Nautički sajam u Cannesu je, poput slavnog filmskog festivala, središnje mjesto za predstavljanje trenutnih dosega europske kreativnosti. Najveći igrači za tu se prestižnu smotru pripremaju mjesecima i izloženim premijerama nastoje pokazati najnovija dizajnerska i tehnološka dostignuća. Unatoč nekoliko uspješnih brodova, hrvatska mala brodogradnja tamo nikad nije ostvarila zapaženu ulogu.
No, rezultat rada hrvatskih majstora mogao bi idućeg mjeseca potaknuti interes za našom zemljom kao izvorom kvalitetne radne snage konkurentne čak i škveranima s Dalekog istoka. Među 85 svjetskih premijera, organizatori sajma posebno ističu 17 metara dugu zelenu jahtu Trident 550 američke tvrtke Outer Reef Yachts.
Taj moderni trawler istisnine 28 tona ima štedljivi poludeplasmanski trup pogonjen najnovijom generacijom Cumminsovih POD-motora upravljanih joystickom, luksuzan interijer s prostranim salonom, četiri kabine i toaletna prostora, te veliku krovnu terasu za uživanje na otvorenom. Za nas je najzanimljiviji podatak da se tako tehnološki napredan brod zapravo gradi u Vranjicu.
Dizajnerski iskorak
Tvrtka Outer Reef Yachts dosad je na Tajvanu proizvela osamdesetak jahti tradicionalnog američkog dizajna dužine do 25 metara, a za ovaj tehnološki iskorak odlučili su se angažirati nova imena. Za dizajn su se obratili uglednom američkom projektantu Wardu Setzeru, koji potpisuje neke od najuzbudljivijih motornih jahti današnjice.

Odabir Vranjica zasluga je kanadskog poslovnog čovjeka Dona Marshalla, koji već devet godina živi u Splitu. U javnosti je poznat po projektu Arista za gradnju i remont jahti, a sada u halama pored nekadašnje tvornice Salonit djeluje pod logom Abel Yachts, tvrtke koju je osnovao s novozelandskim partnerima Geoffom Mayhillom i Grantom Willisom.
Da ne bi bilo zabune, brodogradilištem s pedesetak radnika i desetak kooperanata upravlja tvrtka Zephyr tehnologije direktora Arthura McQuade Hughesa, Marshallova nekadašnjeg partnera iz Ariste. Jedini Splićanin u menadžerskom timu je voditelj poslovnog razvoja i nabave Davor Paić.

– Nije lako raditi u Hrvatskoj, puno je birokracije, ali otkad ste ušli u Europsku uniju, stvari polako idu nabolje – rekli su nam Don i Geoff u svome malom uredu s pogledom na pogon i ispričali kako je došlo do suradnje na Tridentu.
Stolari i električari
– Poznavali smo Setzerove projektante jer smo s njima radili na nagrađivanom brodu NISI 2400. Imamo puno iskustva u brodogradnji i konkurentnu cijenu rada. Za ovu je sezonu dogovoreno 10 brodova, a ako sve bude u redu, dogodine planiramo proizvesti 20 jedinica.
Svi će biti s Cumminsovim motorima i POD propulzijskim sustavom jer nam to oslobađa više prostora u interijeru. Po našim izračunima, potrošnja će biti nevjerojatna. Pri brzini od 17 čvorova oba će motora trošiti 80 litara, na 12 čvorova 35 litara, a na osam čvorova samo devet litara dizela na sat – navode iskusni brodograditelji, hvaleći projekt štedljivog trupa.
S obzirom na veličinu interijera bogatog drvom oraha i trešnje, na proizvodnju se potroši 9000 do 10.000 radnih sati, tako da je natječaj za stolare stalno otvoren. Naravno, naši sugovornici napominju da uvijek nedostaje dobrih električara i plastičara.

– Dogovorili smo i da Vranjic bude Outer Reefov europski servisni centar, gdje će se održavati svi stari i budući brodovi. U pripremi su i Trident 650 i 750, te motorni katamaran Nautilus 44, koji s motorima snage 380 konja ide do 24 čvora.
Razvili smo liniju dizelskih bajbota LightWave, koji su dobro prihvaćeni na tržištu. Na velikim je brodovima problem skladištiti benzin za pentu, a dizela imate koliko hoćete. Na modelu od 3,5 metra ima mjesta za sedmero ljudi i Weberov mlazni motor snage 143 konja sasvim je dovoljan. Cijena je od 28 tisuća eura naviše, a tko želi, može naručiti i električni model Ampere – navode vranjički poduzetnici, najavljujući nova radna mjesta. A kako će kupci reagirati na Trident, vidjet ćemo u Cannesu.

Nautički sajam u Cannesu je, poput slavnog filmskog festivala, središnje mjesto za predstavljanje trenutnih dosega europske kreativnosti. Najveći igrači za tu se prestižnu smotru pripremaju mjesecima i izloženim premijerama nastoje pokazati najnovija dizajnerska i tehnološka dostignuća. Unatoč nekoliko uspješnih brodova, hrvatska mala brodogradnja tamo nikad nije ostvarila zapaženu ulogu.
No, rezultat rada hrvatskih majstora mogao bi idućeg mjeseca potaknuti interes za našom zemljom kao izvorom kvalitetne radne snage konkurentne čak i škveranima s Dalekog istoka. Među 85 svjetskih premijera, organizatori sajma posebno ističu 17 metara dugu zelenu jahtu Trident 550 američke tvrtke Outer Reef Yachts.
Taj moderni trawler istisnine 28 tona ima štedljivi poludeplasmanski trup pogonjen najnovijom generacijom Cumminsovih POD-motora upravljanih joystickom, luksuzan interijer s prostranim salonom, četiri kabine i toaletna prostora, te veliku krovnu terasu za uživanje na otvorenom. Za nas je najzanimljiviji podatak da se tako tehnološki napredan brod zapravo gradi u Vranjicu.
Dizajnerski iskorak
Tvrtka Outer Reef Yachts dosad je na Tajvanu proizvela osamdesetak jahti tradicionalnog američkog dizajna dužine do 25 metara, a za ovaj tehnološki iskorak odlučili su se angažirati nova imena. Za dizajn su se obratili uglednom američkom projektantu Wardu Setzeru, koji potpisuje neke od najuzbudljivijih motornih jahti današnjice.

Odabir Vranjica zasluga je kanadskog poslovnog čovjeka Dona Marshalla, koji već devet godina živi u Splitu. U javnosti je poznat po projektu Arista za gradnju i remont jahti, a sada u halama pored nekadašnje tvornice Salonit djeluje pod logom Abel Yachts, tvrtke koju je osnovao s novozelandskim partnerima Geoffom Mayhillom i Grantom Willisom.
Da ne bi bilo zabune, brodogradilištem s pedesetak radnika i desetak kooperanata upravlja tvrtka Zephyr tehnologije direktora Arthura McQuade Hughesa, Marshallova nekadašnjeg partnera iz Ariste. Jedini Splićanin u menadžerskom timu je voditelj poslovnog razvoja i nabave Davor Paić.

– Nije lako raditi u Hrvatskoj, puno je birokracije, ali otkad ste ušli u Europsku uniju, stvari polako idu nabolje – rekli su nam Don i Geoff u svome malom uredu s pogledom na pogon i ispričali kako je došlo do suradnje na Tridentu.
Stolari i električari
– Poznavali smo Setzerove projektante jer smo s njima radili na nagrađivanom brodu NISI 2400. Imamo puno iskustva u brodogradnji i konkurentnu cijenu rada. Za ovu je sezonu dogovoreno 10 brodova, a ako sve bude u redu, dogodine planiramo proizvesti 20 jedinica.
Svi će biti s Cumminsovim motorima i POD propulzijskim sustavom jer nam to oslobađa više prostora u interijeru. Po našim izračunima, potrošnja će biti nevjerojatna. Pri brzini od 17 čvorova oba će motora trošiti 80 litara, na 12 čvorova 35 litara, a na osam čvorova samo devet litara dizela na sat – navode iskusni brodograditelji, hvaleći projekt štedljivog trupa.
S obzirom na veličinu interijera bogatog drvom oraha i trešnje, na proizvodnju se potroši 9000 do 10.000 radnih sati, tako da je natječaj za stolare stalno otvoren. Naravno, naši sugovornici napominju da uvijek nedostaje dobrih električara i plastičara.

– Dogovorili smo i da Vranjic bude Outer Reefov europski servisni centar, gdje će se održavati svi stari i budući brodovi. U pripremi su i Trident 650 i 750, te motorni katamaran Nautilus 44, koji s motorima snage 380 konja ide do 24 čvora.
Razvili smo liniju dizelskih bajbota LightWave, koji su dobro prihvaćeni na tržištu. Na velikim je brodovima problem skladištiti benzin za pentu, a dizela imate koliko hoćete. Na modelu od 3,5 metra ima mjesta za sedmero ljudi i Weberov mlazni motor snage 143 konja sasvim je dovoljan. Cijena je od 28 tisuća eura naviše, a tko želi, može naručiti i električni model Ampere – navode vranjički poduzetnici, najavljujući nova radna mjesta. A kako će kupci reagirati na Trident, vidjet ćemo u Cannesu.
