Zahvaljujući grupi Måneskin Eurosong se nakon 31 godine vraća u Italiju.

- Ovo je nevjerojatno. Nismo očekivali, a tijekom glasovanja bili smo veoma napeti. Sretni smo zbog pobjede i posvećujemo je svojim obiteljima, obožavateljima i svima onima koji su nas podržali na eurovizijskom putu, kazali su članovi grupe na konferenciji za novinare nakon što su saznali da su upravo oni pobjednici 65. Eurovizije.

Prije toga na velikoj pozornici u live prijenosu kroz suze su poručili Europi i cijelom svijetu "da rock and roll nikad neće umrijeti."

Njihovom pobjedom ostvarila su se predviđanja kladionica koje su im davale najviše šansi za eurovizijski trijumf.

Oni su s pjesmom "Zitti e buoni" početkom ožujka odnijeli pobjedu i na popularnom festivalu Sanremo i tako dobili ulaznicu za odlazak u Nizozemsku. Time su ujedno postali i prva grupa koja je predstavljala Italiju još od 1979. godine, kada je za Talijane na Euroviziji pjevala grupa Mattia Bazar. Isto tako ovo je prvi put od 1993. godine da su Italiju predstavljali izvođači rock glazbe.

Članovi benda Victoria De Angelis i Thomas Raggi poznaju se još od srednje škole. Bend su osnovali u kolovozu 2015. godine, a naknadno im se pridružuju Damiano David i Ethan Torchio. 

Prije nego što su postali poznati svirali su na ulicama Rima. Prekretnica u karijeri događa im se 2017. kad se prijavljuju u talijansko izdanje "X Factora" gdje osvajaju drugo mjesto. Njihova izvedba pjesme "Kiss This" grupe The Struts postala je popularna na internetu nakon što je Damiano u štiklama plesao oko šipke.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina slove za jedan od najuspješnijih talijanskih bendova čemu u prilog govori 17 platinastih i šest zlatnih ploča kao i milijun primjeraka albuma i singlova.

Italija ima bogatu tradiciju na Eurosongu gdje su dva puta pobijedili, 1965. i 1990., a često su završavali i u prvih 10. Neke od njihovih pjesama poput "Nel Blu, Di pinto Di Blu" (Volare) i "Gente Di Mare" postali su evergreeni. Punih trinaest godina zbog loših rezultata izbjegavali su sudjelovati da bi se ponovno vratili prije točno deset godina kad je Eurovizija bila u Njemačkoj.

Posljednjih su godina ostvarivali odlične rezultate, a na Eurosongu u izraelskom Tel Avivu održanom 2019. godine, s pjesmom "Soldi" u izvedbi Mahmooda osvojili su visoko drugo mjesto.

Zahvaljujući grupi Måneskin Eurosong se nakon 31 godine vraća u Italiju.

- Ovo je nevjerojatno. Nismo očekivali, a tijekom glasovanja bili smo veoma napeti. Sretni smo zbog pobjede i posvećujemo je svojim obiteljima, obožavateljima i svima onima koji su nas podržali na eurovizijskom putu, kazali su članovi grupe na konferenciji za novinare nakon što su saznali da su upravo oni pobjednici 65. Eurovizije.

Prije toga na velikoj pozornici u live prijenosu kroz suze su poručili Europi i cijelom svijetu "da rock and roll nikad neće umrijeti."

Njihovom pobjedom ostvarila su se predviđanja kladionica koje su im davale najviše šansi za eurovizijski trijumf.

Oni su s pjesmom "Zitti e buoni" početkom ožujka odnijeli pobjedu i na popularnom festivalu Sanremo i tako dobili ulaznicu za odlazak u Nizozemsku. Time su ujedno postali i prva grupa koja je predstavljala Italiju još od 1979. godine, kada je za Talijane na Euroviziji pjevala grupa Mattia Bazar. Isto tako ovo je prvi put od 1993. godine da su Italiju predstavljali izvođači rock glazbe.

Članovi benda Victoria De Angelis i Thomas Raggi poznaju se još od srednje škole. Bend su osnovali u kolovozu 2015. godine, a naknadno im se pridružuju Damiano David i Ethan Torchio. 

Prije nego što su postali poznati svirali su na ulicama Rima. Prekretnica u karijeri događa im se 2017. kad se prijavljuju u talijansko izdanje "X Factora" gdje osvajaju drugo mjesto. Njihova izvedba pjesme "Kiss This" grupe The Struts postala je popularna na internetu nakon što je Damiano u štiklama plesao oko šipke.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina slove za jedan od najuspješnijih talijanskih bendova čemu u prilog govori 17 platinastih i šest zlatnih ploča kao i milijun primjeraka albuma i singlova.

Italija ima bogatu tradiciju na Eurosongu gdje su dva puta pobijedili, 1965. i 1990., a često su završavali i u prvih 10. Neke od njihovih pjesama poput "Nel Blu, Di pinto Di Blu" (Volare) i "Gente Di Mare" postali su evergreeni. Punih trinaest godina zbog loših rezultata izbjegavali su sudjelovati da bi se ponovno vratili prije točno deset godina kad je Eurovizija bila u Njemačkoj.

Posljednjih su godina ostvarivali odlične rezultate, a na Eurosongu u izraelskom Tel Avivu održanom 2019. godine, s pjesmom "Soldi" u izvedbi Mahmooda osvojili su visoko drugo mjesto.

Tko su Talijani koji nakon 31 godinu dovode Eurosong u svoju zemlju? Svirali su po Rimu, a kad su se prijavili u ‘X Factor‘ sve se promijenilo...

Zahvaljujući grupi Måneskin Eurosong se nakon 31 godine vraća u Italiju.

- Ovo je nevjerojatno. Nismo očekivali, a tijekom glasovanja bili smo veoma napeti. Sretni smo zbog pobjede i posvećujemo je svojim obiteljima, obožavateljima i svima onima koji su nas podržali na eurovizijskom putu, kazali su članovi grupe na konferenciji za novinare nakon što su saznali da su upravo oni pobjednici 65. Eurovizije.

Prije toga na velikoj pozornici u live prijenosu kroz suze su poručili Europi i cijelom svijetu "da rock and roll nikad neće umrijeti."

Njihovom pobjedom ostvarila su se predviđanja kladionica koje su im davale najviše šansi za eurovizijski trijumf.

Oni su s pjesmom "Zitti e buoni" početkom ožujka odnijeli pobjedu i na popularnom festivalu Sanremo i tako dobili ulaznicu za odlazak u Nizozemsku. Time su ujedno postali i prva grupa koja je predstavljala Italiju još od 1979. godine, kada je za Talijane na Euroviziji pjevala grupa Mattia Bazar. Isto tako ovo je prvi put od 1993. godine da su Italiju predstavljali izvođači rock glazbe.

Članovi benda Victoria De Angelis i Thomas Raggi poznaju se još od srednje škole. Bend su osnovali u kolovozu 2015. godine, a naknadno im se pridružuju Damiano David i Ethan Torchio. 

Prije nego što su postali poznati svirali su na ulicama Rima. Prekretnica u karijeri događa im se 2017. kad se prijavljuju u talijansko izdanje "X Factora" gdje osvajaju drugo mjesto. Njihova izvedba pjesme "Kiss This" grupe The Struts postala je popularna na internetu nakon što je Damiano u štiklama plesao oko šipke. 

Posljednjih nekoliko godina slove za jedan od najuspješnijih talijanskih bendova čemu u prilog govori 17 platinastih i šest zlatnih ploča kao i milijun primjeraka albuma i singlova.

Italija ima bogatu tradiciju na Eurosongu gdje su dva puta pobijedili, 1965. i 1990., a često su završavali i u prvih 10. Neke od njihovih pjesama poput "Nel Blu, Di pinto Di Blu" (Volare) i "Gente Di Mare" postali su evergreeni. Punih trinaest godina zbog loših rezultata izbjegavali su sudjelovati da bi se ponovno vratili prije točno deset godina kad je Eurovizija bila u Njemačkoj.

Posljednjih su godina ostvarivali odlične rezultate, a na Eurosongu u izraelskom Tel Avivu održanom 2019. godine, s pjesmom "Soldi" u izvedbi Mahmooda osvojili su visoko drugo mjesto.
