Dokazni postupak koji se od prošle godine vodi protiv šestorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog grupnog silovanja 16-godišnje djevojke iz njihovog mjesta završen je na Županijskom sudu u Zadru.

Pred sudskim vijećem Županijskog suda za mladež kojim predsjeda sutkinja Sandra Radanović optuženi mladići bi sada trebali iznijeti obranu na tri ročišta, 31. svibnja, te 2. i 10. lipnja.

Nakon što mladići iznesu svoju stranu priče, uslijedit će završni govori obrane i optužbe, te se očekuje da bi presuda u ovom slučaju koji je potresao javnost mogla biti donesena u srpnju ili kolovozu.

Od početka postupka na prijedlog zastupnika optužbe Denisa Sokola, sutkinja Radanović je raspravu do kraja postupka zatvorila za javnost, radi zaštite osobnog i obiteljskog života žrtve, ali i optuženih maloljetnika, te zbog specifičnosti kaznenog djela silovanja, koje duboko zadire u privatnost žrtve i počinitelja. Prijedlog županijskog državnog odvjetništva o zatvaranju rasprave za javnost podržali su i branitelji okrivljenika.

U vrijeme počinjenja kaznenih dijela koje im se stavljaju na teret, trojica mladića su bila punoljetna, dvojica mlađi punoljetnici a dvoje maloljetnici. Početkom suđenja, samo je jedan od njih još uvijek maloljetan.

Optužnica protiv tada sedmorice okrivljenika iz okolice Zadra podignuta je 6. svibnja 2020. Jedan od mladića optuženih za silovanje u međuvremenu je tragično stradao u prometnoj nesreći. On i suvozač preminuli su na licu mjesta nakon što je na njih naletio automobil zadarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio na znak 'stop'.

Šestorka je optužena za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode: za počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks. Obrana je tražila izuzimanje tih snimki kao nezakonitih, no Vrhovni sud RH je taj zahtjev odbio kao neosnovan.

Dokazni postupak koji se od prošle godine vodi protiv šestorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog grupnog silovanja 16-godišnje djevojke iz njihovog mjesta završen je na Županijskom sudu u Zadru.

Pred sudskim vijećem Županijskog suda za mladež kojim predsjeda sutkinja Sandra Radanović optuženi mladići bi sada trebali iznijeti obranu na tri ročišta, 31. svibnja, te 2. i 10. lipnja.

Nakon što mladići iznesu svoju stranu priče, uslijedit će završni govori obrane i optužbe, te se očekuje da bi presuda u ovom slučaju koji je potresao javnost mogla biti donesena u srpnju ili kolovozu.

Od početka postupka na prijedlog zastupnika optužbe Denisa Sokola, sutkinja Radanović je raspravu do kraja postupka zatvorila za javnost, radi zaštite osobnog i obiteljskog života žrtve, ali i optuženih maloljetnika, te zbog specifičnosti kaznenog djela silovanja, koje duboko zadire u privatnost žrtve i počinitelja. Prijedlog županijskog državnog odvjetništva o zatvaranju rasprave za javnost podržali su i branitelji okrivljenika.

U vrijeme počinjenja kaznenih dijela koje im se stavljaju na teret, trojica mladića su bila punoljetna, dvojica mlađi punoljetnici a dvoje maloljetnici. Početkom suđenja, samo je jedan od njih još uvijek maloljetan.

Optužnica protiv tada sedmorice okrivljenika iz okolice Zadra podignuta je 6. svibnja 2020. Jedan od mladića optuženih za silovanje u međuvremenu je tragično stradao u prometnoj nesreći. On i suvozač preminuli su na licu mjesta nakon što je na njih naletio automobil zadarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio na znak 'stop'.

Šestorka je optužena za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode: za počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks. Obrana je tražila izuzimanje tih snimki kao nezakonitih, no Vrhovni sud RH je taj zahtjev odbio kao neosnovan.

Završen dokazni postupak u slučaju grupnog silovanja 16-godišnjakinje: šestero mladića uskoro iznosi obranu! Jedan od optuženika poginuo u prometnoj nesreći

Dokazni postupak koji se od prošle godine vodi protiv šestorice mladića iz okolice Zadra zbog grupnog silovanja 16-godišnje djevojke iz njihovog mjesta završen je na Županijskom sudu u Zadru.

Pred sudskim vijećem Županijskog suda za mladež kojim predsjeda sutkinja Sandra Radanović optuženi mladići bi sada trebali iznijeti obranu na tri ročišta, 31. svibnja, te 2. i 10. lipnja.

Nakon što mladići iznesu svoju stranu priče, uslijedit će završni govori obrane i optužbe, te se očekuje da bi presuda u ovom slučaju koji je potresao javnost mogla biti donesena u srpnju ili kolovozu.

Od početka postupka na prijedlog zastupnika optužbe Denisa Sokola, sutkinja Radanović je raspravu do kraja postupka zatvorila za javnost, radi zaštite osobnog i obiteljskog života žrtve, ali i optuženih maloljetnika, te zbog specifičnosti kaznenog djela silovanja, koje duboko zadire u privatnost žrtve i počinitelja. Prijedlog županijskog državnog odvjetništva o zatvaranju rasprave za javnost podržali su i branitelji okrivljenika.

U vrijeme počinjenja kaznenih dijela koje im se stavljaju na teret, trojica mladića su bila punoljetna, dvojica mlađi punoljetnici a dvoje maloljetnici. Početkom suđenja, samo je jedan od njih još uvijek maloljetan.

Optužnica protiv tada sedmorice okrivljenika iz okolice Zadra podignuta je 6. svibnja 2020. Jedan od mladića optuženih za silovanje u međuvremenu je tragično stradao u prometnoj nesreći. On i suvozač preminuli su na licu mjesta nakon što je na njih naletio automobil zadarskih oznaka koji se nije zaustavio na znak 'stop'.

Šestorka je optužena za počinjenje više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode: za počinjenje jednog teškog kaznenog djela protiv spolne slobode, više teških kaznenih djela protiv spolne slobode, više kaznenih djela bludnih radnji i dva kaznena djela iskorištavanja djece za pornografiju, sve na štetu djeteta.

Djevojčica je postala žrtva masovnog seksualnog iživljavanja mladića kada joj je bilo 15 godina. Silovanja su ponekad snimali mobitelom, čime su ucjenjivali djevojku kako bi od nje iznudili nove seksualne odnose. Prijetili su joj da će filmove poslati njenim roditeljima i prijateljima ako ne pristane na seks. Obrana je tražila izuzimanje tih snimki kao nezakonitih, no Vrhovni sud RH je taj zahtjev odbio kao neosnovan.
