"Rješenjem o osiguranju" Općinskoga građanskog suda u Zagrebu od 21. rujna 2021., kojim se Udruzi za nezavisnu medijsku kulturu, nakladniku portala H-alter, izriče privremena mjera zabrane objavljivanja tekstova o ravnateljici Poliklinike za zaštitu djece i mladih Grada Zagreba Gordani Buljan Flander, hrvatsko pravosuđe posegnulo je za do sada neviđenom cenzurom "unaprijed", smatra Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo i Sindikat novinara Hrvatske.
Nakon što je H-alter u proteklih nekoliko tjedana objavio seriju tekstova novinarke Jelene Jindre pod naslovom "Sustav za zaštitu ili zlostavljanje djece?" u kojima problematizira rad Gordane Buljan Flander, odnosno Poliklinike kojoj je na čelu, sudac Andrija Krivak potpisao je skandalozno rješenje kojim se jednom mediju zabranjuje pisati o određenoj osobi.
Sud je pritom dao ocjenu novinarskog istraživanja kolegice Jindre bez saslušanja urednika ili novinarke te predstavnika nakladnika. Umjesto da eventualne dvojbe raspravi u redovnom procesu, sudac je odlučio do daljnjega zabraniti H-alteru istraživati postupanje jedne javne ustanove i njezine ravnateljice! Takav presedan može biti poguban za slobodu medija u Hrvatskoj.
Nakon što smo godinama svjedoci SLAP-tužbi protiv novinara, ovaj put je i pravosuđe otišlo korak dalje te samo odlučilo ušutkati medij. Pritom treba napomenuti kako su ravnateljica Poliklinike G. Buljan Flander i njezini suradnici, prema svjedočenju kolegica i kolega novinara, više puta do sada propustili ponuđenu im priliku da javnosti predstave svoje viđenje kontroverzne doktrine "otuđenja djeteta" za koju neki stručnjaci iz prakse svjedoče kako se često zlorabi protiv žena žrtava nasilja.
Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo i Sindikat novinara Hrvatske smatraju kako je ovdje riječ o opasnom pokušaju cenzure i nedopustivom ušutkivanju medija!
HND i SNH stoga pozivaju sve hrvatske medije, sve novinare i urednike, da se odupru ovakvom obliku pritiska te u znak solidarnosti s kolegicom Jindrom i neprofitnim portalom H-alter prenesu istraživački serijal "Sustav za zaštitu ili zlostavljanje djece?" i time pokažu da nas se ne može ušutkati, stoji u priopćenju koje potpisuju Maja Sever, predsjednica Sindikata novinara Hrvatske i Hrvoje Zovko, predsjednik Hrvatskog novinarskog društva.

"Rješenjem o osiguranju" Općinskoga građanskog suda u Zagrebu od 21. rujna 2021., kojim se Udruzi za nezavisnu medijsku kulturu, nakladniku portala H-alter, izriče privremena mjera zabrane objavljivanja tekstova o ravnateljici Poliklinike za zaštitu djece i mladih Grada Zagreba Gordani Buljan Flander, hrvatsko pravosuđe posegnulo je za do sada neviđenom cenzurom "unaprijed", smatra Hrvatsko novinarsko društvo i Sindikat novinara Hrvatske.
Nakon što je H-alter u proteklih nekoliko tjedana objavio seriju tekstova novinarke Jelene Jindre pod naslovom "Sustav za zaštitu ili zlostavljanje djece?" u kojima problematizira rad Gordane Buljan Flander, odnosno Poliklinike kojoj je na čelu, sudac Andrija Krivak potpisao je skandalozno rješenje kojim se jednom mediju zabranjuje pisati o određenoj osobi.
Sud je pritom dao ocjenu novinarskog istraživanja kolegice Jindre bez saslušanja urednika ili novinarke te predstavnika nakladnika. Umjesto da eventualne dvojbe raspravi u redovnom procesu, sudac je odlučio do daljnjega zabraniti H-alteru istraživati postupanje jedne javne ustanove i njezine ravnateljice! Takav presedan može biti poguban za slobodu medija u Hrvatskoj.
Nakon što smo godinama svjedoci SLAP-tužbi protiv novinara, ovaj put je i pravosuđe otišlo korak dalje te samo odlučilo ušutkati medij. Pritom treba napomenuti kako su ravnateljica Poliklinike G. Buljan Flander i njezini suradnici, prema svjedočenju kolegica i kolega novinara, više puta do sada propustili ponuđenu im priliku da javnosti predstave svoje viđenje kontroverzne doktrine "otuđenja djeteta" za koju neki stručnjaci iz prakse svjedoče kako se često zlorabi protiv žena žrtava nasilja.

HND i SNH stoga pozivaju sve hrvatske medije, sve novinare i urednike, da se odupru ovakvom obliku pritiska te u znak solidarnosti s kolegicom Jindrom i neprofitnim portalom H-alter prenesu istraživački serijal "Sustav za zaštitu ili zlostavljanje djece?" i time pokažu da nas se ne može ušutkati, stoji u priopćenju koje potpisuju Maja Sever, predsjednica Sindikata novinara Hrvatske i Hrvoje Zovko, predsjednik Hrvatskog novinarskog društva.
