Splitsko sudsko vijeće, sa sutkinjom Ivonom Rupić na čelu, izreklo je u utorak ukupno 32 godine zatvora šesteročlanoj zločinačkoj organizaciji s Alenom Markulićem (47), zvanim Luster, na čelu, i to zbog krijumčarenja i preprodaje većih količina heroina i kokaina.

Alen Markulić osuđen je nepravomoćno na šest godina zatvora, a isto toliko dobili su i Siniša Dodoja (59), zvan Šeki, Tomislav Blažević (45), zvan Sova, te Igor Sarić (52), zvan Buva, dok su preostala dva "nižerangirana" člana organizacije, Darko Milišić (46) i najmlađi od njih Ivan Jerković (37), zvan Vladika, osuđeni na po četiri godine zatvora.

Svima je produljen istražni zatvor, i to prvoj četvorici zbog toga što su dobili kazne veće od pet godina, što znači automatski odlazak u istražni zatvor do pravomoćnosti presude, a Milišić i Jerković zbog opasnosti da bi na slobodi mogli ponoviti kazneno djelo. Svi su izricanje presude saslušali bez vidljivih reakcija, jedino je Blažević, kad je čuo svoju kaznu, nakratko zapljeskao.

'Uvezli' heroin i kokain

Podsjetimo, USKOK ih je teretio da su od 17. veljače 2020. do 27. svibnja 2020. godine zajedno i po prethodnom dogovoru, a radi kontinuirane nabave većih količina heroina i kokaina iz Albanije i Bosne i Hercegovine te krijumčarenja i daljnje preprodaje droge na području Hrvatske, "nabavljali i posredstvom za sada nepoznatih osoba u Hrvatsku krijumčarili po 5000 grama heroina i kokaina". USKOK je u optužnici procijenio da ukupna vrijednost prokrijumčarenog heroina na ilegalnom tržištu u Hrvatskoj iznosi najmanje dva milijuna kuna, a kokaina najmanje tri milijuna i 750 tisuća kuna, a i Lusterova je ekipa prilikom dopremanja, preuzimanja i daljnje prodaje droge te međusobne komunikacije koristila posebno nabavljene kriptirane mobitele.

Nova optužnica za novu zločinačku organizaciju u Splitu: kako su Luster, Šeki, Sova, Buva i Vladika švercali drogu ‘tešku‘ gotovo šest milijuna kuna

Po optužnici, Luster, Šeki i Sova nabavljenu su drogu skladištili u kući Igora Sarića u Prugovu, gdje su heroin i kokain miješali s punilima radi povećanja mase droge te su drogu vagali i pakirali u manje pakete. Potom su Dodoja, Blažević i Jerković tako razdijeljenu drogu predavali većem broju drugih osoba kako bi ona došla do krajnjih kupaca.

Pripadnici PNUSKOK-a su u akciji kod Markulića u kući u Koprivnom pronašli 1,3 kilograma kokaina, dva kilograma heroina i nešto manje od dva i pol kilograma smjese za povećanje mase heroina, kao i šest kilograma smjese za povećanje mase kokaina. Kod Sarića je nađeno još 880 grama iste smjese te 0,63 grama kokaina. Drogu nisu uspjeli razdijeliti i pripremiti za daljnju prodaju jer su uhićeni. U Sarićevoj kući u Prugovu pronađena je, kako je to rekla sutkinja Rupić, "iznimno velika količina sredstava za miksanje, prešanje i pakiranje droge".

Ipak, u presudi je "ispala" konstatacija iz optužnice da su drogu nabavljali iz BiH jer, obrazložila je sutkinja, nije bilo dokaza da su Markulić i ostali išli u susjednu državu baš radi nabave droge.

– Iako imamo zabilježene evidentne prelaske granice nekih okrivljenika, to može biti samo sumnja, ali nema dokaza da su kupovali drogu. Može netko pet, šest puta prijeći granicu zbog nekog drugog razloga, iako mi možemo misliti zbog čega je to tako, ali moramo imati dokaz. U obzir smo uzeli da se radi o većim količinama droge koja je nedvojbeno nabavljana i pripremana u kući Igora Sarića. Svi su optuženici, osim Jerkovića, dolazili u njegovu kuću naizmjenice, i to u kasnim noćnim satima i ne zajedno, a jedino je Sarić, kao vlasnik kuće, uvijek bio tu i dobro je znao što se događa te je sa svima sudjelovao u pripremanju droge za daljnju prodaju. S obzirom na to da je krimen Milišića i Jerkovića manji, oni su dobili blaže sankcije – kazala je, uz ostalo, sutkinja Rupić.

Splitsko sudsko vijeće, sa sutkinjom Ivonom Rupić na čelu, izreklo je u utorak ukupno 32 godine zatvora šesteročlanoj zločinačkoj organizaciji s Alenom Markulićem (47), zvanim Luster, na čelu, i to zbog krijumčarenja i preprodaje većih količina heroina i kokaina.

Alen Markulić osuđen je nepravomoćno na šest godina zatvora, a isto toliko dobili su i Siniša Dodoja (59), zvan Šeki, Tomislav Blažević (45), zvan Sova, te Igor Sarić (52), zvan Buva, dok su preostala dva "nižerangirana" člana organizacije, Darko Milišić (46) i najmlađi od njih Ivan Jerković (37), zvan Vladika, osuđeni na po četiri godine zatvora.

Svima je produljen istražni zatvor, i to prvoj četvorici zbog toga što su dobili kazne veće od pet godina, što znači automatski odlazak u istražni zatvor do pravomoćnosti presude, a Milišić i Jerković zbog opasnosti da bi na slobodi mogli ponoviti kazneno djelo. Svi su izricanje presude saslušali bez vidljivih reakcija, jedino je Blažević, kad je čuo svoju kaznu, nakratko zapljeskao.

'Uvezli' heroin i kokain

Podsjetimo, USKOK ih je teretio da su od 17. veljače 2020. do 27. svibnja 2020. godine zajedno i po prethodnom dogovoru, a radi kontinuirane nabave većih količina heroina i kokaina iz Albanije i Bosne i Hercegovine te krijumčarenja i daljnje preprodaje droge na području Hrvatske, "nabavljali i posredstvom za sada nepoznatih osoba u Hrvatsku krijumčarili po 5000 grama heroina i kokaina". USKOK je u optužnici procijenio da ukupna vrijednost prokrijumčarenog heroina na ilegalnom tržištu u Hrvatskoj iznosi najmanje dva milijuna kuna, a kokaina najmanje tri milijuna i 750 tisuća kuna, a i Lusterova je ekipa prilikom dopremanja, preuzimanja i daljnje prodaje droge te međusobne komunikacije koristila posebno nabavljene kriptirane mobitele.

Nova optužnica za novu zločinačku organizaciju u Splitu: kako su Luster, Šeki, Sova, Buva i Vladika švercali drogu ‘tešku‘ gotovo šest milijuna kuna

Po optužnici, Luster, Šeki i Sova nabavljenu su drogu skladištili u kući Igora Sarića u Prugovu, gdje su heroin i kokain miješali s punilima radi povećanja mase droge te su drogu vagali i pakirali u manje pakete. Potom su Dodoja, Blažević i Jerković tako razdijeljenu drogu predavali većem broju drugih osoba kako bi ona došla do krajnjih kupaca.

Pripadnici PNUSKOK-a su u akciji kod Markulića u kući u Koprivnom pronašli 1,3 kilograma kokaina, dva kilograma heroina i nešto manje od dva i pol kilograma smjese za povećanje mase heroina, kao i šest kilograma smjese za povećanje mase kokaina. Kod Sarića je nađeno još 880 grama iste smjese te 0,63 grama kokaina. Drogu nisu uspjeli razdijeliti i pripremiti za daljnju prodaju jer su uhićeni. U Sarićevoj kući u Prugovu pronađena je, kako je to rekla sutkinja Rupić, "iznimno velika količina sredstava za miksanje, prešanje i pakiranje droge".

Ipak, u presudi je "ispala" konstatacija iz optužnice da su drogu nabavljali iz BiH jer, obrazložila je sutkinja, nije bilo dokaza da su Markulić i ostali išli u susjednu državu baš radi nabave droge.

– Iako imamo zabilježene evidentne prelaske granice nekih okrivljenika, to može biti samo sumnja, ali nema dokaza da su kupovali drogu. Može netko pet, šest puta prijeći granicu zbog nekog drugog razloga, iako mi možemo misliti zbog čega je to tako, ali moramo imati dokaz. U obzir smo uzeli da se radi o većim količinama droge koja je nedvojbeno nabavljana i pripremana u kući Igora Sarića. Svi su optuženici, osim Jerkovića, dolazili u njegovu kuću naizmjenice, i to u kasnim noćnim satima i ne zajedno, a jedino je Sarić, kao vlasnik kuće, uvijek bio tu i dobro je znao što se događa te je sa svima sudjelovao u pripremanju droge za daljnju prodaju. S obzirom na to da je krimen Milišića i Jerkovića manji, oni su dobili blaže sankcije – kazala je, uz ostalo, sutkinja Rupić.
