Grad Zadar je u potrazi za korisnicom kojoj bi trebao biti dodijeljen gradski stan, a predsjednik Komisije za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra i gradski vijećnik Damir Biloglav (Domovinski pokret) najavljuje nove poteze koji bi trebali dovesti do brže, ali i pravednije dodjele stanova. 

- Na nedavnoj sjednici smo, prema listi prioriteta, dodjeljivali tri stana. Prva dva stana smo dodijelili bez problema, dok smo treći stan dodijelili jednoj korisnici koja se nalazila na toj listi. Međutim do nje djelatnici Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom nikako nisu mogli doći kako bi je obavijestili da je dobila stan, stoga smo odlučili stan dodijeliti korisnici koja se na listi nalazi iza nje. Međutim, Grad ni s tom osobom ne može stupiti u kontakt, govori nam vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako su gradski stanova za smještaj osoba slabijeg imovinskog stanja problem koji se "kuha" već duže vrijeme. 

- Zbog takvih stvari uskoro ću od Grada tražiti reviziju gradskih stanova, ali što je još bitnije, i reviziju korisnika te liste prioriteta, najavljuje vijećnik Biloglav obrzlažući svoju odluku. 

- Zasigurno je da lista po kojoj se dodjeljuju stanovi ima problema. Lista prioriteta za dodjelu stanova se revidira svako četiri godine. No, u četiri godine života neke osobe puno se stvari može promijeniti. Lista prioriteta trebala bi se ažurirati puno češće. Nekome se život može promijeniti u sekundi te mu je odmah potreban socijalni stan, odnosno netko tko nije na listi može u sekundi postati prioritet, ističe vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako se trenutno se na listi prioriteta nalaze ljudi koji čekaju i po 15 godina na dom. 

- Nastojat ću u svom mandatu predsjednika Komisije za davanje u najam stanova napraviti fleksibilniju listu koja može brže odgovoriti na potrebe najugroženijih građana. Druga stvar koju treba utvrditi su mehanizmi kontrole korisnika gradskih stanova. Dogodi se da netko dobije stan na korištenje pa ga onda, bez znanja Grada, prepusti nekom drugom. Do takvih situacija uopće ne bi trebalo dolaziti, odnosno treba uspostaviti dobre mehanizme kontrole koji će provjeravati živi li onaj, komu je stan i dodjeljen, usitinu u toj nekretnini ili ju koristi netko drugi, kazao je Biloglav dodajući i kako je potrebno ojačati UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom jer se trenutno samo dvije djelatnice brinu o socijalnim stanovima. 

Podsjetimo kako Grad Zadar, prema podacima iz revizije stanja stanova za 2022. godinu, u svom vlasništvu ima 392 stana, različitih namjena i stanja. Evidenciju stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra kao i njihovih korisnika vodi Odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Odsjek za gospodarenje poslovnim i stambenim prostorima, koji sukladno Odluci o davanju u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, obavlja administrativne poslove za Komisiju za davanju u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra.

Hoće li djelatnici Odsjeka za gospodarenje poslovnim i stambenim prostorima uspjeti stupiti u kontakt s osobom kojoj treba biti dodijeljen treći stan, članovi Komisije za davanje u najam stanova saznat će idući tjedan kada će održati još jednu sjednicu. Za slučaj da djelatnici Grada ne uspiju stupiti u kontakt s drugom korisnicom kojoj je dodijeljen socijalni stan, Komisija će zasigurno stan dodjeiliti prvoj idućoj osobi koja se nalazi na listi prioriteta.

Grad Zadar je u potrazi za korisnicom kojoj bi trebao biti dodijeljen gradski stan, a predsjednik Komisije za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra i gradski vijećnik Damir Biloglav (Domovinski pokret) najavljuje nove poteze koji bi trebali dovesti do brže, ali i pravednije dodjele stanova. 

- Na nedavnoj sjednici smo, prema listi prioriteta, dodjeljivali tri stana. Prva dva stana smo dodijelili bez problema, dok smo treći stan dodijelili jednoj korisnici koja se nalazila na toj listi. Međutim do nje djelatnici Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom nikako nisu mogli doći kako bi je obavijestili da je dobila stan, stoga smo odlučili stan dodijeliti korisnici koja se na listi nalazi iza nje. Međutim, Grad ni s tom osobom ne može stupiti u kontakt, govori nam vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako su gradski stanova za smještaj osoba slabijeg imovinskog stanja problem koji se "kuha" već duže vrijeme. 

- Zbog takvih stvari uskoro ću od Grada tražiti reviziju gradskih stanova, ali što je još bitnije, i reviziju korisnika te liste prioriteta, najavljuje vijećnik Biloglav obrzlažući svoju odluku. 

- Zasigurno je da lista po kojoj se dodjeljuju stanovi ima problema. Lista prioriteta za dodjelu stanova se revidira svako četiri godine. No, u četiri godine života neke osobe puno se stvari može promijeniti. Lista prioriteta trebala bi se ažurirati puno češće. Nekome se život može promijeniti u sekundi te mu je odmah potreban socijalni stan, odnosno netko tko nije na listi može u sekundi postati prioritet, ističe vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako se trenutno se na listi prioriteta nalaze ljudi koji čekaju i po 15 godina na dom. 

- Nastojat ću u svom mandatu predsjednika Komisije za davanje u najam stanova napraviti fleksibilniju listu koja može brže odgovoriti na potrebe najugroženijih građana. Druga stvar koju treba utvrditi su mehanizmi kontrole korisnika gradskih stanova. Dogodi se da netko dobije stan na korištenje pa ga onda, bez znanja Grada, prepusti nekom drugom. Do takvih situacija uopće ne bi trebalo dolaziti, odnosno treba uspostaviti dobre mehanizme kontrole koji će provjeravati živi li onaj, komu je stan i dodjeljen, usitinu u toj nekretnini ili ju koristi netko drugi, kazao je Biloglav dodajući i kako je potrebno ojačati UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom jer se trenutno samo dvije djelatnice brinu o socijalnim stanovima. 

Podsjetimo kako Grad Zadar, prema podacima iz revizije stanja stanova za 2022. godinu, u svom vlasništvu ima 392 stana, različitih namjena i stanja. Evidenciju stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra kao i njihovih korisnika vodi Odjel za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Odsjek za gospodarenje poslovnim i stambenim prostorima, koji sukladno Odluci o davanju u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra, obavlja administrativne poslove za Komisiju za davanju u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra.

Hoće li djelatnici Odsjeka za gospodarenje poslovnim i stambenim prostorima uspjeti stupiti u kontakt s osobom kojoj treba biti dodijeljen treći stan, članovi Komisije za davanje u najam stanova saznat će idući tjedan kada će održati još jednu sjednicu. Za slučaj da djelatnici Grada ne uspiju stupiti u kontakt s drugom korisnicom kojoj je dodijeljen socijalni stan, Komisija će zasigurno stan dodjeiliti prvoj idućoj osobi koja se nalazi na listi prioriteta.

Grad Zadar je u potrazi za korisnicom kojoj bi trebao biti dodijeljen gradski stan, a predsjednik Komisije za davanje u najam stanova u vlasništvu Grada Zadra i gradski vijećnik Damir Biloglav (Domovinski pokret) najavljuje nove poteze koji bi trebali dovesti do brže, ali i pravednije dodjele stanova. 

- Na nedavnoj sjednici smo, prema listi prioriteta, dodjeljivali tri stana. Prva dva stana smo dodijelili bez problema, dok smo treći stan dodijelili jednoj korisnici koja se nalazila na toj listi. Međutim do nje djelatnici Upravnog odjela za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom nikako nisu mogli doći kako bi je obavijestili da je dobila stan, stoga smo odlučili stan dodijeliti korisnici koja se na listi nalazi iza nje. Međutim, Grad ni s tom osobom ne može stupiti u kontakt, govori nam vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako su gradski stanova za smještaj osoba slabijeg imovinskog stanja problem koji se "kuha" već duže vrijeme. 

- Zbog takvih stvari uskoro ću od Grada tražiti reviziju gradskih stanova, ali što je još bitnije, i reviziju korisnika te liste prioriteta, najavljuje vijećnik Biloglav obrzlažući svoju odluku. 

- Zasigurno je da lista po kojoj se dodjeljuju stanovi ima problema. Lista prioriteta za dodjelu stanova se revidira svako četiri godine. No, u četiri godine života neke osobe puno se stvari može promijeniti. Lista prioriteta trebala bi se ažurirati puno češće. Nekome se život može promijeniti u sekundi te mu je odmah potreban socijalni stan, odnosno netko tko nije na listi može u sekundi postati prioritet, ističe vijećnik Biloglav dodajući kako se trenutno se na listi prioriteta nalaze ljudi koji čekaju i po 15 godina na dom.
