Pučka pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović bila je gošća emisije "Točka na tjedan" N1 televizije.

Hoće li se javiti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice i što misli o zabrani ustaškog pozdrava "Za dom spremni", samo su  neke od tema o kojima je pričala s urednicom Natašom Božić.

Hoće li se Lora Vidović prijaviti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice?
“Neću, ne. Ostajem pri onome što sam najavila prije više od dvije godine. Osam godina je zaista dugačak mandat, nakon osam godina za mene osobno vrijeme za neke nove izazove, nova učenja… A mislim da je dobro za instituciju, jer je osam godina jedan od najdužih mandata ovakvih institucija u Europi i svijetu”, kazala je.

Komentirajući opetovanje ustaškog pozdrava ‘Za dom spremni’, pravobraniteljica je kazala: “Mislim da očita odgovornost leži u pravnim prazninama. Da je jasno propisano što se smije, što ne smije, nesporazuma, nerazumijevanja, neujednačenih, pa i zlonamjernih tumačenja ne bi bilo. Ja u potpunosti podržavam židovsku organizaciju u tome da se Kaznenim zakonom izričito zabrani korištenje svih simbola proizašlih iz ustaškog režima. To je u skladu s ustavnim vrijednostima Hrvatske i Europske unije kojoj pripadamo”, jasna je Vidović.

Na pitanje smatra li da bi se trebala uvesti iznimka za pripadnike HOS-a kaže: “Mene bi jako zanimalo što bi u tom slučaju rekao Ustavni sud, s obzirom na do sada vrlo jasan stav da se radi o uzviku koji je posve suprotan temeljnim vrijednostima koji u svakom slučaju nije u skladu s Ustavom. Dakle, pokušajte u Njemačkoj ili Austriji započeti neku pjesmu sa ‘Sieg Heil’ i tvrditi da se radi o umjetničkim slobodama. Baš me zanima kako biste prošli”.

Na pitanje smatra li onda da bi izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona nedvosmisleno trebalo zabraniti pozdrav "Za dom spremni", odgovorila je kratko: “Da”.

Pučka pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović bila je gošća emisije "Točka na tjedan" N1 televizije.

Hoće li se javiti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice i što misli o zabrani ustaškog pozdrava "Za dom spremni", samo su  neke od tema o kojima je pričala s urednicom Natašom Božić.

Hoće li se Lora Vidović prijaviti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice?
“Neću, ne. Ostajem pri onome što sam najavila prije više od dvije godine. Osam godina je zaista dugačak mandat, nakon osam godina za mene osobno vrijeme za neke nove izazove, nova učenja… A mislim da je dobro za instituciju, jer je osam godina jedan od najdužih mandata ovakvih institucija u Europi i svijetu”, kazala je.

Komentirajući opetovanje ustaškog pozdrava ‘Za dom spremni’, pravobraniteljica je kazala: “Mislim da očita odgovornost leži u pravnim prazninama. Da je jasno propisano što se smije, što ne smije, nesporazuma, nerazumijevanja, neujednačenih, pa i zlonamjernih tumačenja ne bi bilo. Ja u potpunosti podržavam židovsku organizaciju u tome da se Kaznenim zakonom izričito zabrani korištenje svih simbola proizašlih iz ustaškog režima. To je u skladu s ustavnim vrijednostima Hrvatske i Europske unije kojoj pripadamo”, jasna je Vidović.

Na pitanje smatra li da bi se trebala uvesti iznimka za pripadnike HOS-a kaže: “Mene bi jako zanimalo što bi u tom slučaju rekao Ustavni sud, s obzirom na do sada vrlo jasan stav da se radi o uzviku koji je posve suprotan temeljnim vrijednostima koji u svakom slučaju nije u skladu s Ustavom. Dakle, pokušajte u Njemačkoj ili Austriji započeti neku pjesmu sa ‘Sieg Heil’ i tvrditi da se radi o umjetničkim slobodama. Baš me zanima kako biste prošli”.

Na pitanje smatra li onda da bi izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona nedvosmisleno trebalo zabraniti pozdrav "Za dom spremni", odgovorila je kratko: “Da”.

Pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović: Ustaški pozdrav treba zabraniti. Pokušajte u Njemačkoj početi pjesmu sa ‘Sieg Heil’, baš me zanima kako biste prošli

Pučka pravobraniteljica Lora Vidović bila je gošća emisije "Točka na tjedan" N1 televizije.

Hoće li se javiti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice i što misli o zabrani ustaškog pozdrava "Za dom spremni", samo su  neke od tema o kojima je pričala s urednicom Natašom Božić.

Hoće li se Lora Vidović prijaviti za još jedan mandat pučke pravobraniteljice?
“Neću, ne. Ostajem pri onome što sam najavila prije više od dvije godine. Osam godina je zaista dugačak mandat, nakon osam godina za mene osobno vrijeme za neke nove izazove, nova učenja… A mislim da je dobro za instituciju, jer je osam godina jedan od najdužih mandata ovakvih institucija u Europi i svijetu”, kazala je.

Komentirajući opetovanje ustaškog pozdrava ‘Za dom spremni’, pravobraniteljica je kazala: “Mislim da očita odgovornost leži u pravnim prazninama. Da je jasno propisano što se smije, što ne smije, nesporazuma, nerazumijevanja, neujednačenih, pa i zlonamjernih tumačenja ne bi bilo. Ja u potpunosti podržavam židovsku organizaciju u tome da se Kaznenim zakonom izričito zabrani korištenje svih simbola proizašlih iz ustaškog režima. To je u skladu s ustavnim vrijednostima Hrvatske i Europske unije kojoj pripadamo”, jasna je Vidović.

Na pitanje smatra li da bi se trebala uvesti iznimka za pripadnike HOS-a kaže: “Mene bi jako zanimalo što bi u tom slučaju rekao Ustavni sud, s obzirom na do sada vrlo jasan stav da se radi o uzviku koji je posve suprotan temeljnim vrijednostima koji u svakom slučaju nije u skladu s Ustavom. Dakle, pokušajte u Njemačkoj ili Austriji započeti neku pjesmu sa ‘Sieg Heil’ i tvrditi da se radi o umjetničkim slobodama. Baš me zanima kako biste prošli”.

Na pitanje smatra li onda da bi izmjenama i dopunama Kaznenog zakona nedvosmisleno trebalo zabraniti pozdrav "Za dom spremni", odgovorila je kratko: “Da”.
