Za ambicioznije nautičare, koji žele u svim situacijama točno i pouzdano znati svoju poziciju i kurs, poznata tvrtka Garmin potrudila se konstruirati i proizvesti uređaj koji će zadovoljiti i najzahtjevnije. Njihov napredni nautički satelitski kompas MSC 10 u tom je pogledu praktički bezgrešan, budući da u sebi ima prijamnik za višefrekvencijski GNSS sustav (L1 i L5 GPS) te za više konstelacija (GPS, Galileo1, GLONASS i BeiDou1), što mu omogućuje iznimno precizno pozicioniranje. Naime, višestruki prijemnici pružaju točnost smjera unutar dva stupnja, a budući da se MSC 10 koristi satelitskim signalima, ne morate se brinuti ni o magnetskim smetnjama koje se mogu pojaviti kod klasičnoga određivanja kursa.

MSC 10 se može upotrebljavati kao primarni senzor za autopilote i druge sustave na plovilu koji trebaju točne informacije o smjeru, s tim da mu brzina ažuriranja položaja od 10 Hz omogućuje bolje i detaljnije praćenje. Osim što daje precizne informacije o poziciji i smjeru plovidbe, MSC 10 također pruža točne informacije o okomitom i vodoravnom nagibu plovila, te o njegovu podizanju, čak i kad plovi u vrlo nemirnim vodama. Ugrađeni referentni sustav za pozicioniranje i smjer (AHRS) ujedno pruža bolje informacije o GPS smjeru pri velikim brzinama, pa su svi podaci koji se dobivaju doista iznimno precizni i pouzdani.

Sve izmjerene podatke uređaj putem mreže NMEA 2000 šalje u brodski ploter, na kojem se mogu iščitati. Dogodi li se, pak, izvanredna situacija, primjerice gubitak satelitskoga signala, MSC 10 će automatski prijeći na pomoćni sustav s magnetometrom i tako nastaviti davati pouzdane podatke u sustav brodske navigacije.

Dimenzije su satelitskoga kompasa (Š x D x V) 155,5 x 333,6 x 76,2 mm, težak je 810 grama, a s njim se dobiva i šest metara dug kabel za spajanje. Izrađen je od plastike visoke otpornosti, te ujedno vodootporne prema standardu IPX7. Uređaj MSC 10 tvrtka Garmin Hrvatska prodaje putem svoga webshopa za 1049 eura. M. Š.

Za ambicioznije nautičare, koji žele u svim situacijama točno i pouzdano znati svoju poziciju i kurs, poznata tvrtka Garmin potrudila se konstruirati i proizvesti uređaj koji će zadovoljiti i najzahtjevnije. Njihov napredni nautički satelitski kompas MSC 10 u tom je pogledu praktički bezgrešan, budući da u sebi ima prijamnik za višefrekvencijski GNSS sustav (L1 i L5 GPS) te za više konstelacija (GPS, Galileo1, GLONASS i BeiDou1), što mu omogućuje iznimno precizno pozicioniranje. Naime, višestruki prijemnici pružaju točnost smjera unutar dva stupnja, a budući da se MSC 10 koristi satelitskim signalima, ne morate se brinuti ni o magnetskim smetnjama koje se mogu pojaviti kod klasičnoga određivanja kursa.

MSC 10 se može upotrebljavati kao primarni senzor za autopilote i druge sustave na plovilu koji trebaju točne informacije o smjeru, s tim da mu brzina ažuriranja položaja od 10 Hz omogućuje bolje i detaljnije praćenje. Osim što daje precizne informacije o poziciji i smjeru plovidbe, MSC 10 također pruža točne informacije o okomitom i vodoravnom nagibu plovila, te o njegovu podizanju, čak i kad plovi u vrlo nemirnim vodama. Ugrađeni referentni sustav za pozicioniranje i smjer (AHRS) ujedno pruža bolje informacije o GPS smjeru pri velikim brzinama, pa su svi podaci koji se dobivaju doista iznimno precizni i pouzdani.

Sve izmjerene podatke uređaj putem mreže NMEA 2000 šalje u brodski ploter, na kojem se mogu iščitati. Dogodi li se, pak, izvanredna situacija, primjerice gubitak satelitskoga signala, MSC 10 će automatski prijeći na pomoćni sustav s magnetometrom i tako nastaviti davati pouzdane podatke u sustav brodske navigacije.

Dimenzije su satelitskoga kompasa (Š x D x V) 155,5 x 333,6 x 76,2 mm, težak je 810 grama, a s njim se dobiva i šest metara dug kabel za spajanje. Za ambicioznije nautičare, koji žele u svim situacijama točno i pouzdano znati svoju poziciju i kurs, poznata tvrtka Garmin potrudila se konstruirati i proizvesti uređaj koji će zadovoljiti i najzahtjevnije. Njihov napredni nautički satelitski kompas MSC 10 u tom je pogledu praktički bezgrešan, budući da u sebi ima prijamnik za višefrekvencijski GNSS sustav (L1 i L5 GPS) te za više konstelacija (GPS, Galileo1, GLONASS i BeiDou1), što mu omogućuje iznimno precizno pozicioniranje.
