Kažu da je veloluški zaljev najzaštićenija luka na Jadranu, središte mediteranskih koćarica i mjesto okupljanja južnodalmatinskih ribara. Prepoznao je to i Upravni odbor FLAG-a Južni Jadran, prve Lokalne akcijske skupine u ribarstvu na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, koji je krajem prošle godine odabrao rekonstrukciju luške ribarnice kao strateški projekt.

Prezentacija ribarske proizvodnje i tradicije

U veljači 2020. godine, projektu Adaptacija ribarnice u Veloj Luci u sklopu Mjere 2.2. diverzifikacija/diferencijacija tržišta dodijeljeno je nešto više od 871 tisuću kuna. Još jedna dobra vijest je da je natječajem odlučeno kako će potpora finacirati stopostotni iznos adaptacije ribarnice, 85 posto sredstava osigurala je Europska unija, a 15 posto državni proračun.

Svrha je, kako pojašnjava načelnica Vele Luke Katarina Gugić, osigurati kvalitetnu infrastrukturu kako bi se jačala održivost gospodarske dinamike i ljudi koji rade u ribarstvu i akvakulturi.

Projekt će očuvati i prezentirati ribarske proizvode i tradiciju na području FLAG-a Južni Jadran, a nova, moderna i u potpunosti funkcionalna ribarnica omogućit će prikladan prostor za trgovinu lokalnih proizvoda ribarstva i akvakulture. Koliko ribarnica znači za najveće otočno naselje na Korčuli te što su sve napravili kako bi je adaptirali, objasnila je načelnica Gugić.

- Ribarstvo je oduvijek bilo važna gospodarska grana u Veloj Luci, očuvanje ribarstva je za nas Velolučane iznimno bitno. U posljednje četiri godine Općina je sufinancirala izradu projektne dokumentacije za projekt, a uložili smo i maksimalne napore da osiguramo bespovratna sredstva. Novouređenu ribarnicu otvorili smo krajem ožujka čime smo cijelom prostoru dali dodatnu vrijednost, prvenstveno u razvoju ribarstva i akvakulture - ističe načelnica Gugić.

Neugodni mirisi stvar su prošlosti

Javnim natječajem za izvođače je odabrana tvrtka Reliance iz Splita te tvrtka Tim Bolje iz Vele Luke, a odrađeni su brojni radovi.

Ribarica je dobila novi 'plivajući' pod, nove pregradne zidove i novi jednonastrešni krov, u svim prostorijama postavljena je nova keramika, a prije toga su zamijenjene kompletne elektroinstalacije i instalacije vode i odvodnje. Rekonstruirana ribarnica opremljena je suvremenim ribarskim alatima potrebnim za pohranu i prodaju ribe.

Ugrađena je oprema za klimatizaciju i ventilaciju te zračne zavjese u prodajnom dijelu ribarnice, ugrađen je i novi ledomat za proizvodnju lisnatog leda kapaciteta 950 kilograma na dan, nabavljeno je šest izložbenih stolova za ribu od nehrđajućeg čelika, višenamjenski perač, vage, sklopiva kolica i video nadzor.

Vremena kad su ribarnice bile kaotične tržnice neugodnih mirisa stvar su prošlosti, moderna veloluška ribarnica sa svojih 80 kvadratnih metara postavlja nove kriterije prezentiranja i trgovanja ribom na otoku, ali i šire.

Iako je vizualni identitet suvremene ribarnice daleko od općenitog poimanja trgovine ribom u Dalmaciji, tržnica je uz sav svoj sjaj zadržala mediteransku prepoznatljivost, a svojim visokim standardima, kako ističe načelnica Gugić, omogućit će razvoj ne samo ribarstva i akvakulture, već i djelatnosti poput turizma.

Nova brodica za zaštitu mora


Velolučani su dobili i novo, višenamjensko plovilo za očuvanje i zaštitu mora. Kako doznajemo od načelnice, društvu Komunalne djelatnosti dodijeljeno je nešto više od 530 tisuća kuna iz FLAG-ovog natječaja Jačanje zaštite prirodnih resursa kao preduvjet održivog razvoja.

- Svrha nabave plovila je očuvanje i zaštita mora, a količina otpada koja se iz godine u godinu pronalazi na morskome dnu pokazuje kolika je potreba za ovakvim projektima i kako je nužno nastaviti raditi na podizanju svijesti i edukaciji građana o važnosti zaštite mora. Jačanjem razine svijesti o potrebi zaštite mora i ujedno i povećavamo kvalitetu života, kako lokalnih stanovnika tako i turista - poručuje Gugić.

Kažu da je veloluški zaljev najzaštićenija luka na Jadranu, središte mediteranskih koćarica i mjesto okupljanja južnodalmatinskih ribara. Prepoznao je to i Upravni odbor FLAG-a Južni Jadran, prve Lokalne akcijske skupine u ribarstvu na području Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, koji je krajem prošle godine odabrao rekonstrukciju luške ribarnice kao strateški projekt.

Prezentacija ribarske proizvodnje i tradicije

U veljači 2020. godine, projektu Adaptacija ribarnice u Veloj Luci u sklopu Mjere 2.2. diverzifikacija/diferencijacija tržišta dodijeljeno je nešto više od 871 tisuću kuna. Još jedna dobra vijest je da je natječajem odlučeno kako će potpora finacirati stopostotni iznos adaptacije ribarnice, 85 posto sredstava osigurala je Europska unija, a 15 posto državni proračun.

Svrha je, kako pojašnjava načelnica Vele Luke Katarina Gugić, osigurati kvalitetnu infrastrukturu kako bi se jačala održivost gospodarske dinamike i ljudi koji rade u ribarstvu i akvakulturi.

Projekt će očuvati i prezentirati ribarske proizvode i tradiciju na području FLAG-a Južni Jadran, a nova, moderna i u potpunosti funkcionalna ribarnica omogućit će prikladan prostor za trgovinu lokalnih proizvoda ribarstva i akvakulture. Koliko ribarnica znači za najveće otočno naselje na Korčuli te što su sve napravili kako bi je adaptirali, objasnila je načelnica Gugić.

- Ribarstvo je oduvijek bilo važna gospodarska grana u Veloj Luci, očuvanje ribarstva je za nas Velolučane iznimno bitno. U posljednje četiri godine Općina je sufinancirala izradu projektne dokumentacije za projekt, a uložili smo i maksimalne napore da osiguramo bespovratna sredstva. Novouređenu ribarnicu otvorili smo krajem ožujka čime smo cijelom prostoru dali dodatnu vrijednost, prvenstveno u razvoju ribarstva i akvakulture - ističe načelnica Gugić.

Neugodni mirisi stvar su prošlosti

Javnim natječajem za izvođače je odabrana tvrtka Reliance iz Splita te tvrtka Tim Bolje iz Vele Luke, a odrađeni su brojni radovi.

Ribarica je dobila novi 'plivajući' pod, nove pregradne zidove i novi jednonastrešni krov, u svim prostorijama postavljena je nova keramika, a prije toga su zamijenjene kompletne elektroinstalacije i instalacije vode i odvodnje. Rekonstruirana ribarnica opremljena je suvremenim ribarskim alatima potrebnim za pohranu i prodaju ribe.

Ugrađena je oprema za klimatizaciju i ventilaciju te zračne zavjese u prodajnom dijelu ribarnice, ugrađen je i novi ledomat za proizvodnju lisnatog leda kapaciteta 950 kilograma na dan, nabavljeno je šest izložbenih stolova za ribu od nehrđajućeg čelika, višenamjenski perač, vage, sklopiva kolica i video nadzor.

Vremena kad su ribarnice bile kaotične tržnice neugodnih mirisa stvar su prošlosti, moderna veloluška ribarnica sa svojih 80 kvadratnih metara postavlja nove kriterije prezentiranja i trgovanja ribom na otoku, ali i šire.

Iako je vizualni identitet suvremene ribarnice daleko od općenitog poimanja trgovine ribom u Dalmaciji, tržnica je uz sav svoj sjaj zadržala mediteransku prepoznatljivost, a svojim visokim standardima, kako ističe načelnica Gugić, omogućit će razvoj ne samo ribarstva i akvakulture, već i djelatnosti poput turizma.

Nova brodica za zaštitu mora


Velolučani su dobili i novo, višenamjensko plovilo za očuvanje i zaštitu mora. Kako doznajemo od načelnice, društvu Komunalne djelatnosti dodijeljeno je nešto više od 530 tisuća kuna iz FLAG-ovog natječaja Jačanje zaštite prirodnih resursa kao preduvjet održivog razvoja.

- Svrha nabave plovila je očuvanje i zaštita mora, a količina otpada koja se iz godine u godinu pronalazi na morskome dnu pokazuje kolika je potreba za ovakvim projektima i kako je nužno nastaviti raditi na podizanju svijesti i edukaciji građana o važnosti zaštite mora. Jačanjem razine svijesti o potrebi zaštite mora i ujedno i povećavamo kvalitetu života, kako lokalnih stanovnika tako i turista - poručuje Gugić.
