Uprava dubrovačkog TUP-a za 20. lipnja sazvala je Glavnu skupštinu društva na čijem će se dnevnom redu među ostalim naći i imenovanje novih članova Nadzornog odbora. Kako stoji u pozivu objavljenom u Narodnim novinama, za nove članove u narednom četverogodišnjem mandatu predlažu se Zlatko Begušić, dubrovački privatni ugostitelj, te dva odvjetnika, Andrej Greguš i Ivan Ljubičić. Skupština će istovremeno razriješiti dosadašnje članove NO Denisa Dežulovića i Miha Soljačića kojima je mandat istekao 21. siječnja ove godine Dragana Jovanovića čiji je mandat istekao 1. studenog prošle godine. Osim toga na dnevnom redu naći će se financijska izvješća te odluke o promijeni vlasničke strukture Tvornice ugljenografitnih proizvoda, usvajanje novog Statuta tvrtke te odluka o nagradama novim članovima Nadzornog odbora u visini od 1000 kuna mjesečno u neto iznosu. Inače, TUP je prošle godine ostvario dobit u iznosu od 455.455 kuna koja će se na ovoj Skupštini rasporediti u zadržanu dobit.

Uprava dubrovačkog TUP-a za 20. lipnja sazvala je Glavnu skupštinu društva na čijem će se dnevnom redu među ostalim naći i imenovanje novih članova Nadzornog odbora. Kako stoji u pozivu objavljenom u Narodnim novinama, za nove članove u narednom četverogodišnjem mandatu predlažu se Zlatko Begušić, dubrovački privatni ugostitelj, te dva odvjetnika, Andrej Greguš i Ivan Ljubičić. Skupština će istovremeno razriješiti dosadašnje članove NO Denisa Dežulovića i Miha Soljačića kojima je mandat istekao 21. siječnja ove godine Dragana Jovanovića čiji je mandat istekao 1. studenog prošle godine. Osim toga na dnevnom redu naći će se financijska izvješća te odluke o promijeni vlasničke strukture Tvornice ugljenografitnih proizvoda, usvajanje novog Statuta tvrtke te odluka o nagradama novim članovima Nadzornog odbora u visini od 1000 kuna mjesečno u neto iznosu. Inače, TUP je prošle godine ostvario dobit u iznosu od 455.455 kuna koja će se na ovoj Skupštini rasporediti u zadržanu dobit.

Uprava dubrovačkog TUP-a za 20. lipnja sazvala je Glavnu skupštinu društva na čijem će se dnevnom redu među ostalim naći i imenovanje novih članova Nadzornog odbora. Kako stoji u pozivu objavljenom u Narodnim novinama, za nove članove u narednom četverogodišnjem mandatu predlažu se Zlatko Begušić, dubrovački privatni ugostitelj, te dva odvjetnika, Andrej Greguš i Ivan Ljubičić. Skupština će istovremeno razriješiti dosadašnje članove NO Denisa Dežulovića i Miha Soljačića kojima je mandat istekao 21. siječnja ove godine Dragana Jovanovića čiji je mandat istekao 1. studenog prošle godine. Osim toga na dnevnom redu naći će se financijska izvješća te odluke o promijeni vlasničke strukture Tvornice ugljenografitnih proizvoda, usvajanje novog Statuta tvrtke te odluka o nagradama novim članovima Nadzornog odbora u visini od 1000 kuna mjesečno u neto iznosu. Inače, TUP je prošle godine ostvario dobit u iznosu od 455.455 kuna koja će se na ovoj Skupštini rasporediti u zadržanu dobit.
