Novi chef paškog Boškinca je mladi i vrlo alentirani chef Marko Turković. Ovaj rođeni Korčulanin najpoznatiji je javnosti po svom posljednjem angažmanu u zagrebačkom restoranu Mano2 koji već godinama vodi chef Hrvoje Kroflin i jedan je od najmaštovitijih hrvatskih kuhara. 

Odlaskom chefa Matija Bregeša, Boškinac se našao pred velikim izazovom. Njihov koncept moderne otočke kuhinje nije jednostavan i potrebna je doista promoćurna individua koja umije spoznati širinu i predstaviti lokalnu namirnicu na najbolji mogući način. Marko Tuković čini se kao sjajan izbor ako je za suditi prema njegovom životopisu i angažmanima u restoranima s Michelinovim zvjezdicama uključujući i onaj u Miraziru, trenutno najboljem restoranu na svijetu. 

Svoju karijeru započeo je 2009. godine radeći u poznatim dubrovačkim restoranima te na rodnoj Korčuli. 2013. godine odlazi van Hrvatske sa željom da upozna sustave visoke kuhinje i upije što više znanja, iskustva i savjeta renomiranih chefova. Nakon skoro godinu dana rada u restoranu De Kromme Watergang u Nizozemskoj (2** Michelinove zvjezdice) hrabro kreće dalje i ulazi u kuhinju jednog od najboljih svjetskih restorana, Schauenstein Schloss u Švicarskoj (3*** Michelinove zvjezdice), koju vodi chef Andreas Caminada. Osim rada u kuhinji velik dio vremena provodi i u njihovoj slastičarnici ne bi li dobio željenu širinu znanja. Svoj kuharski put nastavlja u trenutno najboljem restoranu svijeta prema World’s 50 Best Restaurants listi - Mirazur (3*** Michelinove zvjezdice) kod chefa Maura Colagreca gdje pretežito radi s ribom te upoznaje i ostale kuharske stanice. Marko se zatim vraća u Korčulu gdje radi kao chef Mimi's Bistroa u loži Taras, a zatim kao sous chef u Aterini.

Odlučuje se za još jednu avanturu van Hrvatske te u jesen 2017. uči i radi uz chefa Kobea Desramaulta u restoranu Chambre Séparée (1 ** Michelinova zvjezdica) u Gentu u Belgiji, koji ostavlja dubok trag na razvoj njegove buduće kulinarske filozofije i pristupa namirnicama. Povratkom u Hrvatsku kreće raditi u zagrebačkom restoranu Mano2 kao desna ruka chefa Hrvoja Kroflina te nakon više od dvije godine odlučuje krenuti dalje i preuzeti kuhinju Boškinca.

Uz zavidne kuharske vještine i stečeno znanje Marko se educira oko poznavanja vina, pa je tako završio WSET Level 2. Preostaje nam pričekati do sredine veljače na novi meni kako to Marko Tuković vidi modernu otočku gastronomiju.

Novi chef paškog Boškinca je mladi i vrlo alentirani chef Marko Turković. Ovaj rođeni Korčulanin najpoznatiji je javnosti po svom posljednjem angažmanu u zagrebačkom restoranu Mano2 koji već godinama vodi chef Hrvoje Kroflin i jedan je od najmaštovitijih hrvatskih kuhara. 

Odlaskom chefa Matija Bregeša, Boškinac se našao pred velikim izazovom. Njihov koncept moderne otočke kuhinje nije jednostavan i potrebna je doista promoćurna individua koja umije spoznati širinu i predstaviti lokalnu namirnicu na najbolji mogući način. Marko Tuković čini se kao sjajan izbor ako je za suditi prema njegovom životopisu i angažmanima u restoranima s Michelinovim zvjezdicama uključujući i onaj u Miraziru, trenutno najboljem restoranu na svijetu. 

Svoju karijeru započeo je 2009. godine radeći u poznatim dubrovačkim restoranima te na rodnoj Korčuli. 2013. godine odlazi van Hrvatske sa željom da upozna sustave visoke kuhinje i upije što više znanja, iskustva i savjeta renomiranih chefova. Nakon skoro godinu dana rada u restoranu De Kromme Watergang u Nizozemskoj (2** Michelinove zvjezdice) hrabro kreće dalje i ulazi u kuhinju jednog od najboljih svjetskih restorana, Schauenstein Schloss u Švicarskoj (3*** Michelinove zvjezdice), koju vodi chef Andreas Caminada. Osim rada u kuhinji velik dio vremena provodi i u njihovoj slastičarnici ne bi li dobio željenu širinu znanja. Svoj kuharski put nastavlja u trenutno najboljem restoranu svijeta prema World’s 50 Best Restaurants listi - Mirazur (3*** Michelinove zvjezdice) kod chefa Maura Colagreca gdje pretežito radi s ribom te upoznaje i ostale kuharske stanice. Marko se zatim vraća u Korčulu gdje radi kao chef Mimi's Bistroa u loži Taras, a zatim kao sous chef u Aterini.

Odlučuje se za još jednu avanturu van Hrvatske te u jesen 2017. uči i radi uz chefa Kobea Desramaulta u restoranu Chambre Séparée (1 ** Michelinova zvjezdica) u Gentu u Belgiji, koji ostavlja dubok trag na razvoj njegove buduće kulinarske filozofije i pristupa namirnicama. Povratkom u Hrvatsku kreće raditi u zagrebačkom restoranu Mano2 kao desna ruka chefa Hrvoja Kroflina te nakon više od dvije godine odlučuje krenuti dalje i preuzeti kuhinju Boškinca.

Uz zavidne kuharske vještine i stečeno znanje Marko se educira oko poznavanja vina, pa je tako završio WSET Level 2. Preostaje nam pričekati do sredine veljače na novi meni kako to Marko Tuković vidi modernu otočku gastronomiju.

Novi chef paškog Boškinca je Marko Turković koji je radio i u Mirazuru, najboljem restoranu na svijetu

Novi chef paškog Boškinca je mladi i vrlo alentirani chef Marko Turković. Ovaj rođeni Korčulanin najpoznatiji je javnosti po svom posljednjem angažmanu u zagrebačkom restoranu Mano2 koji već godinama vodi chef Hrvoje Kroflin i jedan je od najmaštovitijih hrvatskih kuhara. 

Odlaskom chefa Matija Bregeša, Boškinac se našao pred velikim izazovom. Njihov koncept moderne otočke kuhinje nije jednostavan i potrebna je doista promoćurna individua koja umije spoznati širinu i predstaviti lokalnu namirnicu na najbolji mogući način. Marko Tuković čini se kao sjajan izbor ako je za suditi prema njegovom životopisu i angažmanima u restoranima s Michelinovim zvjezdicama uključujući i onaj u Miraziru, trenutno najboljem restoranu na svijetu. 

Svoju karijeru započeo je 2009. godine radeći u poznatim dubrovačkim restoranima te na rodnoj Korčuli. 2013. godine odlazi van Hrvatske sa željom da upozna sustave visoke kuhinje i upije što više znanja, iskustva i savjeta renomiranih chefova. Nakon skoro godinu dana rada u restoranu De Kromme Watergang u Nizozemskoj (2** Michelinove zvjezdice) hrabro kreće dalje i ulazi u kuhinju jednog od najboljih svjetskih restorana, Schauenstein Schloss u Švicarskoj (3*** Michelinove zvjezdice), koju vodi chef Andreas Caminada.
