Zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela podnesene su kaznene prijave protiv četvero hrvatskih državljana uhićenih u sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja o isplovljavanju ruske jahte pod sankcijama "Irina VU" i predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku, izvijestio je u subotu MUP.

U listopadu prošle godine oni su isplovili jahtom "Irina VU" sa zastavom Republike Hrvatske izvan teritorijalnog mora Hrvatske, iako je jahta bila obuhvaćena međunarodnom mjerom ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom po kojoj nije smjela isploviti iz Brodogradilišta i marine Betina na Murteru gdje je bila čuvana.

Istraživanjem je utvrđeno je da je prvoosumnjičeni 58-godišnjak u svojstvu kapetana, unatoč uručenoj Obavijesti o provođenju međunarodnih mjera ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom, organizirao i angažirao posadu koju su činili drugoosumnjičeni 35-godišnjak (također kapetan), trećeosumnjičeni 50-godišnjak i četvrtoosumnjičena 34-godišnjakinja te dvoje članova posade koji nisu imali saznanja o međunarodnoj mjeri ograničavanja, navodi Ravnateljstvo policije u priopćenju.

Kriminalističko istraživanje provodili su policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske i Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, u koordinaciji s Upravom kriminalističke policije Ravnateljstva policije, a četvero osumnjičenih predano je pritvorskom nadzorniku PU šibensko-kninske, dok su kaznenu prijavu protiv njih podnesene Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.

Inače, luksuzna jahta "Irina VU", koju su mediji povezivali s bliskim prijateljem ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, bila je pod sankcijama EU-a, SAD-a i Velike Britanije te je imala zabranu isplovljavanja. Bila je usidrena u Betini na Murteru, a potom je doplovila u Dubrovnik od kuda je u listopada isplovila prema Turskoj, prethodno obavivši policijsku i graničnu kontrolu te kontrolu Lučke kapetanije.

Zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela podnesene su kaznene prijave protiv četvero hrvatskih državljana uhićenih u sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja o isplovljavanju ruske jahte pod sankcijama "Irina VU" i predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku, izvijestio je u subotu MUP.

U listopadu prošle godine oni su isplovili jahtom "Irina VU" sa zastavom Republike Hrvatske izvan teritorijalnog mora Hrvatske, iako je jahta bila obuhvaćena međunarodnom mjerom ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom po kojoj nije smjela isploviti iz Brodogradilišta i marine Betina na Murteru gdje je bila čuvana.

Istraživanjem je utvrđeno je da je prvoosumnjičeni 58-godišnjak u svojstvu kapetana, unatoč uručenoj Obavijesti o provođenju međunarodnih mjera ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom, organizirao i angažirao posadu koju su činili drugoosumnjičeni 35-godišnjak (također kapetan), trećeosumnjičeni 50-godišnjak i četvrtoosumnjičena 34-godišnjakinja te dvoje članova posade koji nisu imali saznanja o međunarodnoj mjeri ograničavanja, navodi Ravnateljstvo policije u priopćenju.

Kriminalističko istraživanje provodili su policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske i Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, u koordinaciji s Upravom kriminalističke policije Ravnateljstva policije, a četvero osumnjičenih predano je pritvorskom nadzorniku PU šibensko-kninske, dok su kaznenu prijavu protiv njih podnesene Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.

Inače, luksuzna jahta "Irina VU", koju su mediji povezivali s bliskim prijateljem ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, bila je pod sankcijama EU-a, SAD-a i Velike Britanije te je imala zabranu isplovljavanja. Bila je usidrena u Betini na Murteru, a potom je doplovila u Dubrovnik od kuda je u listopada isplovila prema Turskoj, prethodno obavivši policijsku i graničnu kontrolu te kontrolu Lučke kapetanije.

ILEGALNO ISPLOVILIKazneno prijavljena hrvatska posada s ruske jahte, policija objavila što je otkrila

Zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela podnesene su kaznene prijave protiv četvero hrvatskih državljana uhićenih u sklopu kriminalističkog istraživanja o isplovljavanju ruske jahte pod sankcijama "Irina VU" i predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku, izvijestio je u subotu MUP.

U listopadu prošle godine oni su isplovili jahtom "Irina VU" sa zastavom Republike Hrvatske izvan teritorijalnog mora Hrvatske, iako je jahta bila obuhvaćena međunarodnom mjerom ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom po kojoj nije smjela isploviti iz Brodogradilišta i marine Betina na Murteru gdje je bila čuvana.

Istraživanjem je utvrđeno je da je prvoosumnjičeni 58-godišnjak u svojstvu kapetana, unatoč uručenoj Obavijesti o provođenju međunarodnih mjera ograničavanja raspolaganja imovinom, organizirao i angažirao posadu koju su činili drugoosumnjičeni 35-godišnjak (također kapetan), trećeosumnjičeni 50-godišnjak i četvrtoosumnjičena 34-godišnjakinja te dvoje članova posade koji nisu imali saznanja o međunarodnoj mjeri ograničavanja, navodi Ravnateljstvo policije u priopćenju.

Kriminalističko istraživanje provodili su policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske i Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, u koordinaciji s Upravom kriminalističke policije Ravnateljstva policije, a četvero osumnjičenih predano je pritvorskom nadzorniku PU šibensko-kninske, dok su kaznenu prijavu protiv njih podnesene Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.

Inače, luksuzna jahta "Irina VU", koju su mediji povezivali s bliskim prijateljem ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, bila je pod sankcijama EU-a, SAD-a i Velike Britanije te je imala zabranu isplovljavanja. Bila je usidrena u Betini na Murteru, a potom je doplovila u Dubrovnik od kuda je u listopada isplovila prema Turskoj, prethodno obavivši policijsku i graničnu kontrolu te kontrolu Lučke kapetanije.
