Gdje je brodarstvo danas kada je riječ o privlačenju i zadržavanju kvalitetne radne snage, raspravljalo se na ovotjednom maritimnom forumu održanom u Singapuru, prenosi portal splash247.

Krenulo se od činjenice da se brodarska industrija trenutno suočava s nedostatkom talenata, što bi mogao biti problem u budućnosti.

"Ako ne prilagodimo svoje prakse, bit ćemo zaostali. Moramo hvatati talente iz novih tehnologija, posebice mlade, rekao je Smith, glavni direktor ljudskih resursa u BW Group, jednom od najvećih svjetskih brodovlasnika.

Rečeno je da je čak 250.000 ljudi otpušteno iz tehnološkog sektora posljednjih mjeseci, što je idealno ciljano tržište rada ako bi se brodarstvo moglo ispravno postaviti.

Mark O‘Neil, predsjednik Columbia Shipmanagementa, rekao je da brodarstvo mora pravilno upravljati ljudskim resursima, uključujući bolju komunikaciju, bolje uvjete rada, plaće, bolje mirovinske programe i zdravstveno osiguranje.

Upitan o tome kako pomorstvo učiniti atraktivnom perspektivom s obzirom na sve priče o autonomnim brodovima, John-Kaare Aune, izvršni direktor drugog upravitelja brodova, Wallem Group, rekao je delegatima: "Prenosimo poruku da je budućnost u ljudskom resursu. Stvar je u tome da se prema ljudima treba odnositi s poštovanjem, pružiti im priliku da pokažu i razviju svoj vještine i tako se nose s novim izazovima koji dolaze."

Nove generacije pomoraca će pak, morati pokazati više vještina, a popularizaciju pomorstva treba promovirati i po školama.

Statistika tvrtke za zapošljavanje Faststream, pokazuje da jedna trećina pomorskih novaka napušta ovaj sektor u roku od samo 12 mjeseci, a još uvijek je premalo žena koje ulaze u sektor pomorstva što treba promijeniti.

Gdje je brodarstvo danas kada je riječ o privlačenju i zadržavanju kvalitetne radne snage, raspravljalo se na ovotjednom maritimnom forumu održanom u Singapuru, prenosi portal splash247.

Krenulo se od činjenice da se brodarska industrija trenutno suočava s nedostatkom talenata, što bi mogao biti problem u budućnosti.

"Ako ne prilagodimo svoje prakse, bit ćemo zaostali. Moramo hvatati talente iz novih tehnologija, posebice mlade, rekao je Smith, glavni direktor ljudskih resursa u BW Group, jednom od najvećih svjetskih brodovlasnika.

Rečeno je da je čak 250.000 ljudi otpušteno iz tehnološkog sektora posljednjih mjeseci, što je idealno ciljano tržište rada ako bi se brodarstvo moglo ispravno postaviti.

Mark O‘Neil, predsjednik Columbia Shipmanagementa, rekao je da brodarstvo mora pravilno upravljati ljudskim resursima, uključujući bolju komunikaciju, bolje uvjete rada, plaće, bolje mirovinske programe i zdravstveno osiguranje.

Upitan o tome kako pomorstvo učiniti atraktivnom perspektivom s obzirom na sve priče o autonomnim brodovima, John-Kaare Aune, izvršni direktor drugog upravitelja brodova, Wallem Group, rekao je delegatima: "Prenosimo poruku da je budućnost u ljudskom resursu. Stvar je u tome da se prema ljudima treba odnositi s poštovanjem, pružiti im priliku da pokažu i razviju svoj vještine i tako se nose s novim izazovima koji dolaze."

Nove generacije pomoraca će pak, morati pokazati više vještina, a popularizaciju pomorstva treba promovirati i po školama.

Statistika tvrtke za zapošljavanje Faststream, pokazuje da jedna trećina pomorskih novaka napušta ovaj sektor u roku od samo 12 mjeseci, a još uvijek je premalo žena koje ulaze u sektor pomorstva što treba promijeniti.

Gdje je brodarstvo danas kada je riječ o privlačenju i zadržavanju kvalitetne radne snage, raspravljalo se na ovotjednom maritimnom forumu održanom u Singapuru, prenosi portal splash247.

Krenulo se od činjenice da se brodarska industrija trenutno suočava s nedostatkom talenata, što bi mogao biti problem u budućnosti.

"Ako ne prilagodimo svoje prakse, bit ćemo zaostali. Moramo hvatati talente iz novih tehnologija, posebice mlade, rekao je Smith, glavni direktor ljudskih resursa u BW Group, jednom od najvećih svjetskih brodovlasnika.

Rečeno je da je čak 250.000 ljudi otpušteno iz tehnološkog sektora posljednjih mjeseci, što je idealno ciljano tržište rada ako bi se brodarstvo moglo ispravno postaviti.

Mark O‘Neil, predsjednik Columbia Shipmanagementa, rekao je da brodarstvo mora pravilno upravljati ljudskim resursima, uključujući bolju komunikaciju, bolje uvjete rada, plaće, bolje mirovinske programe i zdravstveno osiguranje.

Upitan o tome kako pomorstvo učiniti atraktivnom perspektivom s obzirom na sve priče o autonomnim brodovima, John-Kaare Aune, izvršni direktor drugog upravitelja brodova, Wallem Group, rekao je delegatima: "Prenosimo poruku da je budućnost u ljudskom resursu. Stvar je u tome da se prema ljudima treba odnositi s poštovanjem, pružiti im priliku da pokažu i razviju svoj vještine i tako se nose s novim izazovima koji dolaze."

Nove generacije pomoraca će pak, morati pokazati više vještina, a popularizaciju pomorstva treba promovirati i po školama.

Statistika tvrtke za zapošljavanje Faststream, pokazuje da jedna trećina pomorskih novaka napušta ovaj sektor u roku od samo 12 mjeseci, a još uvijek je premalo žena koje ulaze u sektor pomorstva što treba promijeniti.
