Volite li tunjevinu, po svoj je prilici često kupujete u konzervi - uvijek je dostupna, a i praktičnija je. No, tunjevina iz konzerve nosi određene rizike, a među njima je i pitanje porijekla. Znate li kako ćete brzo otkriti gdje je ulovljena tuna koja je završila u konzervi koju upravo držite u ruci? Samo pogledajte ambalažu, na poleđini bi ribolovno područje moralo biti označeno prema međunarodnoj klasifikaciji (FAO + odgovarajući broj).

Primijetite li oznake FAO 61, 67, 71, 77, 81 i 87, tuna je ulovljena u djelovima Tihog oceana u kojima postoji opasnost od radijacije. Da, njuklearna katastrofa u Fukushimi se dogodila prije 12 godina, no postoji opravdana bojazan da morski organizmi koji žive u obližnjim vodama još uvijek imaju povišenu razinu radijacije.

Premda su gore navedene oznake najveći znak za uzbunu, još je ribolovnih područja koja su pod povećalom zbog sumnji na različite vrste onečišćenja pa se tako nepoželjnima smatraju konzerve sa sljedećim oznakama:

FAO 21 – sjeverozapadni Atlantik

FAO 27 – sjeveroistočni Atlantik

FAO 27. III d = Baltičko more

FAO 31 = Centralno-zapadni Atlantik

FAO 34 = Centralno-istočni Atlantik

FAO 37.1, 37.2 u 37.3 = Sredozemno more

FAO 37.2.1 = sjeverni deo Jadranskog mora (ribolovno područje slovenskih ribara)

FAO 37.4 = Crno more

FAO 41 – Jugozapadni Atlantik

FAO 51 i 57 – Indijski ocean

FAO 61, 67, 71, 77, 81 i 87 – Tihi ocean

FAO 48, 58, 88 – Antarktik

Volite li tunjevinu, po svoj je prilici često kupujete u konzervi - uvijek je dostupna, a i praktičnija je. No, tunjevina iz konzerve nosi određene rizike, a među njima je i pitanje porijekla. Znate li kako ćete brzo otkriti gdje je ulovljena tuna koja je završila u konzervi koju upravo držite u ruci? Samo pogledajte ambalažu, na poleđini bi ribolovno područje moralo biti označeno prema međunarodnoj klasifikaciji (FAO + odgovarajući broj).

Primijetite li oznake FAO 61, 67, 71, 77, 81 i 87, tuna je ulovljena u djelovima Tihog oceana u kojima postoji opasnost od radijacije. Da, njuklearna katastrofa u Fukushimi se dogodila prije 12 godina, no postoji opravdana bojazan da morski organizmi koji žive u obližnjim vodama još uvijek imaju povišenu razinu radijacije.

Premda su gore navedene oznake najveći znak za uzbunu, još je ribolovnih područja koja su pod povećalom zbog sumnji na različite vrste onečišćenja pa se tako nepoželjnima smatraju konzerve sa sljedećim oznakama:

Volite li tunjevinu, po svoj je prilici često kupujete u konzervi - uvijek je dostupna, a i praktičnija je. No, tunjevina iz konzerve nosi određene rizike, a među njima je i pitanje porijekla. Znate li kako ćete brzo otkriti gdje je ulovljena tuna koja je završila u konzervi koju upravo držite u ruci? Samo pogledajte ambalažu, na poleđini bi ribolovno područje moralo biti označeno prema međunarodnoj klasifikaciji (FAO + odgovarajući broj).

Primijetite li oznake FAO 61, 67, 71, 77, 81 i 87, tuna je ulovljena u djelovima Tihog oceana u kojima postoji opasnost od radijacije. Da, njuklearna katastrofa u Fukushimi se dogodila prije 12 godina, no postoji opravdana bojazan da morski organizmi koji žive u obližnjim vodama još uvijek imaju povišenu razinu radijacije.

Premda su gore navedene oznake najveći znak za uzbunu, još je ribolovnih područja koja su pod povećalom zbog sumnji na različite vrste onečišćenja pa se tako nepoželjnima smatraju konzerve sa sljedećim oznakama:

FAO 21 – sjeverozapadni Atlantik

FAO 27 – sjeveroistočni Atlantik

FAO 27. III d = Baltičko more

FAO 31 = Centralno-zapadni Atlantik

FAO 34 = Centralno-istočni Atlantik
