Prije nešto više od mjesec dana u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera na Ulazu 1 otvoreno je zajedničko prodajno mjesto Lika Quality proizvoda. Već četvrtu godinu Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera kroz suradnju s Klasterom Lika Destination i Poljoprivrednom zadrugom Lika Coop podržava male lokalne proizvođače iz destinacije Lika omogućujući im da svoje proizvode prodaju u najposjećenijem nacionalnom parku u Hrvatskoj.
Lika Quality sustav jedinstven je sustav kvalitete, hrane, pića i suvenira pokrenut 2017. godine kroz projekt integralnog gospodarskog razvoja Like - INTEGRA LIKA 2020. Sustav danas okuplja gotovo 60 proizvođača s gotovo 150 proizvoda. Svi proizvodi proizvedeni su na području destinacije Lika koja obuhvaća područja Ličko-senjske, Karlovačke i Zadarske županije i to prema svim zakonskim propisima čija proizvodnja ima uporište u tradiciji.

Osim otvaranja novih tržišta cilj sustava je i uključivanje proizvođača u turističku ponudu destinacije, povezivanje lokalnih proizvođača s ostalim lokalnim turističkim dionicima te promocija destinacije Lika i kao gastro destinacije na čemu u Klasteru Lika Destination uspješno rade već 5. godinu. Dokaz tomu je uvrštavanje destinacije Lika na popis TOP 100 svjetskih zelenih održivih destinacija zahvaljujući upravo provođenju sustava Lika Quality te osvojena treća svjetska nagrada na temu povezivanja lokalnih proizvođača u funkciji turizma.
Na zajedničkom prodajnom mjestu među Lika Quality proizvodima možete pronaći one klasične prepoznatljive ličke proizvode poput šljivovice, pekmeza, meda, škripavca i base ili ličke kape, ali možete pronaći i moderne ličke proizvode poput eteričnih ulja, magneta, sirupa, drvenih posuda ili keramičkih figurica. Kako nam iz Klastera Lika Destination kažu najprodavanija je ipak voda s izvora Gacke, a za njom med, sir pa rakija nakon čega dolaze suveniri. Obzirom na vrućine i na duljinu obilaska samih Plitvičkih jezera ova informacija ne čudi, no kako kažu iz Klastera „Sretni smo jer se ljudi oduševe raznolikom ponudom, a posebno činjenicom da je sve to uzgojeno i/ili proizvedeno u neposrednoj blizini“.

Prije nešto više od mjesec dana u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera na Ulazu 1 otvoreno je zajedničko prodajno mjesto Lika Quality proizvoda. Već četvrtu godinu Nacionalni park Plitvička jezera kroz suradnju s Klasterom Lika Destination i Poljoprivrednom zadrugom Lika Coop podržava male lokalne proizvođače iz destinacije Lika omogućujući im da svoje proizvode prodaju u najposjećenijem nacionalnom parku u Hrvatskoj.
Lika Quality sustav jedinstven je sustav kvalitete, hrane, pića i suvenira pokrenut 2017. godine kroz projekt integralnog gospodarskog razvoja Like - INTEGRA LIKA 2020. Sustav danas okuplja gotovo 60 proizvođača s gotovo 150 proizvoda. Svi proizvodi proizvedeni su na području destinacije Lika koja obuhvaća područja Ličko-senjske, Karlovačke i Zadarske županije i to prema svim zakonskim propisima čija proizvodnja ima uporište u tradiciji.

Osim otvaranja novih tržišta cilj sustava je i uključivanje proizvođača u turističku ponudu destinacije, povezivanje lokalnih proizvođača s ostalim lokalnim turističkim dionicima te promocija destinacije Lika i kao gastro destinacije na čemu u Klasteru Lika Destination uspješno rade već 5. godinu. Dokaz tomu je uvrštavanje destinacije Lika na popis TOP 100 svjetskih zelenih održivih destinacija zahvaljujući upravo provođenju sustava Lika Quality te osvojena treća svjetska nagrada na temu povezivanja lokalnih proizvođača u funkciji turizma.
Na zajedničkom prodajnom mjestu među Lika Quality proizvodima možete pronaći one klasične prepoznatljive ličke proizvode poput šljivovice, pekmeza, meda, škripavca i base ili ličke kape, ali možete pronaći i moderne ličke proizvode poput eteričnih ulja, magneta, sirupa, drvenih posuda ili keramičkih figurica. Kako nam iz Klastera Lika Destination kažu najprodavanija je ipak voda s izvora Gacke, a za njom med, sir pa rakija nakon čega dolaze suveniri. Obzirom na vrućine i na duljinu obilaska samih Plitvičkih jezera ova informacija ne čudi, no kako kažu iz Klastera „Sretni smo jer se ljudi oduševe raznolikom ponudom, a posebno činjenicom da je sve to uzgojeno i/ili proizvedeno u neposrednoj blizini“.
