Splitski KBC ima oko 3800 zaposlenih, a prema neslužbenim informacijama do sada se protiv COVID-19 cijepilo između 40 i 50 posto svih zaposlenika.

I dok su liječnici, kojih zajedno sa specijalizantima ima oko 800, dobro "odgovorili" na cijepljenje, jer ih se cijepilo između 50 i 60 posto, dotle medicinske sestre, kojih u bolnici radi oko 1600, i nisu baš voljne primiti cjepivo – zasad ih je to učinilo tek 30 posto.

Zbog čega je to tako, nismo uspjeli doznati jer nitko ne želi o tome javno govoriti, jedino se može doznati neslužbena informacija.

Unutar splitske "kuće zdravlja" tako vlada svojevrsna omerta.

Virus ponovno ušao

Istodobno, dok se u KBC-u Split i nisu baš voljni svi cijepiti, dotle se unutar bolnice pojavljuju novi slučajevi zaraze. Tako, prema posljednjim informacijama, ima devet novih slučajeva, i to na dva bolnička odjela na Firulama. Ruku na srce, bilo bi čudno da se COVID-19 u bolnici nije pojavio s obzirom da je bolnica sustav u kojemu radi i boravi mnogo ljudi, uključujući one koji, usprkos "novom normalnom", moraju doći na pregled u bolnicu.

Kako je koronavirus mogao unijeti netko od pacijenata, tako je mogao i netko od zaposlenih koji se nije stigao ili nije htio još uvijek cijepiti. Kako takvih, prema svemu sudeći, u bolnici ima podosta, vjerojatnost za ulazak virusa je puno veća.

I što sada, kako pridobiti one zaposlenike bolnice koji se nisu cijepili protiv COVID-19 i kako ih uvjeriti da to trebaju učiniti za svoje dobro, za dobro pacijenata i svojih obitelji?

U drugim europskim zemljama s takvim stvarima nemaju problema.

– Kod nas u Njemačkoj svi se zdravstveni radnici žele cijepiti. Pogotovo oni koji rade s pacijentima i koji su na svoje oči vidjeli patnje onih koji su teško oboljeli od COVID-19. Kod nas u bolnici Charite jedva smo čekali da cijepljenje počne. Bitno je cijepiti se jer je koronavirus tisuću puta gori od eventualnih nuspojava cjepiva i svako do sada odobreno cjepivo u EU-u daje potrebnu i dobru zaštitu – kazuje nam prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, specijalist infektologije i interne medicine, šef Odjela za kiruršku infektologiju bolnice Charite u Berlinu.

Maknuli bi ih od pacijenata

Zanimalo nas je što bi se dogodilo ako bi neki zdravstveni radnik odbio cijepljenje.

– O tome se još ne raspravlja, jer takvih slučajeva još nije bilo. No, ako do nečeg takvog dođe, postoji mogućnost da osoba koja se ne bi htjela cijepiti ne bi mogla raditi s pacijentima, nego bi bila premještena na neko drugo radno mjesto, gdje nema kontakata s pacijentima – kaže dr. Trampuž.

Što će Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministar Beroš učiniti, na koji će način uvjeriti sve zdravstvene radnike da se trebaju cijepiti, vidjet ćemo.

Svakako, zabrinjavajuće je da u zemlji u kojoj se obično pučanstvo uvjerava kako se mora i treba cijepiti, zdravstveno osoblje to odbija učiniti.

Splitski KBC ima oko 3800 zaposlenih, a prema neslužbenim informacijama do sada se protiv COVID-19 cijepilo između 40 i 50 posto svih zaposlenika.

I dok su liječnici, kojih zajedno sa specijalizantima ima oko 800, dobro "odgovorili" na cijepljenje, jer ih se cijepilo između 50 i 60 posto, dotle medicinske sestre, kojih u bolnici radi oko 1600, i nisu baš voljne primiti cjepivo – zasad ih je to učinilo tek 30 posto.

Zbog čega je to tako, nismo uspjeli doznati jer nitko ne želi o tome javno govoriti, jedino se može doznati neslužbena informacija.

Unutar splitske "kuće zdravlja" tako vlada svojevrsna omerta.

Virus ponovno ušao

Istodobno, dok se u KBC-u Split i nisu baš voljni svi cijepiti, dotle se unutar bolnice pojavljuju novi slučajevi zaraze. Tako, prema posljednjim informacijama, ima devet novih slučajeva, i to na dva bolnička odjela na Firulama. Ruku na srce, bilo bi čudno da se COVID-19 u bolnici nije pojavio s obzirom da je bolnica sustav u kojemu radi i boravi mnogo ljudi, uključujući one koji, usprkos "novom normalnom", moraju doći na pregled u bolnicu.

Kako je koronavirus mogao unijeti netko od pacijenata, tako je mogao i netko od zaposlenih koji se nije stigao ili nije htio još uvijek cijepiti. Kako takvih, prema svemu sudeći, u bolnici ima podosta, vjerojatnost za ulazak virusa je puno veća.

I što sada, kako pridobiti one zaposlenike bolnice koji se nisu cijepili protiv COVID-19 i kako ih uvjeriti da to trebaju učiniti za svoje dobro, za dobro pacijenata i svojih obitelji?

U drugim europskim zemljama s takvim stvarima nemaju problema.

– Kod nas u Njemačkoj svi se zdravstveni radnici žele cijepiti. Pogotovo oni koji rade s pacijentima i koji su na svoje oči vidjeli patnje onih koji su teško oboljeli od COVID-19. Kod nas u bolnici Charite jedva smo čekali da cijepljenje počne. Bitno je cijepiti se jer je koronavirus tisuću puta gori od eventualnih nuspojava cjepiva i svako do sada odobreno cjepivo u EU-u daje potrebnu i dobru zaštitu – kazuje nam prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, specijalist infektologije i interne medicine, šef Odjela za kiruršku infektologiju bolnice Charite u Berlinu.

Maknuli bi ih od pacijenata

Zanimalo nas je što bi se dogodilo ako bi neki zdravstveni radnik odbio cijepljenje.

– O tome se još ne raspravlja, jer takvih slučajeva još nije bilo. No, ako do nečeg takvog dođe, postoji mogućnost da osoba koja se ne bi htjela cijepiti ne bi mogla raditi s pacijentima, nego bi bila premještena na neko drugo radno mjesto, gdje nema kontakata s pacijentima – kaže dr. Trampuž.

Što će Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministar Beroš učiniti, na koji će način uvjeriti sve zdravstvene radnike da se trebaju cijepiti, vidjet ćemo.

Svakako, zabrinjavajuće je da u zemlji u kojoj se obično pučanstvo uvjerava kako se mora i treba cijepiti, zdravstveno osoblje to odbija učiniti.

Korona se ‘probila‘ na dva odjela na Firulama! U KBC-u se sestre masovno odbijaju cijepiti u vrijeme kada se pacijenti ‘tuku‘ za spasonosno cjepivo

Splitski KBC ima oko 3800 zaposlenih, a prema neslužbenim informacijama do sada se protiv COVID-19 cijepilo između 40 i 50 posto svih zaposlenika.

I dok su liječnici, kojih zajedno sa specijalizantima ima oko 800, dobro "odgovorili" na cijepljenje, jer ih se cijepilo između 50 i 60 posto, dotle medicinske sestre, kojih u bolnici radi oko 1600, i nisu baš voljne primiti cjepivo – zasad ih je to učinilo tek 30 posto.

Zbog čega je to tako, nismo uspjeli doznati jer nitko ne želi o tome javno govoriti, jedino se može doznati neslužbena informacija.

Unutar splitske "kuće zdravlja" tako vlada svojevrsna omerta.

Virus ponovno ušao

Istodobno, dok se u KBC-u Split i nisu baš voljni svi cijepiti, dotle se unutar bolnice pojavljuju novi slučajevi zaraze. Tako, prema posljednjim informacijama, ima devet novih slučajeva, i to na dva bolnička odjela na Firulama. Ruku na srce, bilo bi čudno da se COVID-19 u bolnici nije pojavio s obzirom da je bolnica sustav u kojemu radi i boravi mnogo ljudi, uključujući one koji, usprkos "novom normalnom", moraju doći na pregled u bolnicu.

Kako je koronavirus mogao unijeti netko od pacijenata, tako je mogao i netko od zaposlenih koji se nije stigao ili nije htio još uvijek cijepiti. Kako takvih, prema svemu sudeći, u bolnici ima podosta, vjerojatnost za ulazak virusa je puno veća.

I što sada, kako pridobiti one zaposlenike bolnice koji se nisu cijepili protiv COVID-19 i kako ih uvjeriti da to trebaju učiniti za svoje dobro, za dobro pacijenata i svojih obitelji?

U drugim europskim zemljama s takvim stvarima nemaju problema.

– Kod nas u Njemačkoj svi se zdravstveni radnici žele cijepiti. Pogotovo oni koji rade s pacijentima i koji su na svoje oči vidjeli patnje onih koji su teško oboljeli od COVID-19. Kod nas u bolnici Charite jedva smo čekali da cijepljenje počne. Bitno je cijepiti se jer je koronavirus tisuću puta gori od eventualnih nuspojava cjepiva i svako do sada odobreno cjepivo u EU-u daje potrebnu i dobru zaštitu – kazuje nam prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, specijalist infektologije i interne medicine, šef Odjela za kiruršku infektologiju bolnice Charite u Berlinu.

Maknuli bi ih od pacijenata

Zanimalo nas je što bi se dogodilo ako bi neki zdravstveni radnik odbio cijepljenje.

– O tome se još ne raspravlja, jer takvih slučajeva još nije bilo. No, ako do nečeg takvog dođe, postoji mogućnost da osoba koja se ne bi htjela cijepiti ne bi mogla raditi s pacijentima, nego bi bila premještena na neko drugo radno mjesto, gdje nema kontakata s pacijentima – kaže dr. Trampuž.

Što će Ministarstvo zdravstva i ministar Beroš učiniti, na koji će način uvjeriti sve zdravstvene radnike da se trebaju cijepiti, vidjet ćemo.

Svakako, zabrinjavajuće je da u zemlji u kojoj se obično pučanstvo uvjerava kako se mora i treba cijepiti, zdravstveno osoblje to odbija učiniti.
