Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) upozorio je da u četvrtak u cijeloj Hrvatskoj postoji velika opasnost od toplinskog vala, a na području Osijeka i vrlo velika, zbog čega građanima preporučuju rashlađivanje i uzimanje dovoljno tekućine.
U Hrvatskoj će, prema prognozi, sutra biti pretežno sunčano, ponegdje s umjerenom naoblakom, te vruće i vrlo vruće s najvišom dnevnom temperaturom između 34 i 39 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Visoka temperatura zraka može uzrokovati zdravstvene probleme kod ljudi, osobito kod osjetljivih skupina kao što su mala djeca, kronični bolesnici, starije osobe te ljudi koji rade na otvorenom prostoru.
S obzirom na to da pravovremene preventivne mjere mogu smanjiti broj umrlih od toplinskih valova, DHMZ je na svojim stranicama objavio preporuke za zaštitu od velikih vrućina te ističe potrebu rashlađivanja domova, izbjegavanje vrućine te rashlađivanje tijela i uzimanje dovoljno tekućine.
Prostor u kojem se živi idealno bi bilo držati ispod 32 Celzijeva stupnja danju i ispod 24 stupnja noću, a preporuka za rashlađivanje je korištenje hladnijeg noćnog zraka, zatvaranje prozora i roleta danju, naročito onih koji su okrenuti prema suncu.
Dobro je i ugasiti sva umjetna svjetla te što je više moguće električnih uređaja.
Preporuča se boravak u najhladnijoj prostoriji stana odnosno kuće, a ako ih se ne može držati hladnima, preporuka je provesti 2 - 3 sata dnevno u hladnom prostoru primjerice javnih zgrada koje su hlađene.
Uz izbjegavanje izlaska u najtoplijem dijelu dana i boravak u sjeni, preporuča se i izbjegavanje napornog fizičkog rada odnosno rad u najhladnije doba dana, što je obično ujutro između 4 i 7 sati.
Posebno valja paziti da se djecu ili životinje ne ostavi u parkiranom vozilu.
Preporuka je i korištenje kreme sa zaštitnim faktorom od štetnog UV zračenja pri čemu naročitu brigu valja posvetiti novorođenčadi i maloj djeci odnosno koristiti zaštitne kreme s najvećim faktorom.
Boravak na suncu u razdoblju od 10 do 17 sati trebaju posebno izbjegavati djeca, trudnice, starije osobe i srčani bolesnici te bolesnici oboljeli od šećerne bolesti.
Dobro je nositi laganu, široku i svijetlu odjeću od prirodnih materijala, a kod izlaska van koristiti šešir širokog oboda ili kapu i sunčane naočale.
Potrebno je redovito piti, uz izbjegavanje alkohola i napitaka s previše kofeina i šećera, pri čemu je valja paziti da se ne pije naglo.
Preporuka je i da se jede češće male obroke, uz izbjegavanje hrane bogate bjelančevinama.

Državni hidrometeorološki zavod (DHMZ) upozorio je da u četvrtak u cijeloj Hrvatskoj postoji velika opasnost od toplinskog vala, a na području Osijeka i vrlo velika, zbog čega građanima preporučuju rashlađivanje i uzimanje dovoljno tekućine.
U Hrvatskoj će, prema prognozi, sutra biti pretežno sunčano, ponegdje s umjerenom naoblakom, te vruće i vrlo vruće s najvišom dnevnom temperaturom između 34 i 39 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Visoka temperatura zraka može uzrokovati zdravstvene probleme kod ljudi, osobito kod osjetljivih skupina kao što su mala djeca, kronični bolesnici, starije osobe te ljudi koji rade na otvorenom prostoru.
S obzirom na to da pravovremene preventivne mjere mogu smanjiti broj umrlih od toplinskih valova, DHMZ je na svojim stranicama objavio preporuke za zaštitu od velikih vrućina te ističe potrebu rashlađivanja domova, izbjegavanje vrućine te rashlađivanje tijela i uzimanje dovoljno tekućine.
Prostor u kojem se živi idealno bi bilo držati ispod 32 Celzijeva stupnja danju i ispod 24 stupnja noću, a preporuka za rashlađivanje je korištenje hladnijeg noćnog zraka, zatvaranje prozora i roleta danju, naročito onih koji su okrenuti prema suncu.
Dobro je i ugasiti sva umjetna svjetla te što je više moguće električnih uređaja.
Preporuča se boravak u najhladnijoj prostoriji stana odnosno kuće, a ako ih se ne može držati hladnima, preporuka je provesti 2 - 3 sata dnevno u hladnom prostoru primjerice javnih zgrada koje su hlađene.
Uz izbjegavanje izlaska u najtoplijem dijelu dana i boravak u sjeni, preporuča se i izbjegavanje napornog fizičkog rada odnosno rad u najhladnije doba dana, što je obično ujutro između 4 i 7 sati.
Posebno valja paziti da se djecu ili životinje ne ostavi u parkiranom vozilu.
Preporuka je i korištenje kreme sa zaštitnim faktorom od štetnog UV zračenja pri čemu naročitu brigu valja posvetiti novorođenčadi i maloj djeci odnosno koristiti zaštitne kreme s najvećim faktorom.
Boravak na suncu u razdoblju od 10 do 17 sati trebaju posebno izbjegavati djeca, trudnice, starije osobe i srčani bolesnici te bolesnici oboljeli od šećerne bolesti.
Dobro je nositi laganu, široku i svijetlu odjeću od prirodnih materijala, a kod izlaska van koristiti šešir širokog oboda ili kapu i sunčane naočale.
Potrebno je redovito piti, uz izbjegavanje alkohola i napitaka s previše kofeina i šećera, pri čemu je valja paziti da se ne pije naglo.
Preporuka je i da se jede češće male obroke, uz izbjegavanje hrane bogate bjelančevinama.
