Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 25. listopada 2023., nakon provedene istrage, podignulo pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1958.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv gospodarstva odnosno utaje poreza ili carine iz čl. 256. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, u vezi s čl. 52. KZ-a.

- Okrivljenom 65-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je od 1. siječnja 2014. do 28. veljače 2017., u Zadru, kao obrtnik upisan u sustav PDV-a te kao zaposlenik trgovačkog društva kojem je osnivač i direktor (tvrtka se bavi proizvodnjom, prodajom, servisiranjem i skladištenjem plovila te uvozom plovila iz drugih zemalja) počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da djelomično izbjegne plaćanje poreza na dohodak i pripadajućeg prireza, odnosno postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o porezu na dohodak i protivno odredbi Općeg poreznog zakona.

Tereti ga se da je na račun otvoren kod banke u drugoj državi u više navrata zaprimio proviziju, u velikom novčanom iznosu, za prodaju plovila pa je podizao taj novac u gotovini i nije prijavljivao tako ostvarene prihode niti je primitke iskazivao prilikom podnošenja poreznih prijava. Tereti ga se da je navedeno činio iako je bio svjestan da se oni smatraju primicima iz inozemstva od kojih se utvrđuje drugi dohodak, no takav njegov dohodak nije bio evidentiran i bio mu je manje obračunat porez na dohodak za tri poslovne godine u ukupnom iznosu od 161.881,23 eura, a za taj je iznos oštetio proračun Republike Hrvatske, navedeno je na stranicama DORH-a.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 25. listopada 2023., nakon provedene istrage, podignulo pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1958.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv gospodarstva odnosno utaje poreza ili carine iz čl. 256. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, u vezi s čl. 52. KZ-a.

- Okrivljenom 65-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je od 1. siječnja 2014. do 28. veljače 2017., u Zadru, kao obrtnik upisan u sustav PDV-a te kao zaposlenik trgovačkog društva kojem je osnivač i direktor (tvrtka se bavi proizvodnjom, prodajom, servisiranjem i skladištenjem plovila te uvozom plovila iz drugih zemalja) počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da djelomično izbjegne plaćanje poreza na dohodak i pripadajućeg prireza, odnosno postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o porezu na dohodak i protivno odredbi Općeg poreznog zakona.

Tereti ga se da je na račun otvoren kod banke u drugoj državi u više navrata zaprimio proviziju, u velikom novčanom iznosu, za prodaju plovila pa je podizao taj novac u gotovini i nije prijavljivao tako ostvarene prihode niti je primitke iskazivao prilikom podnošenja poreznih prijava. Tereti ga se da je navedeno činio iako je bio svjestan da se oni smatraju primicima iz inozemstva od kojih se utvrđuje drugi dohodak, no takav njegov dohodak nije bio evidentiran i bio mu je manje obračunat porez na dohodak za tri poslovne godine u ukupnom iznosu od 161.881,23 eura, a za taj je iznos oštetio proračun Republike Hrvatske, navedeno je na stranicama DORH-a.

65-godišnjak izbjegao plaćanje poreza i oštetio državni proračun za više od 160 tisuća eura

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 25. listopada 2023., nakon provedene istrage, podignulo pred Općinskim sudom u Zadru optužnicu protiv državljanina Republike Hrvatske (1958.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela protiv gospodarstva odnosno utaje poreza ili carine iz čl. 256. st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, u vezi s čl. 52. KZ-a.

- Okrivljenom 65-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je od 1. siječnja 2014. do 28. veljače 2017., u Zadru, kao obrtnik upisan u sustav PDV-a te kao zaposlenik trgovačkog društva kojem je osnivač i direktor (tvrtka se bavi proizvodnjom, prodajom, servisiranjem i skladištenjem plovila te uvozom plovila iz drugih zemalja) počinio navedeno kazneno djelo u cilju da djelomično izbjegne plaćanje poreza na dohodak i pripadajućeg prireza, odnosno postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o porezu na dohodak i protivno odredbi Općeg poreznog zakona.

Tereti ga se da je na račun otvoren kod banke u drugoj državi u više navrata zaprimio proviziju, u velikom novčanom iznosu, za prodaju plovila pa je podizao taj novac u gotovini i nije prijavljivao tako ostvarene prihode niti je primitke iskazivao prilikom podnošenja poreznih prijava. Tereti ga se da je navedeno činio iako je bio svjestan da se oni smatraju primicima iz inozemstva od kojih se utvrđuje drugi dohodak, no takav njegov dohodak nije bio evidentiran i bio mu je manje obračunat porez na dohodak za tri poslovne godine u ukupnom iznosu od 161.881,23 eura, a za taj je iznos oštetio proračun Republike Hrvatske, navedeno je na stranicama DORH-a.
