Nakon što je 31. ožujka Grad Dubrovnik posredstvom društva UTD Ragusa ispunio svoju obvezu kupnje dionica, a sukladno Ugovoru o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP-a, danas je UTD Ragusa preuzela zadužnice koje su izdane kao jamstvo za navedenu uplatu.

Direktorici društva UTD Ragusa d.d. Mariji Šimunović zadužnice je predao direktor TUP d.d. Luka Majić, u nazočnosti gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Mata Frankovića i predsjednice Nadzornog odbora UTD Raguse Olge Muratti.

Naime, na sjednici Nadzornog odbora UTD Ragusa d.d., koja je održana u siječnju ove godine, donesena je Odluka o davanju suglasnosti Upravi Društva UTD Ragusa d.d. za izdavanje tri bjanko zadužnice društvu TUP d.d., svaka na iznos do milijun kuna, kao jamstva za izvršenje Ugovora o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP d.d. i poslovnih udjela Elektrocarbon-ESOP d.o.o. Sukladno ovom Ugovoru, nakon što UTD Ragusa otkupi dionice/udjele, TUP se obvezuje vratiti zadužnice. S obzirom na to da je do ugovorenog roka UTD Ragusa svoju obvezu ispunila ostvareni su uvjeti za povrat zadužnica.

Otkupom dionica TUP d.d. ova gradska uprava još je jednom potvrdila stratešku orijentiranost stjecanju vlasništva i očuvanju javnog prostora. Nakon većinom glasova donesene povijesne odluke Gradskog vijeća, a kojom je data suglasnost društvu UTD Ragusa za sklapanje ugovora o kreditu, poslovna banka izvršila je uplatu za 97,5 % dioničkih udjela. U visoko vrijednim prostorima u Gružu i Komolcu u skoroj budućnosti razvit će se niz dodatnih javnih sadržaja.

Nakon što je 31. ožujka Grad Dubrovnik posredstvom društva UTD Ragusa ispunio svoju obvezu kupnje dionica, a sukladno Ugovoru o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP-a, danas je UTD Ragusa preuzela zadužnice koje su izdane kao jamstvo za navedenu uplatu.

Direktorici društva UTD Ragusa d.d. Mariji Šimunović zadužnice je predao direktor TUP d.d. Luka Majić, u nazočnosti gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Mata Frankovića i predsjednice Nadzornog odbora UTD Raguse Olge Muratti.

Naime, na sjednici Nadzornog odbora UTD Ragusa d.d., koja je održana u siječnju ove godine, donesena je Odluka o davanju suglasnosti Upravi Društva UTD Ragusa d.d. za izdavanje tri bjanko zadužnice društvu TUP d.d., svaka na iznos do milijun kuna, kao jamstva za izvršenje Ugovora o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP d.d. i poslovnih udjela Elektrocarbon-ESOP d.o.o. Sukladno ovom Ugovoru, nakon što UTD Ragusa otkupi dionice/udjele, TUP se obvezuje vratiti zadužnice. S obzirom na to da je do ugovorenog roka UTD Ragusa svoju obvezu ispunila ostvareni su uvjeti za povrat zadužnica.

Otkupom dionica TUP d.d. ova gradska uprava još je jednom potvrdila stratešku orijentiranost stjecanju vlasništva i očuvanju javnog prostora. Nakon većinom glasova donesene povijesne odluke Gradskog vijeća, a kojom je data suglasnost društvu UTD Ragusa za sklapanje ugovora o kreditu, poslovna banka izvršila je uplatu za 97,5 % dioničkih udjela. U visoko vrijednim prostorima u Gružu i Komolcu u skoroj budućnosti razvit će se niz dodatnih javnih sadržaja.

UTD Ragusa ispunila ugovorne obveze te preuzela zadužnice

Nakon što je 31. ožujka Grad Dubrovnik posredstvom društva UTD Ragusa ispunio svoju obvezu kupnje dionica, a sukladno Ugovoru o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP-a, danas je UTD Ragusa preuzela zadužnice koje su izdane kao jamstvo za navedenu uplatu.

Direktorici društva UTD Ragusa d.d. Mariji Šimunović zadužnice je predao direktor TUP d.d. Luka Majić, u nazočnosti gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Mata Frankovića i predsjednice Nadzornog odbora UTD Raguse Olge Muratti.

Naime, na sjednici Nadzornog odbora UTD Ragusa d.d., koja je održana u siječnju ove godine, donesena je Odluka o davanju suglasnosti Upravi Društva UTD Ragusa d.d. za izdavanje tri bjanko zadužnice društvu TUP d.d., svaka na iznos do milijun kuna, kao jamstva za izvršenje Ugovora o postupcima i načinu otkupa dionica TUP d.d. i poslovnih udjela Elektrocarbon-ESOP d.o.o. Sukladno ovom Ugovoru, nakon što UTD Ragusa otkupi dionice/udjele, TUP se obvezuje vratiti zadužnice. S obzirom na to da je do ugovorenog roka UTD Ragusa svoju obvezu ispunila ostvareni su uvjeti za povrat zadužnica.

Otkupom dionica TUP d.d. ova gradska uprava još je jednom potvrdila stratešku orijentiranost stjecanju vlasništva i očuvanju javnog prostora. Nakon većinom glasova donesene povijesne odluke Gradskog vijeća, a kojom je data suglasnost društvu UTD Ragusa za sklapanje ugovora o kreditu, poslovna banka izvršila je uplatu za 97,5 % dioničkih udjela. U visoko vrijednim prostorima u Gružu i Komolcu u skoroj budućnosti razvit će se niz dodatnih javnih sadržaja.
