Zbog sumnje da je nožem pokušao ubiti brata neslužbeno doznajemo da je policija uhitila bivšeg zadarskog dogradonačelnika 46-godišnjeg Ivicu Vlakića.

Sukob o kojem je policija izvijestila u ponedjeljak, odigrao se u subotu, 11. studenog, u ranovečernjim satima u obiteljskoj kući u zadarskom predjelu Diklo nakon fizičkog sukoba tijekom kojeg je Vlakić nožem ozlijedio tri godine starijeg brata. 

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo Vlakić je bratu nanio desetak uboda nožem, no niti jedan nije bio u vitalni organ. 

Do sukoba je došlo zbog obiteljskih razmirica u trenutku dok se Vlakić u kuhinji branio od brata. Kada je shvatio što se dogodilo Vlakić je zvao u pomoć susjede, te pokušao pomoći. Bivši dogradonačelnik inače živi u kući u Diklu sam s majkom, a brat im je bio došao u posjetu. 

Nakon napada 49-godišnjaku je pružena liječnička pomoć u zadarskoj Općoj bolnici gdje su mu konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede, odnosno desetak uboda nožem po trupu i rukama a protiv Vlakića je nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju podnijeta kaznena prijava državnom odvjetništvu, te je sinoć predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske.

Zbog sumnje na pokušaj ubojstva sudac istrage mu je odredio pritvor od mjesec dana zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke.

Vlakić je 2013. izabran za jednog od zamjenika gradonačelnika Božidara Kalmete s liste tadašnjeg koalicijskog partnera HSP Ante Starčević koja se nakon jednog u nizu raskola među pravašima pretvorila u Moderne demokratske snage (MODES). Na mjestu zamjenika gradonačelnika bio je do 2017.godine.

Ovo je drugi put da se našao pod kriminalističkom obradom zadarske policije. Tužiteljstvo je još prije tri godine pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru podiglo optužnicu protiv Vlakića zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela protiv javnog reda nedozvoljenim posjedovanjem, izradom i nabavljanjem oružja i eksplozivnih tvari.

U optužnici mu se stavlja na teret da je 7. studenog 2019. godine u obiteljskoj kući u Zadru; protivno odredbama Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građ bez ovlaštenja nadležnog tijela držao četiri spremnika za dugo vatreno oružje, te više komada raznog streljiva vojnog podrijetla.

To je učinio iako je bio svjestan da je zabranjeno držati dugo vatreno oružje koje omogućuje ispaljivanje više od jedanaest naboja bez ponovnog punjenja ako je spremnik kapaciteta većeg od deset naboja dio vatrenog oružja  ili ako je u njega umetnut odvojivi spremnik kapaciteta većeg od deset naboja, pa stoga spada u kategoriju A.

Iako ga se zbog optužnice tada povezivalo s jednom od najvećih afera u OS RH, aferom ‘Municija‘, tijekom koje je prijavljen, Vlakić je to demantirao, a optužnica protiv njega je podignuta isti dan, ali izdvojena od ostalih optuženika koji se terete za šverc oružjem iz vojne baze u Zemuniku.

Zbog sumnje da je nožem pokušao ubiti brata neslužbeno doznajemo da je policija uhitila bivšeg zadarskog dogradonačelnika 46-godišnjeg Ivicu Vlakića.

Sukob o kojem je policija izvijestila u ponedjeljak, odigrao se u subotu, 11. studenog, u ranovečernjim satima u obiteljskoj kući u zadarskom predjelu Diklo nakon fizičkog sukoba tijekom kojeg je Vlakić nožem ozlijedio tri godine starijeg brata. 

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo Vlakić je bratu nanio desetak uboda nožem, no niti jedan nije bio u vitalni organ. 

Do sukoba je došlo zbog obiteljskih razmirica u trenutku dok se Vlakić u kuhinji branio od brata. Kada je shvatio što se dogodilo Vlakić je zvao u pomoć susjede, te pokušao pomoći. Bivši dogradonačelnik inače živi u kući u Diklu sam s majkom, a brat im je bio došao u posjetu. 

Nakon napada 49-godišnjaku je pružena liječnička pomoć u zadarskoj Općoj bolnici gdje su mu konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede, odnosno desetak uboda nožem po trupu i rukama a protiv Vlakića je nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela ubojstva u pokušaju podnijeta kaznena prijava državnom odvjetništvu, te je sinoć predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske.

Zbog sumnje na pokušaj ubojstva sudac istrage mu je odredio pritvor od mjesec dana zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela i utjecaja na svjedoke.

Vlakić je 2013. izabran za jednog od zamjenika gradonačelnika Božidara Kalmete s liste tadašnjeg koalicijskog partnera HSP Ante Starčević koja se nakon jednog u nizu raskola među pravašima pretvorila u Moderne demokratske snage (MODES). Na mjestu zamjenika gradonačelnika bio je do 2017.godine.

Ovo je drugi put da se našao pod kriminalističkom obradom zadarske policije. Tužiteljstvo je još prije tri godine pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru podiglo optužnicu protiv Vlakića zbog počinjenja kaznenog djela protiv javnog reda nedozvoljenim posjedovanjem, izradom i nabavljanjem oružja i eksplozivnih tvari.

U optužnici mu se stavlja na teret da je 7. studenog 2019. godine u obiteljskoj kući u Zadru; protivno odredbama Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građ bez ovlaštenja nadležnog tijela držao četiri spremnika za dugo vatreno oružje, te više komada raznog streljiva vojnog podrijetla.

To je učinio iako je bio svjestan da je zabranjeno držati dugo vatreno oružje koje omogućuje ispaljivanje više od jedanaest naboja bez ponovnog punjenja ako je spremnik kapaciteta većeg od deset naboja dio vatrenog oružja  ili ako je u njega umetnut odvojivi spremnik kapaciteta većeg od deset naboja, pa stoga spada u kategoriju A.

Iako ga se zbog optužnice tada povezivalo s jednom od najvećih afera u OS RH, aferom ‘Municija‘, tijekom koje je prijavljen, Vlakić je to demantirao, a optužnica protiv njega je podignuta isti dan, ali izdvojena od ostalih optuženika koji se terete za šverc oružjem iz vojne baze u Zemuniku.

Pritvoren bivši zadarski dogradonačelnik zbog sumnje u pokušaj ubojstva: Ivica Vlakić napao brata nožem, zadao mu više uboda!

Zbog sumnje da je nožem pokušao ubiti brata neslužbeno doznajemo da je policija uhitila bivšeg zadarskog dogradonačelnika 46-godišnjeg Ivicu Vlakića.

Sukob o kojem je policija izvijestila u ponedjeljak, odigrao se u subotu, 11. studenog, u ranovečernjim satima u obiteljskoj kući u zadarskom predjelu Diklo nakon fizičkog sukoba tijekom kojeg je Vlakić nožem ozlijedio tri godine starijeg brata. 

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo Vlakić je bratu nanio desetak uboda nožem, no niti jedan nije bio u vitalni organ. 

Do sukoba je došlo zbog obiteljskih razmirica u trenutku dok se Vlakić u kuhinji branio od brata. Kada je shvatio što se dogodilo Vlakić je zvao u pomoć susjede, te pokušao pomoći. Bivši dogradonačelnik inače živi u kući u Diklu sam s majkom, a brat im je bio došao u posjetu.
