Sezona berbe grožđa i prerade u vino završava, a razdoblje berbe maslina i proizvodnje maslinova ulja tek počinje na širem zadarskom području. Prema zadnjim informacijama, vinogradari mogu biti zadovoljni ovogodišnjim urodom, a dobra se godina smiješi i uljarima koji su tek na početku posla prerade u maslinovo ulje.

Prema riječima Gordane Dragun, voditeljice Područnog ureda Poljoprivredno-savjetodavne službe Zadarske županije, berba grožđa u vinogradima uglavnom je završena. Situacija je u Zadarskoj županiji bila dobra na područjima koja nisu stradala od tuče koja je neka područja pogodila 2. svibnja ove godine.

- Poslali smo u Zagreb, u Upravu Ministarstva poljoprivrede, mišljenje da su 30 posto manji prinosi od očekivanih. U pogledu kvalitete, ono što se bralo bilo je vrlo kvalitetno, s visokim šećerima, s tim što je kod nekih sorti bilo nešto nižih kiselina, pa će se temeljem pravilnika morati ići na dokiseljavanje, ali to nije ništa upitno niti sporno – kaže Dragun.
Masline su se tek počele brati na zadarskom podrčju, mada vremenske prilike, odnosno neprilike, baš i ne idu tome na ruku.

- Stižu vijesti iz uljare na Pašmanu kako su vrlo visoki randmani prvih ubranih maslina, kreću se od 12 do 14 posto. Maslinari su zadovoljni na tom području. Druge su uljare tek otvorile svoja vrata i krenule s preradom prošle subote i tu za sad još nema povratnih informacija i pokazatelja. Uglavnom se počelo s berbom talijanskih sorti koje su na pojedinim lokalitetima već zrele za berbu. Orkula nije još prispjela, mogla bi još pričekati koji dan – ističe Dragun.

Dobra vijest za mnoge maslinare je što je orkula ove godine na zadarskom području konačno dobro rodila i za sada se odlično drži. Niti nedavno jako jugo nije toliko otrunilo plodova, pa se očekuje dobra berba.

- Ova bi godina mogla biti pristoja što se tiče količine i kvalitete, za razliku od južne Dalmacije gdje je lošija situacija. I Istri je također dobro, berba je počela s talijanskim sortama i tamo će također biti solidna godina. Maslinova muha nije napravila puno štete kod svih koji su slušali naše preporuke. Ima nešto gubitaka na Ugljanu na lokalitetima gdje je dosta plodova popadalo zbog uboda muhe, ali uglavnom kod onih koji nisu išli sa preporučenom zaštitom. Na kopnenom dijelu to dosta dobro izgleda – kazala je Dragun.

Veći proizvođači vina i ulja na zadarskom području također imaju dobre rezultate. Na jednoj od najvećih plantaža PZ Masline i vino u Polači/Tinju berba maslina je počela, najprije za konzerviranje plodova, a onda i za ulje jer imaju veće količine pa se bere u nekoliko intervala.

- Trebala bi ovo biti jedna pristojna godina za maslinare, ali i s grožđem smo također dobro prošli – zaključila je Gordana Dragun.

Sezona berbe grožđa i prerade u vino završava, a razdoblje berbe maslina i proizvodnje maslinova ulja tek počinje na širem zadarskom području. Prema zadnjim informacijama, vinogradari mogu biti zadovoljni ovogodišnjim urodom, a dobra se godina smiješi i uljarima koji su tek na početku posla prerade u maslinovo ulje.

Prema riječima Gordane Dragun, voditeljice Područnog ureda Poljoprivredno-savjetodavne službe Zadarske županije, berba grožđa u vinogradima uglavnom je završena. Situacija je u Zadarskoj županiji bila dobra na područjima koja nisu stradala od tuče koja je neka područja pogodila 2. svibnja ove godine.

- Poslali smo u Zagreb, u Upravu Ministarstva poljoprivrede, mišljenje da su 30 posto manji prinosi od očekivanih. U pogledu kvalitete, ono što se bralo bilo je vrlo kvalitetno, s visokim šećerima, s tim što je kod nekih sorti bilo nešto nižih kiselina, pa će se temeljem pravilnika morati ići na dokiseljavanje, ali to nije ništa upitno niti sporno – kaže Dragun.
Masline su se tek počele brati na zadarskom podrčju, mada vremenske prilike, odnosno neprilike, baš i ne idu tome na ruku.

- Stižu vijesti iz uljare na Pašmanu kako su vrlo visoki randmani prvih ubranih maslina, kreću se od 12 do 14 posto. Maslinari su zadovoljni na tom području. Druge su uljare tek otvorile svoja vrata i krenule s preradom prošle subote i tu za sad još nema povratnih informacija i pokazatelja. Uglavnom se počelo s berbom talijanskih sorti koje su na pojedinim lokalitetima već zrele za berbu. Orkula nije još prispjela, mogla bi još pričekati koji dan – ističe Dragun.

Dobra vijest za mnoge maslinare je što je orkula ove godine na zadarskom području konačno dobro rodila i za sada se odlično drži. Niti nedavno jako jugo nije toliko otrunilo plodova, pa se očekuje dobra berba.

- Ova bi godina mogla biti pristoja što se tiče količine i kvalitete, za razliku od južne Dalmacije gdje je lošija situacija. I Istri je također dobro, berba je počela s talijanskim sortama i tamo će također biti solidna godina. Maslinova muha nije napravila puno štete kod svih koji su slušali naše preporuke. Ima nešto gubitaka na Ugljanu na lokalitetima gdje je dosta plodova popadalo zbog uboda muhe, ali uglavnom kod onih koji nisu išli sa preporučenom zaštitom. Na kopnenom dijelu to dosta dobro izgleda – kazala je Dragun.

Veći proizvođači vina i ulja na zadarskom području također imaju dobre rezultate. Na jednoj od najvećih plantaža PZ Masline i vino u Polači/Tinju berba maslina je počela, najprije za konzerviranje plodova, a onda i za ulje jer imaju veće količine pa se bere u nekoliko intervala.

- Trebala bi ovo biti jedna pristojna godina za maslinare, ali i s grožđem smo također dobro prošli – zaključila je Gordana Dragun.

Grožđe je pobrano, ima ga 30 posto manje, ali kvaliteta je odlična, s maslinama se tek krenulo, sve u svemu godina bi mogla biti - dobra!

Sezona berbe grožđa i prerade u vino završava, a razdoblje berbe maslina i proizvodnje maslinova ulja tek počinje na širem zadarskom području. Prema zadnjim informacijama, vinogradari mogu biti zadovoljni ovogodišnjim urodom, a dobra se godina smiješi i uljarima koji su tek na početku posla prerade u maslinovo ulje.

Prema riječima Gordane Dragun, voditeljice Područnog ureda Poljoprivredno-savjetodavne službe Zadarske županije, berba grožđa u vinogradima uglavnom je završena. Situacija je u Zadarskoj županiji bila dobra na područjima koja nisu stradala od tuče koja je neka područja pogodila 2. svibnja ove godine.

- Poslali smo u Zagreb, u Upravu Ministarstva poljoprivrede, mišljenje da su 30 posto manji prinosi od očekivanih. U pogledu kvalitete, ono što se bralo bilo je vrlo kvalitetno, s visokim šećerima, s tim što je kod nekih sorti bilo nešto nižih kiselina, pa će se temeljem pravilnika morati ići na dokiseljavanje, ali to nije ništa upitno niti sporno – kaže Dragun.
Masline su se tek počele brati na zadarskom podrčju, mada vremenske prilike, odnosno neprilike, baš i ne idu tome na ruku.

- Stižu vijesti iz uljare na Pašmanu kako su vrlo visoki randmani prvih ubranih maslina, kreću se od 12 do 14 posto. Maslinari su zadovoljni na tom području. Druge su uljare tek otvorile svoja vrata i krenule s preradom prošle subote i tu za sad još nema povratnih informacija i pokazatelja. Uglavnom se počelo s berbom talijanskih sorti koje su na pojedinim lokalitetima već zrele za berbu. Orkula nije još prispjela, mogla bi još pričekati koji dan – ističe Dragun.

Dobra vijest za mnoge maslinare je što je orkula ove godine na zadarskom području konačno dobro rodila i za sada se odlično drži. Niti nedavno jako jugo nije toliko otrunilo plodova, pa se očekuje dobra berba.

- Ova bi godina mogla biti pristoja što se tiče količine i kvalitete, za razliku od južne Dalmacije gdje je lošija situacija. I Istri je također dobro, berba je počela s talijanskim sortama i tamo će također biti solidna godina. Maslinova muha nije napravila puno štete kod svih koji su slušali naše preporuke. Ima nešto gubitaka na Ugljanu na lokalitetima gdje je dosta plodova popadalo zbog uboda muhe, ali uglavnom kod onih koji nisu išli sa preporučenom zaštitom. Na kopnenom dijelu to dosta dobro izgleda – kazala je Dragun.

Veći proizvođači vina i ulja na zadarskom području također imaju dobre rezultate. Na jednoj od najvećih plantaža PZ Masline i vino u Polači/Tinju berba maslina je počela, najprije za konzerviranje plodova, a onda i za ulje jer imaju veće količine pa se bere u nekoliko intervala.

- Trebala bi ovo biti jedna pristojna godina za maslinare, ali i s grožđem smo također dobro prošli – zaključila je Gordana Dragun.
