Nakon što je Turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata uklonila terasu Mimoze zbog toga jer ugosititeljski objekt nije imao minimalne uvjete za terasu, Mimoza ponovno ima terasu. Ovog puta vlasnik Branko Bungur Som je zatražio od Grada Zadra zakup javne površine i to za ograđeni prostor koji se nalazi pokraj kafića.
Bungur je vodio bitke s komunalnim redarima zbog stolova i stolica koji je bio postavio na Kalelargi i u prolazu zgrade. Komunalni redari su tu tri navrata pokušali maknuti ugostiteljsku opremu, no tek je iz trećeg pokušaja, uz asistenciju interventne policije, vlasnik odlučio prestati s nezakonitom praksom.
Vlasnik Mimoze je zakup javne površine zatražio početkom lipnja.
- Dana 6. lipnja društvo Ice Cream group d.o.o. podnijelo je zahtjev za zakup javne površine ispred ugostiteljskog objekta Mimoza. Nakon što je zahtjev nadopunjen potrebnom dokumentacijom UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom 7. srpnja 2023. godine izdao je Ugovor o zakupu javne površine koji vrijedi do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. Zakupac je primio u zakup javnu površinu ukupne površine 51 kvadrat. Zakupnik će javnu površinu iz Ugovora koristiti za postavu ugostiteljskih stolova i sjedalica ispred ugostiteljskog objekta Mimoza, u skladu sa skicom koja je sastavni dio Ugovora, kazao nam je pročelnik Tomislav Korona.
Kako doznajemo, ugostiteljski objekt Mimoza zatražio je i minimalne uvjete za terasu koje izdaje županijski Upravni odjel za turizam i gospodarstvo.
Zbog neimanja minimalnih uvjeta, uklonjena je još jedna terasa na Poluotoku. Riječ je o slastičarnici Donat koju je posjetila turistička inspekcija i uklonila terasu. Oni su također podnijeli zahtjev za minimalnim tehničkim uvjetima na otvorenom, no rješenje još nisu dobili jer za terasu na otvorenom s niskim stolovima potrebno je imati i sanitarni čvor za goste.

Nakon što je Turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata uklonila terasu Mimoze zbog toga jer ugosititeljski objekt nije imao minimalne uvjete za terasu, Mimoza ponovno ima terasu. Ovog puta vlasnik Branko Bungur Som je zatražio od Grada Zadra zakup javne površine i to za ograđeni prostor koji se nalazi pokraj kafića.
Bungur je vodio bitke s komunalnim redarima zbog stolova i stolica koji je bio postavio na Kalelargi i u prolazu zgrade. Komunalni redari su tu tri navrata pokušali maknuti ugostiteljsku opremu, no tek je iz trećeg pokušaja, uz asistenciju interventne policije, vlasnik odlučio prestati s nezakonitom praksom.
Vlasnik Mimoze je zakup javne površine zatražio početkom lipnja.
- Dana 6. lipnja društvo Ice Cream group d.o.o. podnijelo je zahtjev za zakup javne površine ispred ugostiteljskog objekta Mimoza. Nakon što je zahtjev nadopunjen potrebnom dokumentacijom UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom 7. srpnja 2023. godine izdao je Ugovor o zakupu javne površine koji vrijedi do 31. prosinca 2023. godine. Zakupac je primio u zakup javnu površinu ukupne površine 51 kvadrat. Zakupnik će javnu površinu iz Ugovora koristiti za postavu ugostiteljskih stolova i sjedalica ispred ugostiteljskog objekta Mimoza, u skladu sa skicom koja je sastavni dio Ugovora, kazao nam je pročelnik Tomislav Korona.
Kako doznajemo, ugostiteljski objekt Mimoza zatražio je i minimalne uvjete za terasu koje izdaje županijski Upravni odjel za turizam i gospodarstvo.
Zbog neimanja minimalnih uvjeta, uklonjena je još jedna terasa na Poluotoku. Riječ je o slastičarnici Donat koju je posjetila turistička inspekcija i uklonila terasu. Oni su također podnijeli zahtjev za minimalnim tehničkim uvjetima na otvorenom, no rješenje još nisu dobili jer za terasu na otvorenom s niskim stolovima potrebno je imati i sanitarni čvor za goste.
