Vlažno vrijeme koje je vladalo sve do četvrtka značajno je usporilo berbu maslina na otoku Hvaru.
Godina je i inače bremenita u maslinicima, jer je najprije travanjski mraz "uredio" stabla između Zastražišća i Gdinja na istočnom dijelu škoja, tako da se na tom području praktički ni nema što brati. Ostali nasadi su istrpjeli dugotrajnu sušu, pa težaci nisu puno ni očekivali, sretni su da su i stabla uspjeli sačuvati.
Dakle, urod je značajno manji, pa će i cijene ulja letjeti u nebo, najavljuje se da bi litra mogla dosezati i do 120 kuna.
- Stanje u maslinicima se, nakon onih prvih kiša, koliko toliko popravilo, međutim, godina je takva da će prinos zasigurno biti oko 35 posto manji od očekivanog. Randmani su dobri, kao i kvaliteta ulja, jer nije bilo mušice.
Nešto ljepše vrijeme treba iskoristiti i nastojati obrati što više maslina i preradu obavljati svakodnevno, pa će sve biti kako treba - poručuje mr. Stanislav Štambuk, viši savjetnik u Upravi za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede i ribarstva Ministarstva poljoprivrede.
U "Sunčanom Hvaru", najvećoj otočnoj hotelskoj tvrtki, također je berba u punom jeku, na 225 stabala imali su više od tone plodova. Dobili su više od 200 litara ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja, uz visok randman od 19 posto.
Upravo će se to ulje sljedeće godine nuditi gostima u hotelu "Palace Elisabeth" kao autohtoni dar. Inače, njihove masline nalaze se pored hotela "Pharos" i neposredno uz bazenski kompleks hotela "Amfora", gdje uljepšavaju prirodni ambijent u kojem se nalaze.
Suvremeni turisti žele individualizirani pristup, autentične doživljaje i iskustva kroz kontakte s lokalnom zajednicom te uživanje u izvornim hrvatskim proizvodima. Stoga im se i u hotelu "Palace Elisabeth" nudi jedinstvena gastronomska priča, naglasak se stavlja na pomno odabrane autentične i organske proizvode.
- Osobita pažnja posvećuje se i doručku, gdje gosti imaju mogućnosti konzumirati svakodnevno svježe, zdrave i ukusne namirnice, kao što su domaći kozji sir, domaća jaja te raznovrsni svježi sokovi. Praćenje svjetskih trendova u hotelijerstvu, što se tiče "zelenog" poslovanja, ključno je za daljnji razvoj kompanije - istaknula je Gordana Tomičić, čelnica "Sunčanog Hvara".

Vlažno vrijeme koje je vladalo sve do četvrtka značajno je usporilo berbu maslina na otoku Hvaru.
Godina je i inače bremenita u maslinicima, jer je najprije travanjski mraz "uredio" stabla između Zastražišća i Gdinja na istočnom dijelu škoja, tako da se na tom području praktički ni nema što brati. Ostali nasadi su istrpjeli dugotrajnu sušu, pa težaci nisu puno ni očekivali, sretni su da su i stabla uspjeli sačuvati.
Dakle, urod je značajno manji, pa će i cijene ulja letjeti u nebo, najavljuje se da bi litra mogla dosezati i do 120 kuna.
- Stanje u maslinicima se, nakon onih prvih kiša, koliko toliko popravilo, međutim, godina je takva da će prinos zasigurno biti oko 35 posto manji od očekivanog. Randmani su dobri, kao i kvaliteta ulja, jer nije bilo mušice.
Nešto ljepše vrijeme treba iskoristiti i nastojati obrati što više maslina i preradu obavljati svakodnevno, pa će sve biti kako treba - poručuje mr. Stanislav Štambuk, viši savjetnik u Upravi za stručnu podršku razvoju poljoprivrede i ribarstva Ministarstva poljoprivrede.
U "Sunčanom Hvaru", najvećoj otočnoj hotelskoj tvrtki, također je berba u punom jeku, na 225 stabala imali su više od tone plodova. Dobili su više od 200 litara ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja, uz visok randman od 19 posto.
Upravo će se to ulje sljedeće godine nuditi gostima u hotelu "Palace Elisabeth" kao autohtoni dar. Inače, njihove masline nalaze se pored hotela "Pharos" i neposredno uz bazenski kompleks hotela "Amfora", gdje uljepšavaju prirodni ambijent u kojem se nalaze.
Suvremeni turisti žele individualizirani pristup, autentične doživljaje i iskustva kroz kontakte s lokalnom zajednicom te uživanje u izvornim hrvatskim proizvodima. Stoga im se i u hotelu "Palace Elisabeth" nudi jedinstvena gastronomska priča, naglasak se stavlja na pomno odabrane autentične i organske proizvode.
- Osobita pažnja posvećuje se i doručku, gdje gosti imaju mogućnosti konzumirati svakodnevno svježe, zdrave i ukusne namirnice, kao što su domaći kozji sir, domaća jaja te raznovrsni svježi sokovi. Praćenje svjetskih trendova u hotelijerstvu, što se tiče "zelenog" poslovanja, ključno je za daljnji razvoj kompanije - istaknula je Gordana Tomičić, čelnica "Sunčanog Hvara".
