Čini se da nam posljednjih desetak godine ni zimsko vrijeme ne ide u prilog. Iako svi osjećamo nagle promjene vremenske temperature, s navedenim će se najviše složiti meteoropati. Izraz meteoropatija obuhvaća tegobe neurovegetativnog sustava koje su usko povezane sa sve češćim klimatskim promjenama. Stoga će mnogi osjećati promjene raspoloženja, bolove u mišićima, migrene, napetosti tijela, snenost preko dana ili nesanicu po noći. Također, oni s kroničnim bolestima će jednako tako primijetiti poteškoće u kontroli svog stanja, piše Živim.
Kako si pomoći?
Možda ne možemo u potpunosti djelovati na klimatske promjene, no možemo posegnuti za pripravcima iz prirode - čajevima.
Čaj od ehinaceje
Biljku ehinaceju često nazivaju prirodnim antibiotikom. Izuzetna je za jačanje imunosnog sustava, djelotvorna u borbi protiv prehlade, kašlja i groznice, a poslužit će i kao odličan napitak kod temperaturnih promjena.
Jednu čajnu žlicu čaja od ehinaceje prelijte s dva decilitra kipuće vode.
Ostavite poklopljeno 10 do 15 minuta, a potom procijediti.
Čaj pijte kroz dan tri puta po jednu šalicu dnevno, najbolje nezaslađen. U suprotnom dodajte žlicu meda.
Čaj od matičnjaka
Matičnjak odnosno melisa poznata je biljka koja mirisom podsjeća na limun. Najčešće je spominjemo kao biljku koja djeluje umirujuće na tijelo pa ćemo za njom posegnuti u stanjima stresa. Između ostalog bogata je vitaminom C, beta karotenom. Osim kod stanja napetosti melisa je korisna protiv bolova u trbuhu, mučnine i kolitisa. S opuštajućim i anksiolitičkim djelovanjem, smiruje živce, bori se protiv tjeskobe i pomaže nam da se nosimo s teškim vremenima. Stoga je idealna za konzumaciju u obliku čaja i kod naglih temperaturnih promjena.
Postupak za čaj je isti kao i kod ehinaceje. Stavite žlicu osušenih listova matičnjaka u šalicu kipuće vode, poklopite i ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta te procijedite.
Čaj od valerijane
Ako patite od nesanice, pomoći će vam ispijanje čaja od valerijane. Ova biljka učinkovito djeluje kod opuštanja živčanog sustava.
Čajnu žličicu valerijane prelijte s dva decilitra vruće vode te ostaviti da odstoji 20-ak minuta.
Procijedite i pijte šalicu do dvije na dan, a zadnju sat vremena prije odlaska na spavanje.
Čajevi za kronične bolesnike s respiratornim bolestima
U slučajevima pojave guste magle i visoke zasićenosti zraka bolesnici s kroničnim bolestima mogu posegnuti za čajevima od anđelike, ginkga te đumbira.
Uz navedene biljne pripravke preporučuje se uzimanje dodataka magnezija i vitamina B skupine.

Čini se da nam posljednjih desetak godine ni zimsko vrijeme ne ide u prilog. Iako svi osjećamo nagle promjene vremenske temperature, s navedenim će se najviše složiti meteoropati. Izraz meteoropatija obuhvaća tegobe neurovegetativnog sustava koje su usko povezane sa sve češćim klimatskim promjenama. Stoga će mnogi osjećati promjene raspoloženja, bolove u mišićima, migrene, napetosti tijela, snenost preko dana ili nesanicu po noći. Također, oni s kroničnim bolestima će jednako tako primijetiti poteškoće u kontroli svog stanja, piše Živim.
Kako si pomoći?
Možda ne možemo u potpunosti djelovati na klimatske promjene, no možemo posegnuti za pripravcima iz prirode - čajevima.
Čaj od ehinaceje
Biljku ehinaceju često nazivaju prirodnim antibiotikom. Izuzetna je za jačanje imunosnog sustava, djelotvorna u borbi protiv prehlade, kašlja i groznice, a poslužit će i kao odličan napitak kod temperaturnih promjena.
Jednu čajnu žlicu čaja od ehinaceje prelijte s dva decilitra kipuće vode.
Ostavite poklopljeno 10 do 15 minuta, a potom procijediti.
Čaj pijte kroz dan tri puta po jednu šalicu dnevno, najbolje nezaslađen. U suprotnom dodajte žlicu meda.
Čaj od matičnjaka
Matičnjak odnosno melisa poznata je biljka koja mirisom podsjeća na limun. Najčešće je spominjemo kao biljku koja djeluje umirujuće na tijelo pa ćemo za njom posegnuti u stanjima stresa. Između ostalog bogata je vitaminom C, beta karotenom. Osim kod stanja napetosti melisa je korisna protiv bolova u trbuhu, mučnine i kolitisa. S opuštajućim i anksiolitičkim djelovanjem, smiruje živce, bori se protiv tjeskobe i pomaže nam da se nosimo s teškim vremenima. Stoga je idealna za konzumaciju u obliku čaja i kod naglih temperaturnih promjena.
Postupak za čaj je isti kao i kod ehinaceje. Stavite žlicu osušenih listova matičnjaka u šalicu kipuće vode, poklopite i ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta te procijedite.
Čaj od valerijane
Ako patite od nesanice, pomoći će vam ispijanje čaja od valerijane. Ova biljka učinkovito djeluje kod opuštanja živčanog sustava.
Čajnu žličicu valerijane prelijte s dva decilitra vruće vode te ostaviti da odstoji 20-ak minuta.
Procijedite i pijte šalicu do dvije na dan, a zadnju sat vremena prije odlaska na spavanje.
Čajevi za kronične bolesnike s respiratornim bolestima
U slučajevima pojave guste magle i visoke zasićenosti zraka bolesnici s kroničnim bolestima mogu posegnuti za čajevima od anđelike, ginkga te đumbira.
Uz navedene biljne pripravke preporučuje se uzimanje dodataka magnezija i vitamina B skupine.
