Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije u suradnji s nadležnim državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta.

Naime, njega se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe trgovačkog društva, protivno obvezi vođenja poslova društva pozornošću urednog i savjesnog gospodarstvenika, za vrijeme dok je žiro račun trgovačkog društva bio u blokadi gotovinski promet društva polagao na tekući račun druge osobe.

Nadalje, s navedenog tekućeg računa je pojedinim dobavljačima uplatio novčane iznose, iako prema očevidniku nisu bili na redu naplate, dok je ostatak gotovinskog prometa zadržao za sebe.

Na taj način je pričinjena imovinska šteta trgovačkom društvu u iznosu od preko 900.000,00 kuna, a protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i Pogodovanja vjerovniku

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije u suradnji s nadležnim državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta.

Naime, njega se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe trgovačkog društva, protivno obvezi vođenja poslova društva pozornošću urednog i savjesnog gospodarstvenika, za vrijeme dok je žiro račun trgovačkog društva bio u blokadi gotovinski promet društva polagao na tekući račun druge osobe.

Nadalje, s navedenog tekućeg računa je pojedinim dobavljačima uplatio novčane iznose, iako prema očevidniku nisu bili na redu naplate, dok je ostatak gotovinskog prometa zadržao za sebe.

Na taj način je pričinjena imovinska šteta trgovačkom društvu u iznosu od preko 900.000,00 kuna, a protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i Pogodovanja vjerovniku

Gotovinski promet svoje tvrtke 49-godišnjak polagao na tekući račun druge osobe: imovinska šteta gotovo milijun kuna!

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije u suradnji s nadležnim državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 49-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom, kojeg se sumnjiči za kaznena djela iz domene gospodarskog kriminaliteta.

Naime, njega se sumnjiči da je u svojstvu odgovorne osobe trgovačkog društva, protivno obvezi vođenja poslova društva pozornošću urednog i savjesnog gospodarstvenika, za vrijeme dok je žiro račun trgovačkog društva bio u blokadi gotovinski promet društva polagao na tekući račun druge osobe.

Nadalje, s navedenog tekućeg računa je pojedinim dobavljačima uplatio novčane iznose, iako prema očevidniku nisu bili na redu naplate, dok je ostatak gotovinskog prometa zadržao za sebe.

Na taj način je pričinjena imovinska šteta trgovačkom društvu u iznosu od preko 900.000,00 kuna, a protiv 49-godišnjaka se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnosi kaznena prijava zbog Zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i Pogodovanja vjerovniku
