Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić je u četvrtak potpisao ugovor s tvrtkom Strabag kojim će započeti izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture Poduzetničke zone Crno, ali i ugovor s tvrtkom Sarađen kojim će se izgraditi odvojak za novo gradsko groblje do ulaza u poduzetničku zonu. Vrijednost dvaju potpisanih ugovora iznosi gotovo 40 milijuna kuna.

- Nakon dugog niza godina planiranja izgradnje, osigurali smo EU sredstva kroz ITU mehanizam u ukupnom iznosu od 35.3 milijuna kuna kojim započinjemo s prvom fazom izgradnje komunalne infrastrukture Poduzetničke zone Crno. Ovo je prvi korak u realizaciji jednog od najznačajnijih gospodarskih strateških projekata Grada Zadra koji za cilj ima potpunu gospodarsku afirmaciju Zadra i Zadarske županije, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić dodajući kako se izgradnjom zone Crno ulaže u novu poduzetničku infrastrukturu kako bi se privukla ulaganja i stvarale mogućnosti za razvoj i širenje poslovanja poduzetništva te otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. 

Pročelnik Darko Kasap predstavio je projekt izgradnje pristupne ceste, odnosno 2. faze izgradnje od odvojka za novo gradsko groblje do ulaza u Zonu Crno. Duljina ceste je  315 m, odabrani izvođač radova je Sarađen d.o.o., a cijena radova iznosi 4.662.842,44 kuna s PDV-om.  

Pročelnik Ante Ćurković kazao je kako vrijednost ugovora na izgradnji prve faze komunalne infrastrukture poslovne zone Crno iznosi 25.620.284,50 kuna s PDV-om, a izvođač radova je Strabag. Rok za izvođenje radova je 9 mjeseci od uvođenja u posao, a njihov završetak se očekuje u studenom 2022.

- Urbanističkim planom uređenja poduzetnička zona gradit će se u tri etape. Ovim projektom obuhvaća se izvođenje faze A1 (etape E1), ukupne površine 41.521.21 kvadrata, kojim će se aktivirati pet „kazeta“ ukupne površine 243.824,36 kvadrata. Ovim projektom će se izraditi cesta, oborinska kanalizacijska mreža s pripadajućim građevinama odvodnje, vodovodna mreža, elektroenergetska mreža, mreža kabelske kanalizacije (DTK), fekalna kanalizacijska mreža, javna rasvjeta, hortikulturno uređenje javnih zelenih površina duž koridora cestovne mreže, ističe Čurković dodajući kako će se kroz novi ITU mehanizam nastaviti s aktivacijom ostalih etapa i faza u sklopu poduzetničke zone.

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić je u četvrtak potpisao ugovor s tvrtkom Strabag kojim će započeti izgradnja komunalne infrastrukture Poduzetničke zone Crno, ali i ugovor s tvrtkom Sarađen kojim će se izgraditi odvojak za novo gradsko groblje do ulaza u poduzetničku zonu. Vrijednost dvaju potpisanih ugovora iznosi gotovo 40 milijuna kuna.

- Nakon dugog niza godina planiranja izgradnje, osigurali smo EU sredstva kroz ITU mehanizam u ukupnom iznosu od 35.3 milijuna kuna kojim započinjemo s prvom fazom izgradnje komunalne infrastrukture Poduzetničke zone Crno. Ovo je prvi korak u realizaciji jednog od najznačajnijih gospodarskih strateških projekata Grada Zadra koji za cilj ima potpunu gospodarsku afirmaciju Zadra i Zadarske županije, kazao je gradonačelnik Dukić dodajući kako se izgradnjom zone Crno ulaže u novu poduzetničku infrastrukturu kako bi se privukla ulaganja i stvarale mogućnosti za razvoj i širenje poslovanja poduzetništva te otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. 

Pročelnik Darko Kasap predstavio je projekt izgradnje pristupne ceste, odnosno 2. faze izgradnje od odvojka za novo gradsko groblje do ulaza u Zonu Crno. Duljina ceste je  315 m, odabrani izvođač radova je Sarađen d.o.o., a cijena radova iznosi 4.662.842,44 kuna s PDV-om.  

Pročelnik Ante Ćurković kazao je kako vrijednost ugovora na izgradnji prve faze komunalne infrastrukture poslovne zone Crno iznosi 25.620.284,50 kuna s PDV-om, a izvođač radova je Strabag. Rok za izvođenje radova je 9 mjeseci od uvođenja u posao, a njihov završetak se očekuje u studenom 2022.

- Urbanističkim planom uređenja poduzetnička zona gradit će se u tri etape. Ovim projektom obuhvaća se izvođenje faze A1 (etape E1), ukupne površine 41.521.21 kvadrata, kojim će se aktivirati pet „kazeta“ ukupne površine 243.824,36 kvadrata. Ovim projektom će se izraditi cesta, oborinska kanalizacijska mreža s pripadajućim građevinama odvodnje, vodovodna mreža, elektroenergetska mreža, mreža kabelske kanalizacije (DTK), fekalna kanalizacijska mreža, javna rasvjeta, hortikulturno uređenje javnih zelenih površina duž koridora cestovne mreže, ističe Čurković dodajući kako će se kroz novi ITU mehanizam nastaviti s aktivacijom ostalih etapa i faza u sklopu poduzetničke zone.
