Tužitelji su pozvani da prijave suce koji šest mjeseci ne dirnu predmet koji su zadužili, a predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je dopis glavnoj tužiteljici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek, ali i šefovima sudova da od tih sudaca traže očitovanje, piše u četvrtak Jutarnji list.

Prije nešto manje od mjesec dana predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je predsjednicima svih županijskih i općinskih sudova i Visokog prekršajnog suda neobičan dopis. U njemu ih obavještava da se pripreme na to da će tužitelji ubuduće prijavljivati suce za nerad. Sessa je pritom predsjednike svih sudova zadužio da promptno reagiraju na svaku prijavu, pozovu suca na očitovanje i ispitaju zašto ne radi.

Sessa se najprije obratio glavnoj državnoj odvjetnici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek i zamolio je da nalozi svim nižim državnim odvjetnicima da predsjednike sudova, predsjednike neposredno viših sudova, ali i Ured predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, obavještavaju o svakom predmetu iz kaznene grane sudovanja, neovisno o tome u kojoj je fazi postupak, u kojima šest mjeseci ili dulje nije bilo nikakvih aktivnosti koje bi vodile okončanju postupka.

Glavna državna odvjetnica Hrvoj Šipek objeručke je prihvatila Sessinu inicijativu i od sredine prošlog mjeseca državni odvjetnici obavještavaju predsjednike sudova o slučajevima zastoja na pojedinim predmetima. Predsjednik suda, prema nalogu predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, u svakom prijavljenom slučaju od suca mora zatražiti izvješće o poduzetim radnjama i razlozima zbog kojih se u konkretnom predmetu ne poduzimaju procesne radnje upravljene prema okončanju postupka.

Sessa im je kazao da će na isti način postupati i on kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kada je neposredno viši sud, ali i da će tražiti izvješća i o predmetima koji se odnose na rad sudaca na općinskim sudovima.

Na pitanje što ga je ponukalo na takav potez, Sessa najprije napominje da je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda najviše tijelo sudske uprave.

Predsjednici sudova vode sudsku upravu i oni su dužni skrbiti za uredno obavljanje poslova u sudu. Jedan od segmenata urednog obavljanja posla u sudu je ažurni rad sudaca, rekao je Sessa i dodao kako je zamolio da državni odvjetnici rade ono sto je bilo uobičajeno prije desetak godina, da upozore sud kada se ništa ne događa u predmetu, donosi Jutarnji list.

Tužitelji su pozvani da prijave suce koji šest mjeseci ne dirnu predmet koji su zadužili, a predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je dopis glavnoj tužiteljici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek, ali i šefovima sudova da od tih sudaca traže očitovanje, piše u četvrtak Jutarnji list.

Prije nešto manje od mjesec dana predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je predsjednicima svih županijskih i općinskih sudova i Visokog prekršajnog suda neobičan dopis. U njemu ih obavještava da se pripreme na to da će tužitelji ubuduće prijavljivati suce za nerad. Sessa je pritom predsjednike svih sudova zadužio da promptno reagiraju na svaku prijavu, pozovu suca na očitovanje i ispitaju zašto ne radi.

Sessa se najprije obratio glavnoj državnoj odvjetnici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek i zamolio je da nalozi svim nižim državnim odvjetnicima da predsjednike sudova, predsjednike neposredno viših sudova, ali i Ured predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, obavještavaju o svakom predmetu iz kaznene grane sudovanja, neovisno o tome u kojoj je fazi postupak, u kojima šest mjeseci ili dulje nije bilo nikakvih aktivnosti koje bi vodile okončanju postupka.

Glavna državna odvjetnica Hrvoj Šipek objeručke je prihvatila Sessinu inicijativu i od sredine prošlog mjeseca državni odvjetnici obavještavaju predsjednike sudova o slučajevima zastoja na pojedinim predmetima. Predsjednik suda, prema nalogu predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, u svakom prijavljenom slučaju od suca mora zatražiti izvješće o poduzetim radnjama i razlozima zbog kojih se u konkretnom predmetu ne poduzimaju procesne radnje upravljene prema okončanju postupka.

Sessa im je kazao da će na isti način postupati i on kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kada je neposredno viši sud, ali i da će tražiti izvješća i o predmetima koji se odnose na rad sudaca na općinskim sudovima.

Na pitanje što ga je ponukalo na takav potez, Sessa najprije napominje da je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda najviše tijelo sudske uprave.

Predsjednici sudova vode sudsku upravu i oni su dužni skrbiti za uredno obavljanje poslova u sudu. Jedan od segmenata urednog obavljanja posla u sudu je ažurni rad sudaca, rekao je Sessa i dodao kako je zamolio da državni odvjetnici rade ono sto je bilo uobičajeno prije desetak godina, da upozore sud kada se ništa ne događa u predmetu, donosi Jutarnji list.

Nema više zabušavanja: Vrhovni sud pozvao tužitelje da prijave suce koji šest mjeseci ne taknu predmet

Tužitelji su pozvani da prijave suce koji šest mjeseci ne dirnu predmet koji su zadužili, a predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je dopis glavnoj tužiteljici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek, ali i šefovima sudova da od tih sudaca traže očitovanje, piše u četvrtak Jutarnji list.

Prije nešto manje od mjesec dana predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Đuro Sessa poslao je predsjednicima svih županijskih i općinskih sudova i Visokog prekršajnog suda neobičan dopis. U njemu ih obavještava da se pripreme na to da će tužitelji ubuduće prijavljivati suce za nerad. Sessa je pritom predsjednike svih sudova zadužio da promptno reagiraju na svaku prijavu, pozovu suca na očitovanje i ispitaju zašto ne radi.

Sessa se najprije obratio glavnoj državnoj odvjetnici Zlati Hrvoj Šipek i zamolio je da nalozi svim nižim državnim odvjetnicima da predsjednike sudova, predsjednike neposredno viših sudova, ali i Ured predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, obavještavaju o svakom predmetu iz kaznene grane sudovanja, neovisno o tome u kojoj je fazi postupak, u kojima šest mjeseci ili dulje nije bilo nikakvih aktivnosti koje bi vodile okončanju postupka.

Glavna državna odvjetnica Hrvoj Šipek objeručke je prihvatila Sessinu inicijativu i od sredine prošlog mjeseca državni odvjetnici obavještavaju predsjednike sudova o slučajevima zastoja na pojedinim predmetima. Predsjednik suda, prema nalogu predsjednika Vrhovnog suda, u svakom prijavljenom slučaju od suca mora zatražiti izvješće o poduzetim radnjama i razlozima zbog kojih se u konkretnom predmetu ne poduzimaju procesne radnje upravljene prema okončanju postupka.

Sessa im je kazao da će na isti način postupati i on kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda kada je neposredno viši sud, ali i da će tražiti izvješća i o predmetima koji se odnose na rad sudaca na općinskim sudovima.

Na pitanje što ga je ponukalo na takav potez, Sessa najprije napominje da je predsjednik Vrhovnog suda najviše tijelo sudske uprave.

Predsjednici sudova vode sudsku upravu i oni su dužni skrbiti za uredno obavljanje poslova u sudu. Jedan od segmenata urednog obavljanja posla u sudu je ažurni rad sudaca, rekao je Sessa i dodao kako je zamolio da državni odvjetnici rade ono sto je bilo uobičajeno prije desetak godina, da upozore sud kada se ništa ne događa u predmetu, donosi Jutarnji list.
