"Zbog pandemije, naši brodovi nisu uprihodili 7 posto svoje vrijednosti. Sad smo dodatno kažnjeni jer nam se porezno ne priznaju kao rashod troškovi veza, servisa i amortizacije!", poručuju hrvatski čarteraši tražeći zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije.

U objavi za medije koju potpisuje Vesna Ivić Šimetin, direktorica Udruge nautičkog sektora Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) navedeno je kako se Zakonom i Pravilnikom o porezu na dobit, čarter kompanijama kao rashod priznaje amortizacija i pripadajući troškovi plovila, ali samo ako po osnovi korištenja, takvo plovilo u poreznom razdoblju ostvari prihod najmanje u visini 7 posto nabavne vrijednosti.

- S obzirom na koronom pogođenu skraćenu sezonu koja je trajala tek nešto više od dva mjeseca, više od pola brodova hrvatske čarter flote nije ostvarilo dovoljno prihoda niti kako bi pokrili svoje osnovne troškove! Da bi stvar bila gora, ti isti troškovi bit će porezno nepriznat trošak i za njih će se uvećati porezna osnovica te će zbog svega navedenog, čarter kompanije platiti porez na dobit. Plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona, a to su vez, osiguranje, dizalica, troškovi godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme te troškovi redovnog održavanja. Većina tih troškova su fiksni troškovi, bez obzira na to je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne - naglašavaju čarteraši.

Stoga je, poručuju, zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije od vitalne važnosti za poslovanje hrvatske nautičke industrije.

- Tražimo hitnu reakciju zakonodavca obzirom da se bliže rokovi predaje završnih računa, te nam je dovoljno teško raditi u ovim neizvjesnim vremenima i bez dodatnih nameta - ističu predstavnici čarter kompanija okupljenih u HUP-ovoj Udruzi nautičkog sektora.

"Zbog pandemije, naši brodovi nisu uprihodili 7 posto svoje vrijednosti. Sad smo dodatno kažnjeni jer nam se porezno ne priznaju kao rashod troškovi veza, servisa i amortizacije!", poručuju hrvatski čarteraši tražeći zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije.

U objavi za medije koju potpisuje Vesna Ivić Šimetin, direktorica Udruge nautičkog sektora Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) navedeno je kako se Zakonom i Pravilnikom o porezu na dobit, čarter kompanijama kao rashod priznaje amortizacija i pripadajući troškovi plovila, ali samo ako po osnovi korištenja, takvo plovilo u poreznom razdoblju ostvari prihod najmanje u visini 7 posto nabavne vrijednosti.

- S obzirom na koronom pogođenu skraćenu sezonu koja je trajala tek nešto više od dva mjeseca, više od pola brodova hrvatske čarter flote nije ostvarilo dovoljno prihoda niti kako bi pokrili svoje osnovne troškove! Da bi stvar bila gora, ti isti troškovi bit će porezno nepriznat trošak i za njih će se uvećati porezna osnovica te će zbog svega navedenog, čarter kompanije platiti porez na dobit. Plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona, a to su vez, osiguranje, dizalica, troškovi godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme te troškovi redovnog održavanja. Većina tih troškova su fiksni troškovi, bez obzira na to je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne - naglašavaju čarteraši.

Stoga je, poručuju, zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije od vitalne važnosti za poslovanje hrvatske nautičke industrije.

- Tražimo hitnu reakciju zakonodavca obzirom da se bliže rokovi predaje završnih računa, te nam je dovoljno teško raditi u ovim neizvjesnim vremenima i bez dodatnih nameta - ističu predstavnici čarter kompanija okupljenih u HUP-ovoj Udruzi nautičkog sektora.

"Zbog pandemije, naši brodovi nisu uprihodili 7 posto svoje vrijednosti. Sad smo dodatno kažnjeni jer nam se porezno ne priznaju kao rashod troškovi veza, servisa i amortizacije!", poručuju hrvatski čarteraši tražeći zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije.

U objavi za medije koju potpisuje Vesna Ivić Šimetin, direktorica Udruge nautičkog sektora Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) navedeno je kako se Zakonom i Pravilnikom o porezu na dobit, čarter kompanijama kao rashod priznaje amortizacija i pripadajući troškovi plovila, ali samo ako po osnovi korištenja, takvo plovilo u poreznom razdoblju ostvari prihod najmanje u visini 7 posto nabavne vrijednosti.

- S obzirom na koronom pogođenu skraćenu sezonu koja je trajala tek nešto više od dva mjeseca, više od pola brodova hrvatske čarter flote nije ostvarilo dovoljno prihoda niti kako bi pokrili svoje osnovne troškove! Da bi stvar bila gora, ti isti troškovi bit će porezno nepriznat trošak i za njih će se uvećati porezna osnovica te će zbog svega navedenog, čarter kompanije platiti porez na dobit. Plovila imaju visoke troškove hladnog pogona, a to su vez, osiguranje, dizalica, troškovi godišnjih pregleda i atesta sigurnosne opreme te troškovi redovnog održavanja. Većina tih troškova su fiksni troškovi, bez obzira na to je li plovilo bilo u upotrebi ili ne - naglašavaju čarteraši.

Stoga je, poručuju, zamrzavanje odredbi važećeg Zakona o porezu na dobit i Pravilinika poreza na dobit za vrijeme trajanja epidemije od vitalne važnosti za poslovanje hrvatske nautičke industrije.

- Tražimo hitnu reakciju zakonodavca obzirom da se bliže rokovi predaje završnih računa, te nam je dovoljno teško raditi u ovim neizvjesnim vremenima i bez dodatnih nameta - ističu predstavnici čarter kompanija okupljenih u HUP-ovoj Udruzi nautičkog sektora.
