Prema preliminarnim rezultatima novog istraživanja koje je objavljeno u uglednom medicinskom časopisu Lancet, nešto su pojačane nuspojave kad se u drugoj dozi cjepiva protiv Covida, nakon AstraZenece aplicira Pfizerovo cjepivo. Istraživanje također potvrđuje da su te nuspojave kratkotrajne.   

Nakon kombinacije ovih dvaju cjepiva koja su po svom sastavu vrlo različita, jedno je vektorsko, a drugo načinjeno mRNA-a tehnologijom, kod cijepljenih je od nuspojava zabilježena  zimica, glavobolja i bolovi u mišićima, koji su bili nešto učestaliji nego kad su aplicirane obje doze istog proizvođača.

Znanstveno istraživanje poznato kao studija Com-Cov, pokrenuto je u veljači u Velikoj Britaniji kako bi se utvrdilo kakav se imunološki odgovor postiže kombinacijom različitih cjepiva protiv COVID-19 u prvoj i drugoj dozi. Primarni razlog je bio da se istraži kombiniranje vektorskog (AstraZeneca) i mRNA cjepiva (Pfizer) kao odgovor na krizne situacije u kojima nekog cjepiva nema za drugu dozu što bi omogućilo veću fleksibilnost u programima cijepljenja.

Već prije istraživanja na cjepivima protiv virusa ebole pokazala su da kombiniranje cjepiva poboljšava razinu zaštite od zaraze.

  U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 830 dobrovoljaca starijih od  50 godina, a svaki deseti koji je dobio dvije doze AstraZenece u razmaku od četiri tjedna, prijavio je zimicu. Onih koji su isti simptom prijavili, a dobili su po jednu dozu AstraZenece i Pfizera bilo je 34 posto. Iste razlike pojavile su se i kod drugih nuspojava kao što su umor, glavobolja, malaksalost i bolovi u mišićima. Zaključeno je kako je cijepljenje sigurno, ali povećava nuspojave.

Znanstvenici su u veljači započeli istraživanje kombinacije prvih i dodatnih doza cjepiva AstraZenece i BioNTech/Pfizera u intervalima od četiri i 12 tjedana, a u travnju su uveli i kombinaciju Moderne i Novavaxa na još 1050 dobrovoljaca.

Sad su objavljeni preliminarni rezultati prvog pokusnog miješanja, uz korištenje samo AstraZenece i Pfizera, a cjelovito istraživanje bit će objavljeno u lipnju. Preliminarni rezultati kombinacije Moderne i Novavaxa, bit će objavljeni u srpnju. Istraživači su objavili nalaze reaktogenosti - kako se ljudi osjećaju nakon cjepiva - a još ne i nalaze imunogenosti, odnosno kako je kombinirano doziranje djelovalo na induciranje imunološkog odgovora.

Vodeći znanstvenik u istraživanju prof. Matthew Snape iz   Oxfordske skupine za cjepivo za BBC je kazao kako istraživanje sugerira da bi rasporedi mješovitih doza mogli rezultirati većim brojem izostanaka s posla dan nakon imunizacije, što je  važno uzeti u obzir prilikom planiranja cijepljenja zdravstvenih radnika.  

 - Iako su lagano pojačane, sve su nuspojave kratkotrajne, bez ikakvih drugih sigurnosnih problema, naveo je znanstvenik.

Istraživanje sugerira da, budući se podaci studije odnose na sudionike u dobi od 50 i više godina, postoji mogućnost da takve reakcije budu češće u mlađim dobnim skupinama čiji je imunitet jači.

Prema preliminarnim rezultatima novog istraživanja koje je objavljeno u uglednom medicinskom časopisu Lancet, nešto su pojačane nuspojave kad se u drugoj dozi cjepiva protiv Covida, nakon AstraZenece aplicira Pfizerovo cjepivo. Istraživanje također potvrđuje da su te nuspojave kratkotrajne.   

Nakon kombinacije ovih dvaju cjepiva koja su po svom sastavu vrlo različita, jedno je vektorsko, a drugo načinjeno mRNA-a tehnologijom, kod cijepljenih je od nuspojava zabilježena  zimica, glavobolja i bolovi u mišićima, koji su bili nešto učestaliji nego kad su aplicirane obje doze istog proizvođača.

Znanstveno istraživanje poznato kao studija Com-Cov, pokrenuto je u veljači u Velikoj Britaniji kako bi se utvrdilo kakav se imunološki odgovor postiže kombinacijom različitih cjepiva protiv COVID-19 u prvoj i drugoj dozi. Primarni razlog je bio da se istraži kombiniranje vektorskog (AstraZeneca) i mRNA cjepiva (Pfizer) kao odgovor na krizne situacije u kojima nekog cjepiva nema za drugu dozu što bi omogućilo veću fleksibilnost u programima cijepljenja.

Već prije istraživanja na cjepivima protiv virusa ebole pokazala su da kombiniranje cjepiva poboljšava razinu zaštite od zaraze.

  U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 830 dobrovoljaca starijih od  50 godina, a svaki deseti koji je dobio dvije doze AstraZenece u razmaku od četiri tjedna, prijavio je zimicu. Onih koji su isti simptom prijavili, a dobili su po jednu dozu AstraZenece i Pfizera bilo je 34 posto. Iste razlike pojavile su se i kod drugih nuspojava kao što su umor, glavobolja, malaksalost i bolovi u mišićima. Zaključeno je kako je cijepljenje sigurno, ali povećava nuspojave.

Znanstvenici su u veljači započeli istraživanje kombinacije prvih i dodatnih doza cjepiva AstraZenece i BioNTech/Pfizera u intervalima od četiri i 12 tjedana, a u travnju su uveli i kombinaciju Moderne i Novavaxa na još 1050 dobrovoljaca.

Sad su objavljeni preliminarni rezultati prvog pokusnog miješanja, uz korištenje samo AstraZenece i Pfizera, a cjelovito istraživanje bit će objavljeno u lipnju. Preliminarni rezultati kombinacije Moderne i Novavaxa, bit će objavljeni u srpnju. Istraživači su objavili nalaze reaktogenosti - kako se ljudi osjećaju nakon cjepiva - a još ne i nalaze imunogenosti, odnosno kako je kombinirano doziranje djelovalo na induciranje imunološkog odgovora.

Vodeći znanstvenik u istraživanju prof. Matthew Snape iz   Oxfordske skupine za cjepivo za BBC je kazao kako istraživanje sugerira da bi rasporedi mješovitih doza mogli rezultirati većim brojem izostanaka s posla dan nakon imunizacije, što je  važno uzeti u obzir prilikom planiranja cijepljenja zdravstvenih radnika.  

 - Iako su lagano pojačane, sve su nuspojave kratkotrajne, bez ikakvih drugih sigurnosnih problema, naveo je znanstvenik.

Istraživanje sugerira da, budući se podaci studije odnose na sudionike u dobi od 50 i više godina, postoji mogućnost da takve reakcije budu češće u mlađim dobnim skupinama čiji je imunitet jači.

Kanadske pokrajine Ontario i Quebec priopćile su kako planiraju pomiješati cjepiva u bliskoj budućnosti, najviše zbog neizvjesnosti oko pošiljaka cjepiva AstraZeneca i rijetkih pojava krvnih ugrušaka nakon cijepljenja.
