Zašto zgrada bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, popularno zvana Poliklinika, već više od dvije godine stoji zaključana? Kakva joj je namjena, što će biti s njom? Trenutno se iz nje izlijevaju fekalne vode u okoliš javnog kupališta Kolovare, a prije dvije godine zgrada je prodana iz trećeg pokušaja kao odlična lokacija. Zavod za javno zdravstvo Zadarske županije zaključio je početkom 2021. godine prodaju svojih bivših prostora nakon što je zaprimio ponudu koja je čak za više od pet milijuna kuna premašila procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine. Izdašnu ponudu u iznosu od 22.334.455,99 kuna dala je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva. Radilo se o hrvatskoj tvrtki registriranoj za ekološku proizvodnju električne energije. 

O sudbini stare zgrade na atraktivnoj lokaciji trebali su tako odlučiti novi vlasnici iz tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva koja je osnovana u Zagrebu 2007. godine. da bi 2013. godine pokrenula ulaganje u okolici Zadru u vrijednosti od 360 milijuna kuna i to za izgradnju vjetroelektrana. Naime direktor tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva, ujedno i vlasnik, Iljko Ćurić, zet je Ante Ćurkovića, bivšeg HEP-ov direktora Sektora za strategiju, investicije i korporativni razvoj i člana Nadzornog odbora Dalekovoda, u javnosti poznat i kao “hrvatski kralj vjetra”. Ante Ćurković je na svoje, te na imena sina Tomislava, supruge Jelene, kćeri Ane, zeta Iljka Ćurića i Vladimira Matjačića, bio povezan s tvrtkama koje su u vlasništvu imale vjetroelektrane i energetske projekte vrijedne najmanje sto milijuna eura. 

Vjerovalo se da će zgrada Zavoda za javno zdravstvo na atraktivnoj lokaciji na obali uz kupalište Kolovare biti prenamijenjena u hotel. Iako je početna cijena zgrade bila 17.005.000 kuna, tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva ponudila je za zgradu staru pedesetak godina 22.334.455 kuna, što je za 4 milijuna bilo manje od cijene po kojoj se ranije nudila. Zgrada se nalazi u prvom redu do mora, ali plaža ispred nje dio je pomorskog dobra javno dostupna svima. 

U međuvremenu je Grad Zadar proveo prvu fazu uređenja kupališta Kolovare vrijedno 2.205.000 kuna, zajednički financirano sredstvima Grada Zadra i Ministarstva turizma i sporta kroz projekt Jačanja javne turističke infrastrukture i konkurentnosti Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije (Ministarstvo je sudjelovali s 560.000 kuna). Obuhvatilo je sanaciju i uređenje obalnog zida, popločanje kupališta i sunčališta, te postavljanje javne rasvjete uz popularnu plažu. 

Kako vidimo ovih dana, šteta što sanacija nije obuhvatila i sustav otpadnih voda. A zgrada bivše Poliklinike i dalje zaključana, vlasnika - nema na vidiku.

Zašto zgrada bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, popularno zvana Poliklinika, već više od dvije godine stoji zaključana? Kakva joj je namjena, što će biti s njom? Trenutno se iz nje izlijevaju fekalne vode u okoliš javnog kupališta Kolovare, a prije dvije godine zgrada je prodana iz trećeg pokušaja kao odlična lokacija. Zavod za javno zdravstvo Zadarske županije zaključio je početkom 2021. godine prodaju svojih bivših prostora nakon što je zaprimio ponudu koja je čak za više od pet milijuna kuna premašila procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine. Izdašnu ponudu u iznosu od 22.334.455,99 kuna dala je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva. Radilo se o hrvatskoj tvrtki registriranoj za ekološku proizvodnju električne energije. 

O sudbini stare zgrade na atraktivnoj lokaciji trebali su tako odlučiti novi vlasnici iz tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva koja je osnovana u Zagrebu 2007. godine. da bi 2013. godine pokrenula ulaganje u okolici Zadru u vrijednosti od 360 milijuna kuna i to za izgradnju vjetroelektrana. Naime direktor tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva, ujedno i vlasnik, Iljko Ćurić, zet je Ante Ćurkovića, bivšeg HEP-ov direktora Sektora za strategiju, investicije i korporativni razvoj i člana Nadzornog odbora Dalekovoda, u javnosti poznat i kao “hrvatski kralj vjetra”. Ante Ćurković je na svoje, te na imena sina Tomislava, supruge Jelene, kćeri Ane, zeta Iljka Ćurića i Vladimira Matjačića, bio povezan s tvrtkama koje su u vlasništvu imale vjetroelektrane i energetske projekte vrijedne najmanje sto milijuna eura. 

Vjerovalo se da će zgrada Zavoda za javno zdravstvo na atraktivnoj lokaciji na obali uz kupalište Kolovare biti prenamijenjena u hotel. Iako je početna cijena zgrade bila 17.005.000 kuna, tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva ponudila je za zgradu staru pedesetak godina 22.334.455 kuna, što je za 4 milijuna bilo manje od cijene po kojoj se ranije nudila. Zgrada se nalazi u prvom redu do mora, ali plaža ispred nje dio je pomorskog dobra javno dostupna svima. 

U međuvremenu je Grad Zadar proveo prvu fazu uređenja kupališta Kolovare vrijedno 2.205.000 kuna, zajednički financirano sredstvima Grada Zadra i Ministarstva turizma i sporta kroz projekt Jačanja javne turističke infrastrukture i konkurentnosti Grada Zadra i Zadarske županije (Ministarstvo je sudjelovali s 560.000 kuna). Obuhvatilo je sanaciju i uređenje obalnog zida, popločanje kupališta i sunčališta, te postavljanje javne rasvjete uz popularnu plažu. 

Kako vidimo ovih dana, šteta što sanacija nije obuhvatila i sustav otpadnih voda. A zgrada bivše Poliklinike i dalje zaključana, vlasnika - nema na vidiku.

Zgrada nekadašnje Poliklinike iz koje se cijede fekalije već dvije godine zaključana, a novi vlasnici platili je 22 milijuna kuna?

Zašto zgrada bivšeg Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, popularno zvana Poliklinika, već više od dvije godine stoji zaključana? Kakva joj je namjena, što će biti s njom? Trenutno se iz nje izlijevaju fekalne vode u okoliš javnog kupališta Kolovare, a prije dvije godine zgrada je prodana iz trećeg pokušaja kao odlična lokacija. Zavod za javno zdravstvo Zadarske županije zaključio je početkom 2021. godine prodaju svojih bivših prostora nakon što je zaprimio ponudu koja je čak za više od pet milijuna kuna premašila procjenu vrijednosti nekretnine. Izdašnu ponudu u iznosu od 22.334.455,99 kuna dala je tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva. Radilo se o hrvatskoj tvrtki registriranoj za ekološku proizvodnju električne energije. 

O sudbini stare zgrade na atraktivnoj lokaciji trebali su tako odlučiti novi vlasnici iz tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva koja je osnovana u Zagrebu 2007. godine. da bi 2013. godine pokrenula ulaganje u okolici Zadru u vrijednosti od 360 milijuna kuna i to za izgradnju vjetroelektrana. Naime direktor tvrtke Eko Zadar Dva, ujedno i vlasnik, Iljko Ćurić, zet je Ante Ćurkovića, bivšeg HEP-ov direktora Sektora za strategiju, investicije i korporativni razvoj i člana Nadzornog odbora Dalekovoda, u javnosti poznat i kao “hrvatski kralj vjetra”. Ante Ćurković je na svoje, te na imena sina Tomislava, supruge Jelene, kćeri Ane, zeta Iljka Ćurića i Vladimira Matjačića, bio povezan s tvrtkama koje su u vlasništvu imale vjetroelektrane i energetske projekte vrijedne najmanje sto milijuna eura. 

Vjerovalo se da će zgrada Zavoda za javno zdravstvo na atraktivnoj lokaciji na obali uz kupalište Kolovare biti prenamijenjena u hotel. Iako je početna cijena zgrade bila 17.005.000 kuna, tvrtka Eko Zadar Dva ponudila je za zgradu staru pedesetak godina 22.334.455 kuna, što je za 4 milijuna bilo manje od cijene po kojoj se ranije nudila.
