Zaposlenici Groblja Dubac od srijede pozivaju sve koji su ranije iskazali zanimanje za kupovinu grobnog mjesta radi dogovora o terminu potpisivanja privremenog rješenja. Idućih mjesec dana planiraju ažurirati listu oko 1900 zainteresiranih i već 31. siječnja dodijeliti prva grobna mjesta.

- Malo tko se u međuvremenu snašao, a svakodnevno nas kontaktiraju novi zainteresirani kupci. Ne treba se bojati hoće li biti dovoljno grobnica, s tim da ćemo sada graditi prema broju pristiglih zahtjeva. Kako se interes bude povećavao, dalje ćemo projektirati i širiti groblje. Treba doći do svih 1.900 osoba, neki su u međuvremenu promijenili brojeve pa imamo teškoća doći do njih. Bilo bi dobro da nam se jave elektroničkom poštom. Svakome smo dodijelili termin za preuzimanje privremenog rješenja o dodjeli grobnog mjesta – kaže Đuro Lonza, direktor Groblja Dubac.

Na tom novom groblju planirano je 3.500 grobnica, ali, kako je rekao Lonza, neće sve biti izgrađene u prvom valu. Posve je jasno da interes za grobna mjesta na dubrovačkom području itekako postoji, ali je pitanje koliko je od tih 1.900 osoba s popisa spremno ispuniti postavljeni uvjet. Prema privremenim rješenjima o dodjeli grobnih mjesta, korisnici će morati avansno platiti 90 posto ukupnog iznosa cijene i to u roku 30 dana od donošenja rješenja.

- Kao javno pravno tijelo, ne smijemo ugovoriti radove bez ugovorenog novca. Paralelno s ovim postupkom, u siječnju 2022. godine raspisat ćemo javnu nabavu za izgradnju grobnica, ali nećemo moći ugovoriti odnosno donijeti odluku o odabiru izvođača dok nemamo osiguran novac. Vjerujemo da će ljudi uplatiti novac u roku i da ćemo mi moći u travnju odabrati izvođača. Akobogda, ako ne bude žalbe, uslijedit će ugovaranje i početak radova do 1. lipnja. U slučaju žalbe, sve će se to odužiti za neka tri mjeseca – kaže Lonza.

Kako će se dijeliti pozicije?

Po potpisivanju ugovora, radovi bi trebali trajati 18 mjeseci, što znači da bi prvi ukop na novom groblju mogao biti krajem 2023. godine.

Cijene grobnih mjesta kreću se od 45 tisuća do gotovo 82 tisuće kuna. Podijeljene su u tri kategorije, ovisno o veličini, imaju li i koliko ladica.

-Nismo radili razlike u cijenama s obzirom na poziciju grobnog mjesta. 'Bolju' poziciju će dobiti oni koji su najduže čekali, odnosno pozivamo zainteresirane s našeg spiska po datumu prijave. Dakle, oni su dobili prve termine za dodjelu grobnih mjesta, a krećemo s podjelom grobnica od trga, odnosno središnje kapelice i dalje redom – kaže Lonza.

Dodjela ide prema prvom slobodnom mjestu ovisno o odabiru jedne od tri kategorije grobnice i nema biranja pozicije.

Društvo Groblje Dubac zaduženo je za gradnju, dogradnju i upravljanje grobljem, koje podrazumijeva održavanje i čišćenje, dok će pogrebne poslove obavljati dubrovačko Boninovo.

Zaposlenici Groblja Dubac od srijede pozivaju sve koji su ranije iskazali zanimanje za kupovinu grobnog mjesta radi dogovora o terminu potpisivanja privremenog rješenja. Idućih mjesec dana planiraju ažurirati listu oko 1900 zainteresiranih i već 31. siječnja dodijeliti prva grobna mjesta.

Avansno 90 posto

- Malo tko se u međuvremenu snašao, a svakodnevno nas kontaktiraju novi zainteresirani kupci. Ne treba se bojati hoće li biti dovoljno grobnica, s tim da ćemo sada graditi prema broju pristiglih zahtjeva. Kako se interes bude povećavao, dalje ćemo projektirati i širiti groblje. Treba doći do svih 1.900 osoba, neki su u međuvremenu promijenili brojeve pa imamo teškoća doći do njih. Bilo bi dobro da nam se jave elektroničkom poštom. Svakome smo dodijelili termin za preuzimanje privremenog rješenja o dodjeli grobnog mjesta – kaže Đuro Lonza, direktor Groblja Dubac.

Na tom novom groblju planirano je 3.500 grobnica, ali, kako je rekao Lonza, neće sve biti izgrađene u prvom valu. Posve je jasno da interes za grobna mjesta na dubrovačkom području itekako postoji, ali je pitanje koliko je od tih 1.900 osoba s popisa spremno ispuniti postavljeni uvjet. Prema privremenim rješenjima o dodjeli grobnih mjesta, korisnici će morati avansno platiti 90 posto ukupnog iznosa cijene i to u roku 30 dana od donošenja rješenja.

- Kao javno pravno tijelo, ne smijemo ugovoriti radove bez ugovorenog novca. Paralelno s ovim postupkom, u siječnju 2022. godine raspisat ćemo javnu nabavu za izgradnju grobnica, ali nećemo moći ugovoriti odnosno donijeti odluku o odabiru izvođača dok nemamo osiguran novac. Vjerujemo da će ljudi uplatiti novac u roku i da ćemo mi moći u travnju odabrati izvođača. Akobogda, ako ne bude žalbe, uslijedit će ugovaranje i početak radova do 1. lipnja. U slučaju žalbe, sve će se to odužiti za neka tri mjeseca – kaže Lonza.

Kako će se dijeliti pozicije?

Po potpisivanju ugovora, radovi bi trebali trajati 18 mjeseci, što znači da bi prvi ukop na novom groblju mogao biti krajem 2023. godine.

Cijene grobnih mjesta kreću se od 45 tisuća do gotovo 82 tisuće kuna. Podijeljene su u tri kategorije, ovisno o veličini, imaju li i koliko ladica.

-Nismo radili razlike u cijenama s obzirom na poziciju grobnog mjesta. 'Bolju' poziciju će dobiti oni koji su najduže čekali, odnosno pozivamo zainteresirane s našeg spiska po datumu prijave. Dakle, oni su dobili prve termine za dodjelu grobnih mjesta, a krećemo s podjelom grobnica od trga, odnosno središnje kapelice i dalje redom – kaže Lonza.

Dodjela ide prema prvom slobodnom mjestu ovisno o odabiru jedne od tri kategorije grobnice i nema biranja pozicije.

Društvo Groblje Dubac zaduženo je za gradnju, dogradnju i upravljanje grobljem, koje podrazumijeva održavanje i čišćenje, dok će pogrebne poslove obavljati dubrovačko Boninovo.

Zaposlenici Groblja Dubac od srijede pozivaju sve koji su ranije iskazali zanimanje za kupovinu grobnog mjesta radi dogovora o terminu potpisivanja privremenog rješenja. Idućih mjesec dana planiraju ažurirati listu oko 1900 zainteresiranih i već 31. siječnja dodijeliti prva grobna mjesta.

- Malo tko se u međuvremenu snašao, a svakodnevno nas kontaktiraju novi zainteresirani kupci. Ne treba se bojati hoće li biti dovoljno grobnica, s tim da ćemo sada graditi prema broju pristiglih zahtjeva. Kako se interes bude povećavao, dalje ćemo projektirati i širiti groblje. Treba doći do svih 1.900 osoba, neki su u međuvremenu promijenili brojeve pa imamo teškoća doći do njih. Bilo bi dobro da nam se jave elektroničkom poštom. Svakome smo dodijelili termin za preuzimanje privremenog rješenja o dodjeli grobnog mjesta – kaže Đuro Lonza, direktor Groblja Dubac.

Na tom novom groblju planirano je 3.500 grobnica, ali, kako je rekao Lonza, neće sve biti izgrađene u prvom valu. Posve je jasno da interes za grobna mjesta na dubrovačkom području itekako postoji, ali je pitanje koliko je od tih 1.900 osoba s popisa spremno ispuniti postavljeni uvjet. Prema privremenim rješenjima o dodjeli grobnih mjesta, korisnici će morati avansno platiti 90 posto ukupnog iznosa cijene i to u roku 30 dana od donošenja rješenja.
