- U ožujku prošle godine, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Nina, gradonačelnik Emil Ćurko žalio se da, budući da je prostor bivše vojarne Šepurine državno vlasništvo, Grad Nin nema apsolutno nikakve ovlasti ni mogućnosti za zaustavljanje pretvaranja Šepurina u najveću divlju deponiju u Zadarskoj županiji, a možda i u državi. Naveo je da ih u tome onemogućava čak i MUP. Pokušavajući razriješiti za njih neizdrživu situaciju, Gradsko vijeće Grada Nina je na sjednici održanoj u srpnju prošle godine, raspravljajući o izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadarske županije, zatražilo da se zona Šepurina iz ugostiteljsko – turističke zone, zajedno s područjem bivše Ciglane koja je također postala veliko smetlište, prenamjeni u park šumu, čime bi se omogućilo da se ova dva područja daju na upravljanje Gradu. U izvješću sa sjednice, Gradsko vijeće je objavilo da je njihov prijedlog uvršten u izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana, odnosno da su ove dvije zone prenamijenjene u park šume. Ali to se nije dogodilo. Izrađivači prostornog plana Zadarske županije nisu prihvatili prijedlog Grada Nina. Zašto? - piutala je na Aktualnom satu zadarske županijske skupštine vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP).

- Prema konačnom tekstu i kartografskom prikazu izmjena i dopuna, očito je da su bili u zabludi jer su i Ciglana i Šepurine i dalje ugostiteljsko – turističke zone. Izrađivači Plana prijedlog Grada Nina nisu prihvatili jer, kako navode u izvješću o javnoj raspravi, morala bi se ponovo raditi dodatna procjena u strateškoj studiji o zaštiti okoliša, te nova javna rasprava. To je ista formulacija koja je navedena kod većine drugih neprihvaćenih primjedbi. Nije mi jasno zašto bi nova studija o zaštiti okoliša bila potrebna za pretvaranje ugostiteljsko - turističke zone u park šumu? Kako bi to moglo štetiti okolišu, pogotovo imajući u vidu kako sad Šepurine izgledaju? I čemu javna rasprava kad se nakon nje ništa ne može izmijeniti bez nove studije o zaštiti okoliša? Ili je nekome zbog nečega jako stalo da Šepurine i Ciglana ostanu zone turističke izgradnje? - nanizala je Mišković pitanja.

- U ožujku prošle godine, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Nina, gradonačelnik Emil Ćurko žalio se da, budući da je prostor bivše vojarne Šepurine državno vlasništvo, Grad Nin nema apsolutno nikakve ovlasti ni mogućnosti za zaustavljanje pretvaranja Šepurina u najveću divlju deponiju u Zadarskoj županiji, a možda i u državi. Naveo je da ih u tome onemogućava čak i MUP. Pokušavajući razriješiti za njih neizdrživu situaciju, Gradsko vijeće Grada Nina je na sjednici održanoj u srpnju prošle godine, raspravljajući o izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadarske županije, zatražilo da se zona Šepurina iz ugostiteljsko – turističke zone, zajedno s područjem bivše Ciglane koja je također postala veliko smetlište, prenamjeni u park šumu, čime bi se omogućilo da se ova dva područja daju na upravljanje Gradu. U izvješću sa sjednice, Gradsko vijeće je objavilo da je njihov prijedlog uvršten u izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana, odnosno da su ove dvije zone prenamijenjene u park šume. Ali to se nije dogodilo. Izrađivači prostornog plana Zadarske županije nisu prihvatili prijedlog Grada Nina. Zašto? - piutala je na Aktualnom satu zadarske županijske skupštine vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP).

- Prema konačnom tekstu i kartografskom prikazu izmjena i dopuna, očito je da su bili u zabludi jer su i Ciglana i Šepurine i dalje ugostiteljsko – turističke zone. Izrađivači Plana prijedlog Grada Nina nisu prihvatili jer, kako navode u izvješću o javnoj raspravi, morala bi se ponovo raditi dodatna procjena u strateškoj studiji o zaštiti okoliša, te nova javna rasprava. To je ista formulacija koja je navedena kod većine drugih neprihvaćenih primjedbi. Nije mi jasno zašto bi nova studija o zaštiti okoliša bila potrebna za pretvaranje ugostiteljsko - turističke zone u park šumu? Kako bi to moglo štetiti okolišu, pogotovo imajući u vidu kako sad Šepurine izgledaju? I čemu javna rasprava kad se nakon nje ništa ne može izmijeniti bez nove studije o zaštiti okoliša? - U ožujku prošle godine, na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Nina, gradonačelnik Emil Ćurko žalio se da, budući da je prostor bivše vojarne Šepurine državno vlasništvo, Grad Nin nema apsolutno nikakve ovlasti ni mogućnosti za zaustavljanje pretvaranja Šepurina u najveću divlju deponiju u Zadarskoj županiji, a možda i u državi. Naveo je da ih u tome onemogućava čak i MUP. Pokušavajući razriješiti za njih neizdrživu situaciju, Gradsko vijeće Grada Nina je na sjednici održanoj u srpnju prošle godine, raspravljajući o izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadarske županije, zatražilo da se zona Šepurina iz ugostiteljsko – turističke zone, zajedno s područjem bivše Ciglane koja je također postala veliko smetlište, prenamjeni u park šumu, čime bi se omogućilo da se ova dva područja daju na upravljanje Gradu. U izvješću sa sjednice, Gradsko vijeće je objavilo da je njihov prijedlog uvršten u izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana, odnosno da su ove dvije zone prenamijenjene u park šume. Ali to se nije dogodilo. Izrađivači prostornog plana Zadarske županije nisu prihvatili prijedlog Grada Nina. Zašto? - piutala je na Aktualnom satu zadarske županijske skupštine vijećnica Vedrana Mišković (SDP).

- Prema konačnom tekstu i kartografskom prikazu izmjena i dopuna, očito je da su bili u zabludi jer su i Ciglana i Šepurine i dalje ugostiteljsko – turističke zone. Izrađivači Plana prijedlog Grada Nina nisu prihvatili jer, kako navode u izvješću o javnoj raspravi, morala bi se ponovo raditi dodatna procjena u strateškoj studiji o zaštiti okoliša, te nova javna rasprava. To je ista formulacija koja je navedena kod većine drugih neprihvaćenih primjedbi. Nije mi jasno zašto bi nova studija o zaštiti okoliša bila potrebna za pretvaranje ugostiteljsko - turističke zone u park šumu? Kako bi to moglo štetiti okolišu, pogotovo imajući u vidu kako sad Šepurine izgledaju? I čemu javna rasprava kad se nakon nje ništa ne može izmijeniti bez nove studije o zaštiti okoliša? Ili je nekome zbog nečega jako stalo da Šepurine i Ciglana ostanu zone turističke izgradnje? - nanizala je Mišković pitanja.
