USKOK u novom kraku plinske afere tereti osumnjičene direktore Ine Damira Škugora i Stjepana Leku, te direktora velikog distributera EVN Croatia plina Vladu Marića da su oštetili Inu za oko 3,4 milijuna kuna koristeći se nezakonitim, antedatiranim ugovorima o kupoprodaji plina po fiksnoj cijeni.

Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, istražitelji su osujetili daljnji plan obuhvaćenih osoba, kroz koji su navodno trebali zaraditi još barem poneki milijun eura, naravno na štetu Ine.

Ostvarena ilegalna zarada od 3,4 milijuna kuna, prema optužbi, odnosi se na prodani plin EVN-u u razdoblju 2021./2022., kada su Škugor i Leko u dogovoru s direktorom EVN-a Mandićem antedatirali i ponude i prihvat ponuda i datum sklapanja ugovora između Ine i EVN Croatia plina. Istražitelji tvrde da se sve zapravo odvijalo tijekom kolovoza prošle godine kada je cijena plina porasla na više od 30 eura po megavatsatu, a da su prikazali kako su sve ugovorili u travnju i svibnju te godine čime su opravdali ugovorenu fiksnu cijenu od 20,8 eura/MWh. Po istom modelu sačinili su i dokumentaciju o poslovnoj suradnji za naredno razdoblje, za 2022./23. i 2023./24. godinu.

No, zanimljivo je da su dvojica osumnjičenih Ininih direktora, Damir Škugor i Stjepan Leko, kako ih USKOK sada tereti, zahtijevali od Vlade Marića da "njegova" tvrtka EVN Croatia plin bude posrednik za daljnje isporuke plina prema tvrtki OMS Upravljanje Gorana Husića i to od listopada ove pa sve do rujna 2024. godine. Podsjetimo da je u osnovnoj istrazi tvrtka OMS Upravljanje u središtu plinske afere jer joj je Ina, zahvaljujući Škugoru, izravno ili preko Plinare istočne Slavonije isporučivala plin po fiksnoj cijeni od nepunih 20 eura po MWh, dok ga je OMS dalje prodavao tvrtki DXT iz Luksemburga po cijeni od 60 pa do 200 eura po MWh, ostvarivši pritom ilegalnu zaradu, a na štetu Ine, od preko milijardu kuna. Praktično polovica tog iznosa slila se na račun oca Damira Škugora, šibenskog umirovljenika Dane Škugora.

Istražitelji su u međuvremenu došli do dokumentacije iz koje proizlazi da je sve već bilo na papiru pripremljeno za "južni tok" isporuke plina prema OMS-u, preko EVN Croatia plina koji isporučuje plin krajnjim korisnicima mahom na području Dalmacije.

Škugor i Leko, tvrde istražitelji, već su pripremili i potpisali ugovor o prodaji prirodnog plina s EVN-om, a u kojemu su neistinito naveli datum zaključenja 29. listopada 2021. za isporuku ukupno 24 tisuće megavatsati za razdoblje od listopada 2022. do rujna 2024. godine. Ugovorena je fiksna cijena od 33,96 eura po MWh za prvu godinu te 32,06 eura za 2023./24. Inini direktori usto su odmah pripremili i aneks ugovora kojim se isporuka tih količina plina dalje preusmjerava na tvrtku OMS upravljanju. Prema optužbi USKOK-a, direktor EVN-a Vlado Marić potpisao je taj aneks na traženje Damira Škugora, te je sukladno njegovoj uputi dogovorio s Goranom Husićem prijenos ugovorenih količina plina na njegov OMS Upravljanje.

S obzirom na fiksnu ugovorenu cijenu od najvišem 34 eura/MWh, i činjenicu da je trenutna cijena na burzi viša od 140 eura/MWh, (a bila je i značajno viša), da im je plan prošao, upravo bi tijekom ovog mjeseca počeli ostvarivati, višestruku zaradu, veću od 100 eura po megavatsatu.

USKOK u novom kraku plinske afere tereti osumnjičene direktore Ine Damira Škugora i Stjepana Leku, te direktora velikog distributera EVN Croatia plina Vladu Marića da su oštetili Inu za oko 3,4 milijuna kuna koristeći se nezakonitim, antedatiranim ugovorima o kupoprodaji plina po fiksnoj cijeni.

Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, istražitelji su osujetili daljnji plan obuhvaćenih osoba, kroz koji su navodno trebali zaraditi još barem poneki milijun eura, naravno na štetu Ine.

Ostvarena ilegalna zarada od 3,4 milijuna kuna, prema optužbi, odnosi se na prodani plin EVN-u u razdoblju 2021./2022., kada su Škugor i Leko u dogovoru s direktorom EVN-a Mandićem antedatirali i ponude i prihvat ponuda i datum sklapanja ugovora između Ine i EVN Croatia plina. Istražitelji tvrde da se sve zapravo odvijalo tijekom kolovoza prošle godine kada je cijena plina porasla na više od 30 eura po megavatsatu, a da su prikazali kako su sve ugovorili u travnju i svibnju te godine čime su opravdali ugovorenu fiksnu cijenu od 20,8 eura/MWh. Po istom modelu sačinili su i dokumentaciju o poslovnoj suradnji za naredno razdoblje, za 2022./23. i 2023./24. godinu.

No, zanimljivo je da su dvojica osumnjičenih Ininih direktora, Damir Škugor i Stjepan Leko, kako ih USKOK sada tereti, zahtijevali od Vlade Marića da "njegova" tvrtka EVN Croatia plin bude posrednik za daljnje isporuke plina prema tvrtki OMS Upravljanje Gorana Husića i to od listopada ove pa sve do rujna 2024. godine. Podsjetimo da je u osnovnoj istrazi tvrtka OMS Upravljanje u središtu plinske afere jer joj je Ina, zahvaljujući Škugoru, izravno ili preko Plinare istočne Slavonije isporučivala plin po fiksnoj cijeni od nepunih 20 eura po MWh, dok ga je OMS dalje prodavao tvrtki DXT iz Luksemburga po cijeni od 60 pa do 200 eura po MWh, ostvarivši pritom ilegalnu zaradu, a na štetu Ine, od preko milijardu kuna. Praktično polovica tog iznosa slila se na račun oca Damira Škugora, šibenskog umirovljenika Dane Škugora.

Istražitelji su u međuvremenu došli do dokumentacije iz koje proizlazi da je sve već bilo na papiru pripremljeno za "južni tok" isporuke plina prema OMS-u, preko EVN Croatia plina koji isporučuje plin krajnjim korisnicima mahom na području Dalmacije.

Škugor i Leko, tvrde istražitelji, već su pripremili i potpisali ugovor o prodaji prirodnog plina s EVN-om, a u kojemu su neistinito naveli datum zaključenja 29. listopada 2021. za isporuku ukupno 24 tisuće megavatsati za razdoblje od listopada 2022. do rujna 2024. godine. Ugovorena je fiksna cijena od 33,96 eura po MWh za prvu godinu te 32,06 eura za 2023./24. Inini direktori usto su odmah pripremili i aneks ugovora kojim se isporuka tih količina plina dalje preusmjerava na tvrtku OMS upravljanju. Prema optužbi USKOK-a, direktor EVN-a Vlado Marić potpisao je taj aneks na traženje Damira Škugora, te je sukladno njegovoj uputi dogovorio s Goranom Husićem prijenos ugovorenih količina plina na njegov OMS Upravljanje.

S obzirom na fiksnu ugovorenu cijenu od najvišem 34 eura/MWh, i činjenicu da je trenutna cijena na burzi viša od 140 eura/MWh, (a bila je i značajno viša), da im je plan prošao, upravo bi tijekom ovog mjeseca počeli ostvarivati, višestruku zaradu, veću od 100 eura po megavatsatu.

Evo kako su Damir Škugor i kompanjoni iz Ine na štetu kompanije u džep htjeli spremiti još koji milijun eura

USKOK u novom kraku plinske afere tereti osumnjičene direktore Ine Damira Škugora i Stjepana Leku, te direktora velikog distributera EVN Croatia plina Vladu Marića da su oštetili Inu za oko 3,4 milijuna kuna koristeći se nezakonitim, antedatiranim ugovorima o kupoprodaji plina po fiksnoj cijeni.

Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, istražitelji su osujetili daljnji plan obuhvaćenih osoba, kroz koji su navodno trebali zaraditi još barem poneki milijun eura, naravno na štetu Ine.

Ostvarena ilegalna zarada od 3,4 milijuna kuna, prema optužbi, odnosi se na prodani plin EVN-u u razdoblju 2021./2022., kada su Škugor i Leko u dogovoru s direktorom EVN-a Mandićem antedatirali i ponude i prihvat ponuda i datum sklapanja ugovora između Ine i EVN Croatia plina. Istražitelji tvrde da se sve zapravo odvijalo tijekom kolovoza prošle godine kada je cijena plina porasla na više od 30 eura po megavatsatu, a da su prikazali kako su sve ugovorili u travnju i svibnju te godine čime su opravdali ugovorenu fiksnu cijenu od 20,8 eura/MWh. Po istom modelu sačinili su i dokumentaciju o poslovnoj suradnji za naredno razdoblje, za 2022./23. i 2023./24. godinu.

No, zanimljivo je da su dvojica osumnjičenih Ininih direktora, Damir Škugor i Stjepan Leko, kako ih USKOK sada tereti, zahtijevali od Vlade Marića da "njegova" tvrtka EVN Croatia plin bude posrednik za daljnje isporuke plina prema tvrtki OMS Upravljanje Gorana Husića i to od listopada ove pa sve do rujna 2024. godine.
