I ovog puta je na Gradskom vijeću "pala" točka prodaje bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji čija je procijenjena vrijednost ukupno 8,1 milijun kuna.
Ante Kolega (HDZ) je na početku rasprave krenuo pričati o prošlosti HAK-a i njegovom osnutku, govorio je o svim poslovima kojima se HAK bavi, napomenuo je da je jedno vrijeme tamo servisirao i svoje auto pa HAK nazvao kultnim mjestom na Relji.
- HAK se odselio u Murvicu, nema ih na Relji, nitko ne plaća najam, prostor stoji i što s njim onda napraviti? gradska uprava je u maniri dobrog gospodara to odlučila prodati, a vi u maniri lošeg gospodara želite da to ostane prazno, kazao je Kolega dodajući kako bi on osobno na tom mjestu vidio možda i muzej Domovinskog rata.
U raspravu se uključio i Ante Rubeša.
- Vratili ste ovu točku na Dnevni redu istom obliku, a mi ćemo je u istom obliku i odbiti, smatrate nas budalama, kazao je Rubeša pa se potom obratio Kolegi.
- Ante, zašto ti nije palo na pamet da srušimo zgrade i zasadimo stabla? Možda bi tim ljudima iz bolnice bilo bolje da gledaju zelenilo, park, možda jezerce, ribice, trim stazu, nego zgradu!, zaključio je Rubeša.
Daniel Radeta (SDP) kazao je kako je saznao tko je budući investitor te da je to osoba koja tamo ima kupljen već jedan stan.
- Evo jedne inicijative za pročelnika, s obzirom da je investitor vlasnik stana, molim vas da Grad Zadar otkupi taj stan da vidimo za koliko će ga čovjek prodati jer mi njemu dajemo kvadrat za 850 eura, kazao je Radeta.
Enio Meštrović (nezavisni) je rekao kako je stav njegovog kluba isti, kako se bore za zelenilo i kako će zaustaviti stanogradnju.
- Da ste čitali radne materijale ne bi govorili o parku jer je tamo, zadnjih 15 godina, na snazi plan visoke gradnje. Da bi napravili park morate mijenjati Prostorni plan. Što se tiče prodaje, izglasali ste proračun za ovu godinu, ovo su sredstva koja su bila uklopljena u proračun. Mi taj stan nećemo kupovati i ne zanima nas cijena nego prodaja. Investitor je onaj tko da najbolju ponudu na natječaju, ali kako točka neće proći, njegovo ime nećemo saznati, kazao je Tomislav Korona, pročelnik UV za gradsku imovinu.
SDP, Akcija mladih i nezavisni ponovno su bili protiv prodaje bivših prostorija HAK-a.

I ovog puta je na Gradskom vijeću "pala" točka prodaje bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji čija je procijenjena vrijednost ukupno 8,1 milijun kuna.
Ante Kolega (HDZ) je na početku rasprave krenuo pričati o prošlosti HAK-a i njegovom osnutku, govorio je o svim poslovima kojima se HAK bavi, napomenuo je da je jedno vrijeme tamo servisirao i svoje auto pa HAK nazvao kultnim mjestom na Relji.
- HAK se odselio u Murvicu, nema ih na Relji, nitko ne plaća najam, prostor stoji i što s njim onda napraviti? gradska uprava je u maniri dobrog gospodara to odlučila prodati, a vi u maniri lošeg gospodara želite da to ostane prazno, kazao je Kolega dodajući kako bi on osobno na tom mjestu vidio možda i muzej Domovinskog rata.
U raspravu se uključio i Ante Rubeša.
- Vratili ste ovu točku na Dnevni redu istom obliku, a mi ćemo je u istom obliku i odbiti, smatrate nas budalama, kazao je Rubeša pa se potom obratio Kolegi.
- Ante, zašto ti nije palo na pamet da srušimo zgrade i zasadimo stabla? Možda bi tim ljudima iz bolnice bilo bolje da gledaju zelenilo, park, možda jezerce, ribice, trim stazu, nego zgradu!, zaključio je Rubeša.
Daniel Radeta (SDP) kazao je kako je saznao tko je budući investitor te da je to osoba koja tamo ima kupljen već jedan stan.
- Evo jedne inicijative za pročelnika, s obzirom da je investitor vlasnik stana, molim vas da Grad Zadar otkupi taj stan da vidimo za koliko će ga čovjek prodati jer mi njemu dajemo kvadrat za 850 eura, kazao je Radeta.
Enio Meštrović (nezavisni) je rekao kako je stav njegovog kluba isti, kako se bore za zelenilo i kako će zaustaviti stanogradnju.
- Da ste čitali radne materijale ne bi govorili o parku jer je tamo, zadnjih 15 godina, na snazi plan visoke gradnje. Da bi napravili park morate mijenjati Prostorni plan. Što se tiče prodaje, izglasali ste proračun za ovu godinu, ovo su sredstva koja su bila uklopljena u proračun. Mi taj stan nećemo kupovati i ne zanima nas cijena nego prodaja. Investitor je onaj tko da najbolju ponudu na natječaju, ali kako točka neće proći, njegovo ime nećemo saznati, kazao je Tomislav Korona, pročelnik UV za gradsku imovinu.
