Prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog iz Rijeke, komentirao je za 'Slobodnu' presskonferenciju EMA-e, Europske agencije za lijekove na kojoj je rečeno da je AstraZeneca sigurno i učinkovito cjepivo.

- To je jasna poruka koju bi trebali poslušati i naši sugrađani i ne odbijati to cjepivo. Incidenata s ugrušcima nema više nego u općoj populaciji, dakle trenutno s tim cjepivom nema problema. Nastala je prevelika i nepotrebna uzbuna oko AstraZenece. Naime, i kod drugih cjepiva je bilo tromboembolijskih incidenata, ali se o tome nije puno pričalo, što pomalo baca i novo svjetlo na cijelu ovu situaciju. Ali, ne bih o tome, to ostavljam na sud drugima...

No, najbitnija je poruka da su i AstraZeneca i sva druga odobrena cjepiva sigurna i učinkovita, te da broj komplikacija vezanih uz zgrušavanje krvi nema više nego u općoj populaciji. No, kao kod svih lijekova mogu se dogoditi nuspojave i uvijek se važe korist i rizik, a u ovom slučaju korist od cijepljenja je daleko veća od mogućih, sporadičnih i u velikoj većini blagih nuspojava - kaže Trobonjača kojega smo upitali što ako stariji sugrađani odbiju cijepljenje Astrom.

- Onda mi je logično da se to cjepivo ponudi mlađima. Zaustavljeno je cijepljenje, te su brojni ljudi ostali nezaštićeni i izloženi Covidu, a mogli su biti cijepljeni i zaštićeni. No, nadam da će poruka EMA-e doći do skeptičnih građana. Jednostavnom usporedbom brojki lako se dođe do zaključka što je bolje cijepiti se ili ne. AstraZenecom se cijepilo oko 18 milijuna ljudi, te je zabilježeno nekoliko desetaka tromboembolijskih incidenata.

Kasnije je za neke rečeno da nisu u izravnoj vezi s cjepivom, te je napomenuto da broj nije veći nego onaj u općoj populaciji. Da tih 18 milijuna nije cijepljeno, a da su se zarazili, onda bi sasvim sigurno tisuće njih umrle, a golem broj bi imao komplikacije. Dakle, sasvim je jasno što vam je onda činiti: cijepite se, bio to Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna ili neko buduće odobreno cjepivo - kaže Trobonjača, uz napomenu da će ljudi i dalje umirati nakon cijepljenja, jer cjepivo štiti od Covida, ali ne štiti od drugih uzroka smrti.

-Važno je napomenuti i da se istraga EMA-e nastavlja i da će detaljno istražiti sve slučajeve krvnih i drugih poremećaja koji se zamijete nakon cijepljenja. Građani bi trebali slušati regulatorne agencije, naš Halmed i po tome se ravnati, jer svima je u interesu što prije procijepiti hrvatsku populaciju - zaključuje Trobonjača.

Prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog iz Rijeke, komentirao je za 'Slobodnu' presskonferenciju EMA-e, Europske agencije za lijekove na kojoj je rečeno da je AstraZeneca sigurno i učinkovito cjepivo.

- To je jasna poruka koju bi trebali poslušati i naši sugrađani i ne odbijati to cjepivo. Incidenata s ugrušcima nema više nego u općoj populaciji, dakle trenutno s tim cjepivom nema problema. Nastala je prevelika i nepotrebna uzbuna oko AstraZenece. Naime, i kod drugih cjepiva je bilo tromboembolijskih incidenata, ali se o tome nije puno pričalo, što pomalo baca i novo svjetlo na cijelu ovu situaciju. Ali, ne bih o tome, to ostavljam na sud drugima...

No, najbitnija je poruka da su i AstraZeneca i sva druga odobrena cjepiva sigurna i učinkovita, te da broj komplikacija vezanih uz zgrušavanje krvi nema više nego u općoj populaciji. No, kao kod svih lijekova mogu se dogoditi nuspojave i uvijek se važe korist i rizik, a u ovom slučaju korist od cijepljenja je daleko veća od mogućih, sporadičnih i u velikoj većini blagih nuspojava - kaže Trobonjača kojega smo upitali što ako stariji sugrađani odbiju cijepljenje Astrom.

- Onda mi je logično da se to cjepivo ponudi mlađima. Zaustavljeno je cijepljenje, te su brojni ljudi ostali nezaštićeni i izloženi Covidu, a mogli su biti cijepljeni i zaštićeni. No, nadam da će poruka EMA-e doći do skeptičnih građana. Jednostavnom usporedbom brojki lako se dođe do zaključka što je bolje cijepiti se ili ne. AstraZenecom se cijepilo oko 18 milijuna ljudi, te je zabilježeno nekoliko desetaka tromboembolijskih incidenata.

Kasnije je za neke rečeno da nisu u izravnoj vezi s cjepivom, te je napomenuto da broj nije veći nego onaj u općoj populaciji. Da tih 18 milijuna nije cijepljeno, a da su se zarazili, onda bi sasvim sigurno tisuće njih umrle, a golem broj bi imao komplikacije. Dakle, sasvim je jasno što vam je onda činiti: cijepite se, bio to Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna ili neko buduće odobreno cjepivo - kaže Trobonjača, uz napomenu da će ljudi i dalje umirati nakon cijepljenja, jer cjepivo štiti od Covida, ali ne štiti od drugih uzroka smrti.

-Važno je napomenuti i da se istraga EMA-e nastavlja i da će detaljno istražiti sve slučajeve krvnih i drugih poremećaja koji se zamijete nakon cijepljenja. Građani bi trebali slušati regulatorne agencije, naš Halmed i po tome se ravnati, jer svima je u interesu što prije procijepiti hrvatsku populaciju - zaključuje Trobonjača.

Zlatko Trobonjača: Sve je jasno, ne odbijajte ‘Astru‘. Broj ugrušaka kod cijepljenih nije veći nego u općoj populaciji. Stvorena je prevelika uzbuna

Prof. dr. sc. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog iz Rijeke, komentirao je za 'Slobodnu' presskonferenciju EMA-e, Europske agencije za lijekove na kojoj je rečeno da je AstraZeneca sigurno i učinkovito cjepivo.

- To je jasna poruka koju bi trebali poslušati i naši sugrađani i ne odbijati to cjepivo. Incidenata s ugrušcima nema više nego u općoj populaciji, dakle trenutno s tim cjepivom nema problema. Nastala je prevelika i nepotrebna uzbuna oko AstraZenece. Naime, i kod drugih cjepiva je bilo tromboembolijskih incidenata, ali se o tome nije puno pričalo, što pomalo baca i novo svjetlo na cijelu ovu situaciju. Ali, ne bih o tome, to ostavljam na sud drugima...

No, najbitnija je poruka da su i AstraZeneca i sva druga odobrena cjepiva sigurna i učinkovita, te da broj komplikacija vezanih uz zgrušavanje krvi nema više nego u općoj populaciji. No, kao kod svih lijekova mogu se dogoditi nuspojave i uvijek se važe korist i rizik, a u ovom slučaju korist od cijepljenja je daleko veća od mogućih, sporadičnih i u velikoj većini blagih nuspojava - kaže Trobonjača kojega smo upitali što ako stariji sugrađani odbiju cijepljenje Astrom.

- Onda mi je logično da se to cjepivo ponudi mlađima. Zaustavljeno je cijepljenje, te su brojni ljudi ostali nezaštićeni i izloženi Covidu, a mogli su biti cijepljeni i zaštićeni. No, nadam da će poruka EMA-e doći do skeptičnih građana. Jednostavnom usporedbom brojki lako se dođe do zaključka što je bolje cijepiti se ili ne. AstraZenecom se cijepilo oko 18 milijuna ljudi, te je zabilježeno nekoliko desetaka tromboembolijskih incidenata.

Kasnije je za neke rečeno da nisu u izravnoj vezi s cjepivom, te je napomenuto da broj nije veći nego onaj u općoj populaciji. Da tih 18 milijuna nije cijepljeno, a da su se zarazili, onda bi sasvim sigurno tisuće njih umrle, a golem broj bi imao komplikacije. Dakle, sasvim je jasno što vam je onda činiti: cijepite se, bio to Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna ili neko buduće odobreno cjepivo - kaže Trobonjača, uz napomenu da će ljudi i dalje umirati nakon cijepljenja, jer cjepivo štiti od Covida, ali ne štiti od drugih uzroka smrti.

-Važno je napomenuti i da se istraga EMA-e nastavlja i da će detaljno istražiti sve slučajeve krvnih i drugih poremećaja koji se zamijete nakon cijepljenja. Građani bi trebali slušati regulatorne agencije, naš Halmed i po tome se ravnati, jer svima je u interesu što prije procijepiti hrvatsku populaciju - zaključuje Trobonjača.
