Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 42-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je krajem 2021. godine kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova u više navrata s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva podizao novac kojeg je zadržao za sebe. Time je oštetio trgovačko društvo za oko 20 tisuća eura.

Protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 42-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je krajem 2021. godine kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova u više navrata s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva podizao novac kojeg je zadržao za sebe. Time je oštetio trgovačko društvo za oko 20 tisuća eura.

Protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 42-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je krajem 2021. godine kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova u više navrata s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva podizao novac kojeg je zadržao za sebe. Time je oštetio trgovačko društvo za oko 20 tisuća eura.

Protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
