Znanstvenik Gordan Lauc, ujedno i član Znanstvenog savjeta vlade na Facebooku je objavio dulji status u kojem se osvrnuo na temu koronavirusa.

Smatra kako će priča s Covidom-19 gotovo sigurno biti gotova na proljeće jer bi do tad trebalo stići cjepivo, no istaknuo je da strah i stres nikako ne pridonose boljem odgovoru imunosnog sustava.

"SARS-CoV-2 je pokorio svijet. Pred virusom koji zapravo niti po čemu nije toliko poseban, na koljena su klekle gotovo sve svjetske vlade. Recesija zbog pandemije veća je od recesije koju je uzrokovao 2. Svjetski rat...Većina ljudi ne razmišlja o virusima, a mnogi niti ne znaju dobro kakva je razlika između virusa i bakterija (pa traže antibiotik kod prvih simptoma prehlade).

Primjerice, ono čega su danas malobrojni svjesni je da je virus ospica puno zarazniji od SARS-CoV-2, a da im je smrtnost podjednaka (oko 1 na 1000 zaraženih kod ospica, a kod SARS-CoV-2 nešto više, s time da su za osobe mlađe od 80 godina ospice puno smrtonosnije od COVID-19). Dakle da nas većina nije cijepljena protiv ospica, pandemija ospica bi bila puno strašnija od pandemije SARS-CoV-2. I protiv SARS-CoV-2 dolazi cjepivo za nekoliko mjeseci, tako da je ova priča s pandemijom sigurno gotova na proljeće", napisao je Lauc i dodao.

"Čak i na vrhuncu pandemije SARS-CoV-2 virusa u Zagrebu kada procjenjujemo da je možda i više od 10 posto ljudi aktivno zaraženo, kod većine ljudi sa simptomima koji dođu na testiranje bolest su uzrokovali neki drugi virusi, a ne SARS-CoV-2. Ne umanjujem težinu problema koji imamo. SARS-CoV-2 danas prijeti kolapsom našeg zdravstvenog sustava i svi moramo aktivno sudjelovati u naporima da suzbijemo širenje pandemije.

S dolaskom zime sve više ljudi ima jako teške simptome, te ih nažalost trenutno svakodnevno puno previše i umire. No pandemiju trebamo suzbiti tako da pri tome sačuvamo zdrav razum. Ovo je samo jedan od stotina virusa koji uzrokuju bolesti kod čovjeka i ne možemo ga eliminirati, kao što ne možemo eliminirati niti druge viruse. Kao i kod svih drugih virusa, najbolja obrana je metaboličko zdravlje i jak imuni sustav. Stres i strah izravno inaktiviraju imuni sustav.

Ako se jako bojite da ćete se razboljeti, svojim strahom samo povećavate vjerojatnost da ćete se doista razboljeti, no ne samo od covida-19, već i od drugih metaboličkih bolesti, tumora i drugih bolesti od čega se zdrav organizam može uspješno obraniti", zaključio je Lauc.

Znanstvenik Gordan Lauc, ujedno i član Znanstvenog savjeta vlade na Facebooku je objavio dulji status u kojem se osvrnuo na temu koronavirusa.

Smatra kako će priča s Covidom-19 gotovo sigurno biti gotova na proljeće jer bi do tad trebalo stići cjepivo, no istaknuo je da strah i stres nikako ne pridonose boljem odgovoru imunosnog sustava.

"SARS-CoV-2 je pokorio svijet. Pred virusom koji zapravo niti po čemu nije toliko poseban, na koljena su klekle gotovo sve svjetske vlade. Recesija zbog pandemije veća je od recesije koju je uzrokovao 2. Svjetski rat...Većina ljudi ne razmišlja o virusima, a mnogi niti ne znaju dobro kakva je razlika između virusa i bakterija (pa traže antibiotik kod prvih simptoma prehlade).

Primjerice, ono čega su danas malobrojni svjesni je da je virus ospica puno zarazniji od SARS-CoV-2, a da im je smrtnost podjednaka (oko 1 na 1000 zaraženih kod ospica, a kod SARS-CoV-2 nešto više, s time da su za osobe mlađe od 80 godina ospice puno smrtonosnije od COVID-19). Dakle da nas većina nije cijepljena protiv ospica, pandemija ospica bi bila puno strašnija od pandemije SARS-CoV-2. I protiv SARS-CoV-2 dolazi cjepivo za nekoliko mjeseci, tako da je ova priča s pandemijom sigurno gotova na proljeće", napisao je Lauc i dodao.

"Čak i na vrhuncu pandemije SARS-CoV-2 virusa u Zagrebu kada procjenjujemo da je možda i više od 10 posto ljudi aktivno zaraženo, kod većine ljudi sa simptomima koji dođu na testiranje bolest su uzrokovali neki drugi virusi, a ne SARS-CoV-2. Ne umanjujem težinu problema koji imamo. SARS-CoV-2 danas prijeti kolapsom našeg zdravstvenog sustava i svi moramo aktivno sudjelovati u naporima da suzbijemo širenje pandemije.

S dolaskom zime sve više ljudi ima jako teške simptome, te ih nažalost trenutno svakodnevno puno previše i umire. No pandemiju trebamo suzbiti tako da pri tome sačuvamo zdrav razum. Ovo je samo jedan od stotina virusa koji uzrokuju bolesti kod čovjeka i ne možemo ga eliminirati, kao što ne možemo eliminirati niti druge viruse. Kao i kod svih drugih virusa, najbolja obrana je metaboličko zdravlje i jak imuni sustav. Stres i strah izravno inaktiviraju imuni sustav.

Ako se jako bojite da ćete se razboljeti, svojim strahom samo povećavate vjerojatnost da ćete se doista razboljeti, no ne samo od covida-19, već i od drugih metaboličkih bolesti, tumora i drugih bolesti od čega se zdrav organizam može uspješno obraniti", zaključio je Lauc.

Optimistična prognoza Gordana Lauca: Pandemija je gotova do proljeća, sačuvajmo zdrav razum, stres i strah samo odmažu

Znanstvenik Gordan Lauc, ujedno i član Znanstvenog savjeta vlade na Facebooku je objavio dulji status u kojem se osvrnuo na temu koronavirusa.

Smatra kako će priča s Covidom-19 gotovo sigurno biti gotova na proljeće jer bi do tad trebalo stići cjepivo, no istaknuo je da strah i stres nikako ne pridonose boljem odgovoru imunosnog sustava.

"SARS-CoV-2 je pokorio svijet. Pred virusom koji zapravo niti po čemu nije toliko poseban, na koljena su klekle gotovo sve svjetske vlade. Recesija zbog pandemije veća je od recesije koju je uzrokovao 2. Svjetski rat...Većina ljudi ne razmišlja o virusima, a mnogi niti ne znaju dobro kakva je razlika između virusa i bakterija (pa traže antibiotik kod prvih simptoma prehlade).

Primjerice, ono čega su danas malobrojni svjesni je da je virus ospica puno zarazniji od SARS-CoV-2, a da im je smrtnost podjednaka (oko 1 na 1000 zaraženih kod ospica, a kod SARS-CoV-2 nešto više, s time da su za osobe mlađe od 80 godina ospice puno smrtonosnije od COVID-19). Dakle da nas većina nije cijepljena protiv ospica, pandemija ospica bi bila puno strašnija od pandemije SARS-CoV-2. I protiv SARS-CoV-2 dolazi cjepivo za nekoliko mjeseci, tako da je ova priča s pandemijom sigurno gotova na proljeće", napisao je Lauc i dodao.

"Čak i na vrhuncu pandemije SARS-CoV-2 virusa u Zagrebu kada procjenjujemo da je možda i više od 10 posto ljudi aktivno zaraženo, kod većine ljudi sa simptomima koji dođu na testiranje bolest su uzrokovali neki drugi virusi, a ne SARS-CoV-2. Ne umanjujem težinu problema koji imamo. SARS-CoV-2 danas prijeti kolapsom našeg zdravstvenog sustava i svi moramo aktivno sudjelovati u naporima da suzbijemo širenje pandemije.

S dolaskom zime sve više ljudi ima jako teške simptome, te ih nažalost trenutno svakodnevno puno previše i umire. No pandemiju trebamo suzbiti tako da pri tome sačuvamo zdrav razum. Ovo je samo jedan od stotina virusa koji uzrokuju bolesti kod čovjeka i ne možemo ga eliminirati, kao što ne možemo eliminirati niti druge viruse. Kao i kod svih drugih virusa, najbolja obrana je metaboličko zdravlje i jak imuni sustav. Stres i strah izravno inaktiviraju imuni sustav.

Ako se jako bojite da ćete se razboljeti, svojim strahom samo povećavate vjerojatnost da ćete se doista razboljeti, no ne samo od covida-19, već i od drugih metaboličkih bolesti, tumora i drugih bolesti od čega se zdrav organizam može uspješno obraniti", zaključio je Lauc.
