Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara zatražila je od Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova češće policijske patrole oko zdravstvenih ustanova, a od Ministarstva pravosuđa izmjene Kaznenog zakona tako da zdravstveni djelatnici dobiju status službene osobe.

Na taj način, smatraju, ojačala bi se kazneno-pravna zaštita zdravstvenih radnika te bi im se omogućilo da u sigurnim uvjetima rade svoj posao, prenosi N1.

“Naime, nakon nedavnog napada na pacijente u prostoru hitnog prijema KBC-a Zagreb, jasno je da postojeća razina zaštite nije zadovoljavajuća. Moram naglasiti kako ovaj incident u KBC-u Zagreb nije izoliran slučaj napada na medicinske sestre i medicinske tehničare prilikom obavljanja njihovih poslova. Slučajevi psihičkog maltretiranja, vikanja te prijetnji pacijenata, članova obitelji te drugih osoba prema zdravstvenim radnicima postali su dio svakodnevice velikog broja zdravstvenih radnika. Nasilje nad medicinskim sestrama i drugim zdravstvenim radnicima može eskalirati i do razine ugrožavanja njihovih života i postaje sve veći problem”, istaknuo je Mario Gazić, predsjednik Hrvatske komore medicinskih sestara.

“Rezultati istraživanja koje je Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara provela 2018. godine upravo na temu nasilja nad medicinskim sestrama tijekom obavljanja njihove djelatnosti, pokazali su da čak 95 posto medicinskih sestara smatra da fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nije na odgovarajućoj razini, kako su se u 73 posto ustanova dogodili napadi na medicinske sestre, kako više od pola ustanova nema zaštitarsku službu od 0 do 24 sata, a 9 posto ima ovu službu samo tijekom noći te kako je čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara doživjelo verbalno ili fizičko nasilje za vrijeme obavljanja svoje djelatnosti.

HKMS očekuje da će se po službenoj dužnosti pokrenuti kazneni postupak zbog kaznenog djela prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku jer su nasilnici napali i medicinsku sestru koja je štitila pacijenta kojemu je u trenutku napada pružala zdravstvenu njegu”, priopćili su.

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara zatražila je od Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova češće policijske patrole oko zdravstvenih ustanova, a od Ministarstva pravosuđa izmjene Kaznenog zakona tako da zdravstveni djelatnici dobiju status službene osobe.

Na taj način, smatraju, ojačala bi se kazneno-pravna zaštita zdravstvenih radnika te bi im se omogućilo da u sigurnim uvjetima rade svoj posao, prenosi N1.

“Naime, nakon nedavnog napada na pacijente u prostoru hitnog prijema KBC-a Zagreb, jasno je da postojeća razina zaštite nije zadovoljavajuća. Moram naglasiti kako ovaj incident u KBC-u Zagreb nije izoliran slučaj napada na medicinske sestre i medicinske tehničare prilikom obavljanja njihovih poslova. Slučajevi psihičkog maltretiranja, vikanja te prijetnji pacijenata, članova obitelji te drugih osoba prema zdravstvenim radnicima postali su dio svakodnevice velikog broja zdravstvenih radnika. Nasilje nad medicinskim sestrama i drugim zdravstvenim radnicima može eskalirati i do razine ugrožavanja njihovih života i postaje sve veći problem”, istaknuo je Mario Gazić, predsjednik Hrvatske komore medicinskih sestara.

“Rezultati istraživanja koje je Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara provela 2018. godine upravo na temu nasilja nad medicinskim sestrama tijekom obavljanja njihove djelatnosti, pokazali su da čak 95 posto medicinskih sestara smatra da fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nije na odgovarajućoj razini, kako su se u 73 posto ustanova dogodili napadi na medicinske sestre, kako više od pola ustanova nema zaštitarsku službu od 0 do 24 sata, a 9 posto ima ovu službu samo tijekom noći te kako je čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara doživjelo verbalno ili fizičko nasilje za vrijeme obavljanja svoje djelatnosti.

HKMS očekuje da će se po službenoj dužnosti pokrenuti kazneni postupak zbog kaznenog djela prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku jer su nasilnici napali i medicinsku sestru koja je štitila pacijenta kojemu je u trenutku napada pružala zdravstvenu njegu”, priopćili su.

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara traži češće policijske patrole oko zdravstvenih ustanova, ali i status službene osobe!

Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara zatražila je od Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova češće policijske patrole oko zdravstvenih ustanova, a od Ministarstva pravosuđa izmjene Kaznenog zakona tako da zdravstveni djelatnici dobiju status službene osobe.

Na taj način, smatraju, ojačala bi se kazneno-pravna zaštita zdravstvenih radnika te bi im se omogućilo da u sigurnim uvjetima rade svoj posao, prenosi N1.

“Naime, nakon nedavnog napada na pacijente u prostoru hitnog prijema KBC-a Zagreb, jasno je da postojeća razina zaštite nije zadovoljavajuća. Moram naglasiti kako ovaj incident u KBC-u Zagreb nije izoliran slučaj napada na medicinske sestre i medicinske tehničare prilikom obavljanja njihovih poslova. Slučajevi psihičkog maltretiranja, vikanja te prijetnji pacijenata, članova obitelji te drugih osoba prema zdravstvenim radnicima postali su dio svakodnevice velikog broja zdravstvenih radnika. Nasilje nad medicinskim sestrama i drugim zdravstvenim radnicima može eskalirati i do razine ugrožavanja njihovih života i postaje sve veći problem”, istaknuo je Mario Gazić, predsjednik Hrvatske komore medicinskih sestara.

“Rezultati istraživanja koje je Hrvatska komora medicinskih sestara provela 2018. godine upravo na temu nasilja nad medicinskim sestrama tijekom obavljanja njihove djelatnosti, pokazali su da čak 95 posto medicinskih sestara smatra da fizička zaštita i sigurnost u zdravstvenim ustanovama nije na odgovarajućoj razini, kako su se u 73 posto ustanova dogodili napadi na medicinske sestre, kako više od pola ustanova nema zaštitarsku službu od 0 do 24 sata, a 9 posto ima ovu službu samo tijekom noći te kako je čak 89 posto medicinskih sestara doživjelo verbalno ili fizičko nasilje za vrijeme obavljanja svoje djelatnosti.

HKMS očekuje da će se po službenoj dužnosti pokrenuti kazneni postupak zbog kaznenog djela prisile prema zdravstvenom radniku jer su nasilnici napali i medicinsku sestru koja je štitila pacijenta kojemu je u trenutku napada pružala zdravstvenu njegu”, priopćili su.
