kreditnim institucijama, 9. rujna bi trebao biti objavljen popis banaka koje će davati subvencionirane kredite, kada će biti poznate i efektivne kamatne stope za eurske i kunske kredite koje su pojedine banke ponudile.

Nakon toga, 14. rujna, slijedi objava oglasa o početku subvencioniranja stambenih kredita, u kojem će stajati da će zaprimanje prijava, koje banke u ime svoje klijenata predaju u APN, započeti 28. rujna, doznaje Hina iz Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.


Dosad više od 13 tisuća odobrenih zahtjeva za subvencije


Dosad je već provedeno četiri kruga prijava za subvencioniranje kredita, a kako stoji na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva, odobreno je već 13.029 zahtjeva za subvenciju, a u obiteljima koje koriste tu mjeru do sada je rođeno 1.751 dijete.

Po već ranije poznatim uvjetima, zahtjev za subvencioniranje stambenog kredita mogu podnijeti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće, i to do najviše 1.500 eura po četvornom metru odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. 

Subvencioniranjem stambenih kredita mladima se subvencionira plaćanje dijela stambenog kredita prvih pet godina otplate.
Za svako rođeno, odnosno usvojeno dijete u razdoblju subvencioniranja kredita, subvencija države produžuje za dodatne dvije godine.

Izmjenama zakona iz lipnja prošle godine, omogućava se produženje subvencija za dodatnu godinu po svakom djetetu i za obitelji koje već imaju djecu. To znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina.
Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.

APN je u ponedjeljak objavio poziv kreditnim institucijama za prikupljanje ponuda za sklapanje ugovora o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita

 APN je u ponedjeljak objavio poziv kreditnim institucijama za prikupljanje ponuda za sklapanje ugovora o davanju subvencioniranih stambenih kredita, a kako se doznaje iz resornog ministarstva, zahtjeve građana u novom krugu prijava agencija bi trebala početi zaprimati od 28. rujna.

"APN poziva sve kreditne institucije koje na području Republike Hrvatske mogu prema posebnom propisu obavljati poslove davanja kredita na tržištu da dostave ponudu za sklapanje ugovora s RH, kojom se obvezuju odobravati subvencionirane stambene kredite i s tim u vezi obavljati poslove pod uvjetima i na način određen Zakonom o subvencioniranju stambenih kredita ili pod uvjetima koji su za korisnika kredita ili RH povoljniji od uvjeta propisanih zakonom", stoji u pozivu objavljenom u dnevnom tisku i na internetskoj stranici Agencije za pravni promet i posredovanje nekretninama (APN).

Ponude se dostavljaju najkasnije do 1. rujna 2020. godine do 16 sati, a njihovo javno otvaranje obavit će se idućeg dana, 2. rujna u 10 sati u prostorijama APN-a.

Po obradi ponuda i sklapanju ugovora o poslovnoj suradnji APN-a s kreditnim institucijama, 9. rujna bi trebao biti objavljen popis banaka koje će davati subvencionirane kredite, kada će biti poznate i efektivne kamatne stope za eurske i kunske kredite koje su pojedine banke ponudile.

Nakon toga, 14. rujna, slijedi objava oglasa o početku subvencioniranja stambenih kredita, u kojem će stajati da će zaprimanje prijava, koje banke u ime svoje klijenata predaju u APN, započeti 28. rujna, doznaje Hina iz Ministarstva prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.


Dosad više od 13 tisuća odobrenih zahtjeva za subvencije


Dosad je već provedeno četiri kruga prijava za subvencioniranje kredita, a kako stoji na internetskim stranicama Ministarstva, odobreno je već 13.029 zahtjeva za subvenciju, a u obiteljima koje koriste tu mjeru do sada je rođeno 1.751 dijete.

Po već ranije poznatim uvjetima, zahtjev za subvencioniranje stambenog kredita mogu podnijeti svi mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobravat će se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće, i to do najviše 1.500 eura po četvornom metru odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina. 

Subvencioniranjem stambenih kredita mladima se subvencionira plaćanje dijela stambenog kredita prvih pet godina otplate.
Za svako rođeno, odnosno usvojeno dijete u razdoblju subvencioniranja kredita, subvencija države produžuje za dodatne dvije godine.

Izmjenama zakona iz lipnja prošle godine, omogućava se produženje subvencija za dodatnu godinu po svakom djetetu i za obitelji koje već imaju djecu. To znači da će za obitelj koja već ima dvoje djece subvencija umjesto pet trajati sedam godina.
Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita.
