Općina Župa dubrovačka zatražila je suglasnost Grada Dubrovnika za povećanje naknade za dodjelu grobnog mjesta na groblju Dubac za 20 posto. Predlažu da poskupljenje stupi na snagu u lipnju ove godine.

- Uzimajući u obzir vrijednost dosadašnjih ulaganja u groblje Dubac, a posebno cijenu izgradnje 2. etape koja je u tijeku, gdje su svi materijali značajno poskupjeli, Općina je stava kako je nužno izvršiti korekciju naknade za najmanje 20 posto, posebno stoga što su sve korisnike koji su dugi niz godina čekali na dodjelu grobnog mjesta na neki način zaštitili i omogućili im plaćanje po starim cijenama. Onima koji to još nisu učinili, ostavljaju dodatan rok do 31. svibnja 2023. - stoji u obrazloženju uoči sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika koja će biti održana 21. ožujka.

Predlaže se utvrđivanje vrijednosti lokacije u iznosu 27,47 eura za četvorni metar. Dosadašnje cijene grobnih mjesta kretale su se od 45 tisuća do gotovo 82 tisuće kuna, ovisno o veličini.

Za spomenutu drugu etapu, društvo Groblje Dubac provelo je javnu nabavu i s odabranim izvođačem radova, društvom Trag, zaključilo okvirni sporazum na iznos nešto veći od deset milijuna eura. Radi se o radovima izgradnje grobnih mjesta, što se financira novcima koje su uplatili sami građani, te komunalne infrastrukture. Taj drugi dio, kojeg trebaju financirati Grad Dubrovnik i Općina Župa dubrovačka, iznosi nešto manje od dva milijuna eura. Pred Gradskim vijećem Grada Dubrovnika je odluka o dodjeli kapitalne pomoći u iznosu 1,5 milijuna eura. To je 75 posto potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju komunalne infrastrukture druge etape izgradnje groblja Dubac.

Općina Župa dubrovačka zatražila je suglasnost Grada Dubrovnika za povećanje naknade za dodjelu grobnog mjesta na groblju Dubac za 20 posto. Predlažu da poskupljenje stupi na snagu u lipnju ove godine.

- Uzimajući u obzir vrijednost dosadašnjih ulaganja u groblje Dubac, a posebno cijenu izgradnje 2. etape koja je u tijeku, gdje su svi materijali značajno poskupjeli, Općina je stava kako je nužno izvršiti korekciju naknade za najmanje 20 posto, posebno stoga što su sve korisnike koji su dugi niz godina čekali na dodjelu grobnog mjesta na neki način zaštitili i omogućili im plaćanje po starim cijenama. Onima koji to još nisu učinili, ostavljaju dodatan rok do 31. svibnja 2023. - stoji u obrazloženju uoči sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika koja će biti održana 21. ožujka.

Predlaže se utvrđivanje vrijednosti lokacije u iznosu 27,47 eura za četvorni metar. Dosadašnje cijene grobnih mjesta kretale su se od 45 tisuća do gotovo 82 tisuće kuna, ovisno o veličini.

Za spomenutu drugu etapu, društvo Groblje Dubac provelo je javnu nabavu i s odabranim izvođačem radova, društvom Trag, zaključilo okvirni sporazum na iznos nešto veći od deset milijuna eura. Radi se o radovima izgradnje grobnih mjesta, što se financira novcima koje su uplatili sami građani, te komunalne infrastrukture. Taj drugi dio, kojeg trebaju financirati Grad Dubrovnik i Općina Župa dubrovačka, iznosi nešto manje od dva milijuna eura. Pred Gradskim vijećem Grada Dubrovnika je odluka o dodjeli kapitalne pomoći u iznosu 1,5 milijuna eura. To je 75 posto potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju komunalne infrastrukture druge etape izgradnje groblja Dubac.

Idućeg tjedna se odlučuje o zahtjevu Groblja Dubac, poskupljuju grobna mjesta! Evo koliko ćemo platiti komunalnu infrastrukturu

Općina Župa dubrovačka zatražila je suglasnost Grada Dubrovnika za povećanje naknade za dodjelu grobnog mjesta na groblju Dubac za 20 posto. Predlažu da poskupljenje stupi na snagu u lipnju ove godine.

- Uzimajući u obzir vrijednost dosadašnjih ulaganja u groblje Dubac, a posebno cijenu izgradnje 2. etape koja je u tijeku, gdje su svi materijali značajno poskupjeli, Općina je stava kako je nužno izvršiti korekciju naknade za najmanje 20 posto, posebno stoga što su sve korisnike koji su dugi niz godina čekali na dodjelu grobnog mjesta na neki način zaštitili i omogućili im plaćanje po starim cijenama. Onima koji to još nisu učinili, ostavljaju dodatan rok do 31. svibnja 2023. - stoji u obrazloženju uoči sjednice Gradskog vijeća Grada Dubrovnika koja će biti održana 21. ožujka.

Predlaže se utvrđivanje vrijednosti lokacije u iznosu 27,47 eura za četvorni metar. Dosadašnje cijene grobnih mjesta kretale su se od 45 tisuća do gotovo 82 tisuće kuna, ovisno o veličini.

Za spomenutu drugu etapu, društvo Groblje Dubac provelo je javnu nabavu i s odabranim izvođačem radova, društvom Trag, zaključilo okvirni sporazum na iznos nešto veći od deset milijuna eura. Radi se o radovima izgradnje grobnih mjesta, što se financira novcima koje su uplatili sami građani, te komunalne infrastrukture. Taj drugi dio, kojeg trebaju financirati Grad Dubrovnik i Općina Župa dubrovačka, iznosi nešto manje od dva milijuna eura. Pred Gradskim vijećem Grada Dubrovnika je odluka o dodjeli kapitalne pomoći u iznosu 1,5 milijuna eura. To je 75 posto potrebnih sredstava za izgradnju komunalne infrastrukture druge etape izgradnje groblja Dubac.
