Proteklog vikenda konačno je, iz plićaka medulinskog zaljeva, uklonjen 16-metarski putnički brod "Franka" koji se počeo potapati  još 14. listopada, piše portal istra24.hr.

- Tako je, brod je na svu sreću izvučen! Sada se nalazi vezan u luci Medulin. Koliko znam, vlasnik pokušava osposobiti motor ne bi li ovih dana brod odveo na tegljenje na neku drugu lokaciju. Mogu vam također reći da iz broda nije iscurilo ništa nafte ni ulja, potvrdio je portalu Neno Lorencin, direktor medulinske tvrtke Buža koja je dan nakon potapanja broda, poduzela mjere predostrožnosti te oko 16 metara dugačke Franke postavila samoupijajuće brane kako ne bi došlo do eventualnog zagađenja mora i obale.

Kako piše ovaj portal, inspekcija sigurnosti plovidbe Lučke kapetanije Pula je brodu utvrdila barem devet nedostataka radi kojih je brod proglašen opasnim po okoliš i putnike te nesposobnim za plovidbu, i to još u svibnju 2020. godine.

- Brod za plovidbu nije sposoban, a vlasnik ga nije održavao, pa on predstavlja opasnost po osobe na brodu i opasnost za okoliš. Radi svega navedenog, protiv vlasnika kao pravne i odgovorne osobe, pokrenut je i prekršajni postupak, na koji je okrivljenik uložio prigovor. Trenutno je predmet na Visokom prekršajnom sudu Republike Hrvatske, izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Sukladno odredbama Pomorskog zakona vlasnik je bio dužan u razumnom roku potpuno ukloniti brod, pribaviti osiguranje ili drugo financijsko jamstvo, ovlaštenog izvođača radova i slično. U suprotnom, propisana je kazna za vlasnika koja iznosi od 25 do 300 tisuća kuna za pravnu osobu, navode iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Proteklog vikenda konačno je, iz plićaka medulinskog zaljeva, uklonjen 16-metarski putnički brod "Franka" koji se počeo potapati  još 14. listopada, piše portal istra24.hr.

- Tako je, brod je na svu sreću izvučen! Sada se nalazi vezan u luci Medulin. Koliko znam, vlasnik pokušava osposobiti motor ne bi li ovih dana brod odveo na tegljenje na neku drugu lokaciju. Mogu vam također reći da iz broda nije iscurilo ništa nafte ni ulja, potvrdio je portalu Neno Lorencin, direktor medulinske tvrtke Buža koja je dan nakon potapanja broda, poduzela mjere predostrožnosti te oko 16 metara dugačke Franke postavila samoupijajuće brane kako ne bi došlo do eventualnog zagađenja mora i obale.

Kako piše ovaj portal, inspekcija sigurnosti plovidbe Lučke kapetanije Pula je brodu utvrdila barem devet nedostataka radi kojih je brod proglašen opasnim po okoliš i putnike te nesposobnim za plovidbu, i to još u svibnju 2020. godine.

- Brod za plovidbu nije sposoban, a vlasnik ga nije održavao, pa on predstavlja opasnost po osobe na brodu i opasnost za okoliš. Radi svega navedenog, protiv vlasnika kao pravne i odgovorne osobe, pokrenut je i prekršajni postupak, na koji je okrivljenik uložio prigovor. Trenutno je predmet na Visokom prekršajnom sudu Republike Hrvatske, izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Sukladno odredbama Pomorskog zakona vlasnik je bio dužan u razumnom roku potpuno ukloniti brod, pribaviti osiguranje ili drugo financijsko jamstvo, ovlaštenog izvođača radova i slično. U suprotnom, propisana je kazna za vlasnika koja iznosi od 25 do 300 tisuća kuna za pravnu osobu, navode iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

tužan krajIz medulinskog plićaka konačno uklonjen potopljeni brod ‘Franka‘. Vlasniku prijeti sankcija i do 300 tisuća kuna

Proteklog vikenda konačno je, iz plićaka medulinskog zaljeva, uklonjen 16-metarski putnički brod "Franka" koji se počeo potapati  još 14. listopada, piše portal istra24.hr.

- Tako je, brod je na svu sreću izvučen! Sada se nalazi vezan u luci Medulin. Koliko znam, vlasnik pokušava osposobiti motor ne bi li ovih dana brod odveo na tegljenje na neku drugu lokaciju. Mogu vam također reći da iz broda nije iscurilo ništa nafte ni ulja, potvrdio je portalu Neno Lorencin, direktor medulinske tvrtke Buža koja je dan nakon potapanja broda, poduzela mjere predostrožnosti te oko 16 metara dugačke Franke postavila samoupijajuće brane kako ne bi došlo do eventualnog zagađenja mora i obale.

Kako piše ovaj portal, inspekcija sigurnosti plovidbe Lučke kapetanije Pula je brodu utvrdila barem devet nedostataka radi kojih je brod proglašen opasnim po okoliš i putnike te nesposobnim za plovidbu, i to još u svibnju 2020. godine.

- Brod za plovidbu nije sposoban, a vlasnik ga nije održavao, pa on predstavlja opasnost po osobe na brodu i opasnost za okoliš. Radi svega navedenog, protiv vlasnika kao pravne i odgovorne osobe, pokrenut je i prekršajni postupak, na koji je okrivljenik uložio prigovor. Trenutno je predmet na Visokom prekršajnom sudu Republike Hrvatske, izvijestili su iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.

Sukladno odredbama Pomorskog zakona vlasnik je bio dužan u razumnom roku potpuno ukloniti brod, pribaviti osiguranje ili drugo financijsko jamstvo, ovlaštenog izvođača radova i slično. U suprotnom, propisana je kazna za vlasnika koja iznosi od 25 do 300 tisuća kuna za pravnu osobu, navode iz Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture.
