Kako ispeći krumpire da budu potpuno hrskavi, skoro kao čips? Ako ste ljubitelj hrskavo pečene hrane, ovo vam je pitanje sigurno već palo napamet. Možete ih, naravno, narezati nešto tanje no inače pa će se bolje ispeći i zahrskaviti, ali ponekad nam krumpiri nalik na čips jednostavno ne odgovaraju - a jedna od tih situacija svakako je božićni ručak. Dakle, što napraviti?

Mi smo pronašli odgovor i to na Instagramu Zdravko kulinarko, na kojem uvijek naletimo na dobre ideje i recepte. Prema receptu koji vam prenosimo uz dopuštenje simpatičnog blogera koji stoji iza ovog profila, krumpiri će vam biti vrlo lijepo pečeni i jednako ukusni jer neće biti one mekane i neslane sredine koju nitko ne voli.

Tajna je u tome da se krumpir puno puta paralelno zareže, ali ne do kraja, a kako bi vam to uspjelo trebat će vam dva štapića. U priloženom videu vidjet ćete kako se točno treba postupiti, ali najprije evo vam recept.

Hrskavi krumpirići

Sastojci:

400 g manjih bijelih krumpira
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
1/2 žlice svježeg ružmarina 
2 režnja češnjaka
sol, papar

Priprema:

Krumpire dobro operite, ali nemojte ih oguliti. Zarežite ih više puta poprijeko, pazeći da ne zarežete do kraja. Kako biste to osigurali poslužite se štapićima, žlicama ili sličnim priborom)pogledajte u videu). 

Češnjak sitno nasjeckajte, dodajte ga na maslinovo ulje, ubacite nasjeckani ružmarin, sol i papar te sve promiješajte. Smjesom premažite krumpire tako da između svakog lista bude sloj smjese s češnjakom. Krumpir stavite u nauljenu posudu za pečenje zarezanom stranom prema dolje i pecite u pećnici 25 minuta na 220 stupnjeva.

Nakon 25 minuta izvadite krumpir i okrenite ga, premažite umakom i nastavite peći još 20-25 minuta.

Kako ispeći krumpire da budu potpuno hrskavi, skoro kao čips? Ako ste ljubitelj hrskavo pečene hrane, ovo vam je pitanje sigurno već palo napamet. Možete ih, naravno, narezati nešto tanje no inače pa će se bolje ispeći i zahrskaviti, ali ponekad nam krumpiri nalik na čips jednostavno ne odgovaraju - a jedna od tih situacija svakako je božićni ručak. Dakle, što napraviti?

Priprema:

Krumpire dobro operite, ali nemojte ih oguliti. Zarežite ih više puta poprijeko, pazeći da ne zarežete do kraja. Kako biste to osigurali poslužite se štapićima, žlicama ili sličnim priborom)pogledajte u videu). 

Češnjak sitno nasjeckajte, dodajte ga na maslinovo ulje, ubacite nasjeckani ružmarin, sol i papar te sve promiješajte. Smjesom premažite krumpire tako da između svakog lista bude sloj smjese s češnjakom. Krumpir stavite u nauljenu posudu za pečenje zarezanom stranom prema dolje i pecite u pećnici 25 minuta na 220 stupnjeva.

Nakon 25 minuta izvadite krumpir i okrenite ga, premažite umakom i nastavite peći još 20-25 minuta.

Kako ispeći krumpire da budu potpuno hrskavi, skoro kao čips? Ako ste ljubitelj hrskavo pečene hrane, ovo vam je pitanje sigurno već palo napamet. Možete ih, naravno, narezati nešto tanje no inače pa će se bolje ispeći i zahrskaviti, ali ponekad nam krumpiri nalik na čips jednostavno ne odgovaraju - a jedna od tih situacija svakako je božićni ručak. Dakle, što napraviti?

Mi smo pronašli odgovor i to na Instagramu Zdravko kulinarko, na kojem uvijek naletimo na dobre ideje i recepte. Prema receptu koji vam prenosimo uz dopuštenje simpatičnog blogera koji stoji iza ovog profila, krumpiri će vam biti vrlo lijepo pečeni i jednako ukusni jer neće biti one mekane i neslane sredine koju nitko ne voli.

Tajna je u tome da se krumpir puno puta paralelno zareže, ali ne do kraja, a kako bi vam to uspjelo trebat će vam dva štapića. U priloženom videu vidjet ćete kako se točno treba postupiti, ali najprije evo vam recept.

Hrskavi krumpirići

Sastojci:

400 g manjih bijelih krumpira
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
1/2 žlice svježeg ružmarina 
2 režnja češnjaka
sol, papar
