Našao sam čudnu nepoznatu ribu te bih molio identifikaciju ove vrste. Po meni je to nekakav glavoč, ali pretražujući literaturu nisam ga uspio točno identificirati, zbog čega se i javljam. Repna je peraja obla, a na leđima ima tri odvojene peraje od kojih samo prva ima koliko toliko krute šipčice, dok su sve ostale mekane. Boje su manje-više prirodne. Nažalost, nisam bio u prilici napraviti kvalitetniju fotografiju, jer su me i za ovu čudno gledali. Za ribu kažu da je ulovljena između Ulcinja i Italije na dubini preko 600 metara zbog čega je u ovakvom stanju. U trgovini nisu znali što je, ali su rekli da je to slučajni ulov koji se tek povremeno pojavi.

Na prvi pogled i meni je odmah ličio na glavoča, točnije na rod Lesueurigobius sp., te sam odmah i krenuo na pretraživanje literature vezane za taj rod. Moram odmah i kazati da su glavoči, po meni, definitivno najproblematičnija skupina riba za identificiranje u Jadranu, jer su uglavnom maleni i podosta slični. Da odmah i priznam kako neke glavoče, posebice one koji za cijelog svog života narastu do 3-4 cm dužine, vrlo teško prepoznajem, jer za njihovu pravu identifikaciju doslovno morate imati mikroskop (lupu) pod kojima im možete promatrati sitne detalje običnom ljudskom oku nevidiljive.

Sitni detalji

Na sreću, naveli ste nekoliko sitnih detalja koji su pomogli, a to su dubina na kojoj je lovljen, te oblik repne peraje i tvrdoću šipčica leđnih peraja, što je s fotografije zasigurno nemoguće vidjeti. Kada se tome pridruže neki detalji koji se vide na fotografiji, primjerice velike ljuske čiji su obodi tamniji, kao i krajevi peraja, zatim zlatnožute pjege koje su vidljive i na perajama, te obojanost tijela, odnosno sivobjelkasto tijelo, smeđe izmrljano, s velikom sigurnošću bi se moglo reći da se ovdje radi o vrsti glavočić veleljuskaš, lat. naziva Lesueurigobius friesii, iako bih to kazao s određenom zadrškom, jer ovakve vrste definitivno nije uputno identificirati samo s fotografije.

Ovdje moram reći i da se jedan detalj ne slaže, a to je broj leđnih peraja za koje vi navodite kako ih ima tri, dok ih ova vrsta ima dvije. Ipak, iz terenskog rada znam brojne slučajeve da se, posebice kod manjih vrsta, prilikom manipulacije (najčešće unutar mreže koće) leđne peraje razbiju na način da izgleda kao da ih ima i više nego što je to zapravo slučaj.

Dubina je jedan od osnovnih detalja koji je pomogao ovoj identifikaciji, jer je najveći dio glavoča koji žive u Jadranu dio priobalnih vrsta koje na te dubine, odnosno na 600 metara, ne zalaze. Naime, većina ih živi u 50-ak prvih metara dubine i malo je vrsta koje obitavaju i na otvorenom moru velikih dubina. Čak i za glavočića veleljuskaša brojni navodi ukazuju da živi tek do 150 m dubine, ali pomnije pretraživanje znanstvene literature otkriva da su primjerci ovog glavoča nađeni i dublje od 700 m, što ga stavlja na sami vrh među svojim srodnicima, kada se govori o rasponu dubine na kojoj obitava.

Ljubitelj mulja

Ovaj glavoč obitava u cijelom istočnom Atlantiku, od Mauritanije do Skagerraka i Kattegata. Nađen je u cijelom Mediteranu, pa čak i u Mramornome moru. Kriptobentička je vrsta te se zakopava u muljevito-pjeskovito i muljevito dno, a često se nalazi na području gdje obitava i škamp, pa ga se usljed toga i lovi pridnenim mrežama koćama koje upravo ciljaju škampa.

I podaci o njegovoj veličini su upitni, jer postoje različiti navodi o najvećoj duljini do koje može narasti. Ipak, prema novijim podacima, spada u srednje velike glavoče, jer maksimalno može narasti do 15 cm. Prilikom mriještenja jaja zakopava u mulj, a ženke to rade već kada narastu oko 5 cm duljine, jer tada počinje njihova spolna zrelost. Iako malen, živi relativno dosta dugo, jer prema istraživanjima doživi i 11 godina starosti. Hrani se malim crvima, rakovima i mekušcima.

Neobičan ulov na 600 metara dubine

Našao sam čudnu nepoznatu ribu te bih molio identifikaciju ove vrste. Po meni je to nekakav glavoč, ali pretražujući literaturu nisam ga uspio točno identificirati, zbog čega se i javljam. Repna je peraja obla, a na leđima ima tri odvojene peraje od kojih samo prva ima koliko toliko krute šipčice, dok su sve ostale mekane. Boje su manje-više prirodne. Nažalost, nisam bio u prilici napraviti kvalitetniju fotografiju, jer su me i za ovu čudno gledali. Za ribu kažu da je ulovljena između Ulcinja i Italije na dubini preko 600 metara zbog čega je u ovakvom stanju. U trgovini nisu znali što je, ali su rekli da je to slučajni ulov koji se tek povremeno pojavi.

Na prvi pogled i meni je odmah ličio na glavoča, točnije na rod Lesueurigobius sp., te sam odmah i krenuo na pretraživanje literature vezane za taj rod. Moram odmah i kazati da su glavoči, po meni, definitivno najproblematičnija skupina riba za identificiranje u Jadranu, jer su uglavnom maleni i podosta slični. Da odmah i priznam kako neke glavoče, posebice one koji za cijelog svog života narastu do 3-4 cm dužine, vrlo teško prepoznajem, jer za njihovu pravu identifikaciju doslovno morate imati mikroskop (lupu) pod kojima im možete promatrati sitne detalje običnom ljudskom oku nevidiljive.

Sitni detalji

Na sreću, naveli ste nekoliko sitnih detalja koji su pomogli, a to su dubina na kojoj je lovljen, te oblik repne peraje i tvrdoću šipčica leđnih peraja, što je s fotografije zasigurno nemoguće vidjeti. Kada se tome pridruže neki detalji koji se vide na fotografiji, primjerice velike ljuske čiji su obodi tamniji, kao i krajevi peraja, zatim zlatnožute pjege koje su vidljive i na perajama, te obojanost tijela, odnosno sivobjelkasto tijelo, smeđe izmrljano, s velikom sigurnošću bi se moglo reći da se ovdje radi o vrsti glavočić veleljuskaš, lat. naziva Lesueurigobius friesii, iako bih to kazao s određenom zadrškom, jer ovakve vrste definitivno nije uputno identificirati samo s fotografije.

Ovdje moram reći i da se jedan detalj ne slaže, a to je broj leđnih peraja za koje vi navodite kako ih ima tri, dok ih ova vrsta ima dvije. Ipak, iz terenskog rada znam brojne slučajeve da se, posebice kod manjih vrsta, prilikom manipulacije (najčešće unutar mreže koće) leđne peraje razbiju na način da izgleda kao da ih ima i više nego što je to zapravo slučaj.

Dubina je jedan od osnovnih detalja koji je pomogao ovoj identifikaciji, jer je najveći dio glavoča koji žive u Jadranu dio priobalnih vrsta koje na te dubine, odnosno na 600 metara, ne zalaze. Naime, većina ih živi u 50-ak prvih metara dubine i malo je vrsta koje obitavaju i na otvorenom moru velikih dubina. Čak i za glavočića veleljuskaša brojni navodi ukazuju da živi tek do 150 m dubine, ali pomnije pretraživanje znanstvene literature otkriva da su primjerci ovog glavoča nađeni i dublje od 700 m, što ga stavlja na sami vrh među svojim srodnicima, kada se govori o rasponu dubine na kojoj obitava.

Ljubitelj mulja

Ovaj glavoč obitava u cijelom istočnom Atlantiku, od Mauritanije do Skagerraka i Kattegata. Nađen je u cijelom Mediteranu, pa čak i u Mramornome moru. Kriptobentička je vrsta te se zakopava u muljevito-pjeskovito i muljevito dno, a često se nalazi na području gdje obitava i škamp, pa ga se usljed toga i lovi pridnenim mrežama koćama koje upravo ciljaju škampa.

I podaci o njegovoj veličini su upitni, jer postoje različiti navodi o najvećoj duljini do koje može narasti. Ipak, prema novijim podacima, spada u srednje velike glavoče, jer maksimalno može narasti do 15 cm. Prilikom mriještenja jaja zakopava u mulj, a ženke to rade već kada narastu oko 5 cm duljine, jer tada počinje njihova spolna zrelost. Iako malen, živi relativno dosta dugo, jer prema istraživanjima doživi i 11 godina starosti. Hrani se malim crvima, rakovima i mekušcima.
