Na danas održanom radnom Kolegiju gradonačelnika Grada Zadra analiziran je Vladin Prijedlog mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu uslijed epidemije korona virusa, a odnose se na obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak, turističke članarine za gospodarske subjekte i privatne iznajmljivače kao i plaćanja turističke pristojbe za privatne iznajmljivače (paušal) te plaćanja spomeničke rente.

Uz spomenute mjere Vlade RH, gradonačelnik Grada Zadra Branko Dukić  donio je dodatne izvanredne privremene mjere za pomoć zadarskom gospodarstvu i očuvanju radnih mjesta, i to:

1. svi zakupci poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra u onim djelatnostima kojima je, Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije od 16. ožujka ove godine, privremeno naložena obustava rada, u cijelosti se oslobađaju plaćanja zakupa poslovnih prostora od dana stupanja na snagu te Odluke do dana opoziva;

2. svi zakupci javnih površina na području Grada Zadra u onim djelatnostima kojima je, Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije od 16. ožujka ove godine, privremeno naložena obustava rada, u cijelosti se oslobađaju plaćanja zakupa tih javnih površina ukoliko u tom razdoblju imaju ugovoreni zakup.

Ove mjere predložit će se na usvajanje Gradskom vijeću Grada Zadra po žurnom postupku.

Ovisno o budućem razvoju i posljedicama epidemije izazvane virusom Covid 19, Grad Zadar razmatrat će i ostale mjere pomoći zadarskom gospodarstvu, kao i pomoći građanima, objavljeno je iz gradske uprave.

Na danas održanom radnom Kolegiju gradonačelnika Grada Zadra analiziran je Vladin Prijedlog mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu uslijed epidemije korona virusa, a odnose se na obveze plaćanja poreza na dohodak, turističke članarine za gospodarske subjekte i privatne iznajmljivače kao i plaćanja turističke pristojbe za privatne iznajmljivače (paušal) te plaćanja spomeničke rente.

Uz spomenute mjere Vlade RH, gradonačelnik Grada Zadra Branko Dukić  donio je dodatne izvanredne privremene mjere za pomoć zadarskom gospodarstvu i očuvanju radnih mjesta, i to:

1. svi zakupci poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Zadra u onim djelatnostima kojima je, Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije od 16. ožujka ove godine, privremeno naložena obustava rada, u cijelosti se oslobađaju plaćanja zakupa poslovnih prostora od dana stupanja na snagu te Odluke do dana opoziva;

2. svi zakupci javnih površina na području Grada Zadra u onim djelatnostima kojima je, Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije od 16. ožujka ove godine, privremeno naložena obustava rada, u cijelosti se oslobađaju plaćanja zakupa tih javnih površina ukoliko u tom razdoblju imaju ugovoreni zakup.

Ove mjere predložit će se na usvajanje Gradskom vijeću Grada Zadra po žurnom postupku.

Ovisno o budućem razvoju i posljedicama epidemije izazvane virusom Covid 19, Grad Zadar razmatrat će i ostale mjere pomoći zadarskom gospodarstvu, kao i pomoći građanima, objavljeno je iz gradske uprave.
