Istraživanje provedeno u Danskoj nad 9.857 muškaraca i žena u starosti od 36 do 52 godine, pokazalo je da postoji povišena stopa umiranja muškaraca u vezama ili brakovima s čestim konfliktima sa ženama, prenosi Biscaninet.

Naime, 315 muškaraca umrlo je od stresa - čiji su uzroci prema pretpostavki, svađe sa partnericama. Nezadovoljavajući zajednički život, nadalje je dokazano, kod muškaraca srednjih godina povećava rizik od smrti čak tri puta.

“Muškarci, za razliku od žena, imaju manje osoba s kojima mogu da dijele svoje brige. Povjerljive razgovore o privatnim temama vode tek s nekolicinom prijatelja ili članova porodice, a ima i onih muškaraca koji nikada o tome ne razgovaraju. To je mogući razlog za povišenu stopu mortaliteta među muškarcima”, objašnjava dr. Rike Lund iz Odjeljenja za javno zdravlje Univerziteta u Kopenhagenu.

Lund tvrdi da je muškarcima partnerica jedina osoba kojoj se povjeravaju. Zato, kada ona postane glavni uzrok briga i nerviranja, muškarci postaju depresivni - što može biti pogubno po njihovo zdravlje.

Uz to, kada su pod stresom, muškarci su skloni brzoj hrani, alkoholu i nesanici. S druge strane, dansko istraživanje je pokazalo da se žene manje uznemiravaju kada im partner prigovara te da njegovo zanovijetanje nema negativan utjecaj na zdravlje partnerice.

Istraživanje provedeno u Danskoj nad 9.857 muškaraca i žena u starosti od 36 do 52 godine, pokazalo je da postoji povišena stopa umiranja muškaraca u vezama ili brakovima s čestim konfliktima sa ženama, prenosi Biscaninet.

Naime, 315 muškaraca umrlo je od stresa - čiji su uzroci prema pretpostavki, svađe sa partnericama. Nezadovoljavajući zajednički život, nadalje je dokazano, kod muškaraca srednjih godina povećava rizik od smrti čak tri puta.

“Muškarci, za razliku od žena, imaju manje osoba s kojima mogu da dijele svoje brige. Povjerljive razgovore o privatnim temama vode tek s nekolicinom prijatelja ili članova porodice, a ima i onih muškaraca koji nikada o tome ne razgovaraju. To je mogući razlog za povišenu stopu mortaliteta među muškarcima”, objašnjava dr. Rike Lund iz Odjeljenja za javno zdravlje Univerziteta u Kopenhagenu.

Lund tvrdi da je muškarcima partnerica jedina osoba kojoj se povjeravaju. Zato, kada ona postane glavni uzrok briga i nerviranja, muškarci postaju depresivni - što može biti pogubno po njihovo zdravlje.

Uz to, kada su pod stresom, muškarci su skloni brzoj hrani, alkoholu i nesanici. S druge strane, dansko istraživanje je pokazalo da se žene manje uznemiravaju kada im partner prigovara te da njegovo zanovijetanje nema negativan utjecaj na zdravlje partnerice.

Znanost dokazala: žensko ‘grintanje‘ ima poguban utjecaj na zdravlje muškaraca, povećava rizik od smrti za tri puta

Istraživanje provedeno u Danskoj nad 9.857 muškaraca i žena u starosti od 36 do 52 godine, pokazalo je da postoji povišena stopa umiranja muškaraca u vezama ili brakovima s čestim konfliktima sa ženama, prenosi Biscaninet.

Naime, 315 muškaraca umrlo je od stresa - čiji su uzroci prema pretpostavki, svađe sa partnericama. Nezadovoljavajući zajednički život, nadalje je dokazano, kod muškaraca srednjih godina povećava rizik od smrti čak tri puta.

“Muškarci, za razliku od žena, imaju manje osoba s kojima mogu da dijele svoje brige. Povjerljive razgovore o privatnim temama vode tek s nekolicinom prijatelja ili članova porodice, a ima i onih muškaraca koji nikada o tome ne razgovaraju. To je mogući razlog za povišenu stopu mortaliteta među muškarcima”, objašnjava dr. Rike Lund iz Odjeljenja za javno zdravlje Univerziteta u Kopenhagenu.

Lund tvrdi da je muškarcima partnerica jedina osoba kojoj se povjeravaju. Zato, kada ona postane glavni uzrok briga i nerviranja, muškarci postaju depresivni - što može biti pogubno po njihovo zdravlje.

Uz to, kada su pod stresom, muškarci su skloni brzoj hrani, alkoholu i nesanici. S druge strane, dansko istraživanje je pokazalo da se žene manje uznemiravaju kada im partner prigovara te da njegovo zanovijetanje nema negativan utjecaj na zdravlje partnerice.
