Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za Zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva u vremenskom razdoblju od 2015. do 2018.godine protivno obvezi vođenja društva sukladno važećim zakonskim odredbama, a u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi za sebe, iznos gotovinskog prometa nije polagao na račun društva već zadržao za sebe, što je za posljedicu imalo otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad trgovačkim društvom.

Na taj način je oštetio trgovačko društvo za iznos od 1.479.650,24 kuna, a za koji iznos je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist.

Protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za Zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva u vremenskom razdoblju od 2015. do 2018.godine protivno obvezi vođenja društva sukladno važećim zakonskim odredbama, a u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi za sebe, iznos gotovinskog prometa nije polagao na račun društva već zadržao za sebe, što je za posljedicu imalo otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad trgovačkim društvom.

Na taj način je oštetio trgovačko društvo za iznos od 1.479.650,24 kuna, a za koji iznos je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist.

Protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za Zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Naime, sumnjiči ga se da kao vlasnik i odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva u vremenskom razdoblju od 2015. do 2018.godine protivno obvezi vođenja društva sukladno važećim zakonskim odredbama, a u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi za sebe, iznos gotovinskog prometa nije polagao na račun društva već zadržao za sebe, što je za posljedicu imalo otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad trgovačkim društvom.

Na taj način je oštetio trgovačko društvo za iznos od 1.479.650,24 kuna, a za koji iznos je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist.

Protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
