Nećemo podržati izradu Urbanističkog plana uređenja Dragočaja u Petrčanima jer bi to bila devastacija i jer su mještani Petrčana protiv toga, najavio je Enio Meštrović podsjećajući da je taj isti investitor devastaciju izvršio na Braču i Hvaru. „Taj investitor” je Pavao Vujnovac, jedan od moćnih hrvatskih poduzetnika koji je u uvali Dragočaj na 20 hektara zemljišta naumio izgraditi turistički kompleks.

Meštrović i Adela Frank su potom najavili za što će se njihova Nezavisna lista zalagati u nadolazećim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadra.

-U novom prijedlogu je ostvaren neki napredak. Dosada se moglo graditi tri metra od rube parcele, broj apartmana nije bio određen, a zelenilo se „zbrajalo”, što je i bio jedan od razloga betonizacije po gradu. Sada se predviđa gradnja na daljini od pet metara od susjedne parcele, zelenilo bi moralo iznositi 30 posto parcele u „komadu”, a broj apartmana se ograničava tako da se na parceli od 450 kvadrata ne može graditi više od četiri, a na 600 kvadrata više od šest apartmana. Uz dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, to je najveći napredak novog prijedloga Prostornog plana, ali mi ćemo tražiti rast zelenih površina na 40 posto parcele, rekao je Meštrović i podsjetio da je u nekoliko navrata na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća upozoravao na korupciju koja je omogućavala da se u gradskoj upravi izdaju uporabne dozvole iako izgrađeni objekti, a pogotovo zelene površine, nisu bili u skladu s građevinskim dozvolama.

-Mi smo tu još godinu i pol dana, a gradska vlast može razvlačiti donošenje novog Prostornog plana jer mi od toga, za razliku od njih, nemamo nikakve koristi. Ma koliko ulica pričala da sam već dobio dva stana!? Ali, time bi se nastavila dosadašnja betonizacija grada, kazao je Meštrović i potom nabrojio koje će planove podržati, a koje pak neće.

Zeleno svjetlo će dati za predložene parkove, školu u Diklu, javnu garažu na Bilom brigu, podzemnu garažu na Voštarnici ako stanari budu njeni korisnici, spomen park za branitelje kod Odvodnje, igralište Sinjoretovo, dogradnju nekoliko katova na City Galleriju zbog izgradnje hotela, a podržat će i rekonstrukciju hotela Zagreb i Beograd jer nemaju prostor za parking.

Nezavisni će se protiviti stanogradnji na prostoru javne garaže na TIZ-u, ali se o gradnji hotela na tom području može razgovarati.

- Kod „Kerumove zgrade” na Relji o hotelu možemo pričati, o stanogradnji ne. Bivša Poliklinika: hotel da, ali uz rekonstrukciju i bez širenja i prava na javnu površinu. U Murvičkoj iznad pekare, stanogradnja i hotel - ne. Silos u Gaženici stanogradnja na sredini prostora - ne. Za taj dio tražimo detaljan plan, a ne da se krene s jednom stanogradnjom, a onda se ona proširi dalje, iznio je Meštrović.

Nećemo podržati izradu Urbanističkog plana uređenja Dragočaja u Petrčanima jer bi to bila devastacija i jer su mještani Petrčana protiv toga, najavio je Enio Meštrović podsjećajući da je taj isti investitor devastaciju izvršio na Braču i Hvaru. „Taj investitor” je Pavao Vujnovac, jedan od moćnih hrvatskih poduzetnika koji je u uvali Dragočaj na 20 hektara zemljišta naumio izgraditi turistički kompleks.

Meštrović i Adela Frank su potom najavili za što će se njihova Nezavisna lista zalagati u nadolazećim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadra.

-U novom prijedlogu je ostvaren neki napredak. Dosada se moglo graditi tri metra od rube parcele, broj apartmana nije bio određen, a zelenilo se „zbrajalo”, što je i bio jedan od razloga betonizacije po gradu. Sada se predviđa gradnja na daljini od pet metara od susjedne parcele, zelenilo bi moralo iznositi 30 posto parcele u „komadu”, a broj apartmana se ograničava tako da se na parceli od 450 kvadrata ne može graditi više od četiri, a na 600 kvadrata više od šest apartmana. Uz dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, to je najveći napredak novog prijedloga Prostornog plana, ali mi ćemo tražiti rast zelenih površina na 40 posto parcele, rekao je Meštrović i podsjetio da je u nekoliko navrata na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća upozoravao na korupciju koja je omogućavala da se u gradskoj upravi izdaju uporabne dozvole iako izgrađeni objekti, a pogotovo zelene površine, nisu bili u skladu s građevinskim dozvolama.

-Mi smo tu još godinu i pol dana, a gradska vlast može razvlačiti donošenje novog Prostornog plana jer mi od toga, za razliku od njih, nemamo nikakve koristi. Ma koliko ulica pričala da sam već dobio dva stana!? Ali, time bi se nastavila dosadašnja betonizacija grada, kazao je Meštrović i potom nabrojio koje će planove podržati, a koje pak neće.

Zeleno svjetlo će dati za predložene parkove, školu u Diklu, javnu garažu na Bilom brigu, podzemnu garažu na Voštarnici ako stanari budu njeni korisnici, spomen park za branitelje kod Odvodnje, igralište Sinjoretovo, dogradnju nekoliko katova na City Galleriju zbog izgradnje hotela, a podržat će i rekonstrukciju hotela Zagreb i Beograd jer nemaju prostor za parking.

Nezavisni će se protiviti stanogradnji na prostoru javne garaže na TIZ-u, ali se o gradnji hotela na tom području može razgovarati.

- Kod „Kerumove zgrade” na Relji o hotelu možemo pričati, o stanogradnji ne. Bivša Poliklinika: hotel da, ali uz rekonstrukciju i bez širenja i prava na javnu površinu. U Murvičkoj iznad pekare, stanogradnja i hotel - ne. Silos u Gaženici stanogradnja na sredini prostora - ne. Za taj dio tražimo detaljan plan, a ne da se krene s jednom stanogradnjom, a onda se ona proširi dalje, iznio je Meštrović.

Meštrović je protiv investicije Pavla Vujnovca u Petrčanima: evo koje projekte podržava, a kojima neće dati zeleno svjetlo

Nećemo podržati izradu Urbanističkog plana uređenja Dragočaja u Petrčanima jer bi to bila devastacija i jer su mještani Petrčana protiv toga, najavio je Enio Meštrović podsjećajući da je taj isti investitor devastaciju izvršio na Braču i Hvaru. „Taj investitor” je Pavao Vujnovac, jedan od moćnih hrvatskih poduzetnika koji je u uvali Dragočaj na 20 hektara zemljišta naumio izgraditi turistički kompleks.

Meštrović i Adela Frank su potom najavili za što će se njihova Nezavisna lista zalagati u nadolazećim izmjenama i dopunama Prostornog plana Zadra.

-U novom prijedlogu je ostvaren neki napredak. Dosada se moglo graditi tri metra od rube parcele, broj apartmana nije bio određen, a zelenilo se „zbrajalo”, što je i bio jedan od razloga betonizacije po gradu. Sada se predviđa gradnja na daljini od pet metara od susjedne parcele, zelenilo bi moralo iznositi 30 posto parcele u „komadu”, a broj apartmana se ograničava tako da se na parceli od 450 kvadrata ne može graditi više od četiri, a na 600 kvadrata više od šest apartmana. Uz dva parkirna mjesta po stambenoj jedinici, to je najveći napredak novog prijedloga Prostornog plana, ali mi ćemo tražiti rast zelenih površina na 40 posto parcele, rekao je Meštrović i podsjetio da je u nekoliko navrata na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća upozoravao na korupciju koja je omogućavala da se u gradskoj upravi izdaju uporabne dozvole iako izgrađeni objekti, a pogotovo zelene površine, nisu bili u skladu s građevinskim dozvolama.

-Mi smo tu još godinu i pol dana, a gradska vlast može razvlačiti donošenje novog Prostornog plana jer mi od toga, za razliku od njih, nemamo nikakve koristi. Ma koliko ulica pričala da sam već dobio dva stana!? Ali, time bi se nastavila dosadašnja betonizacija grada, kazao je Meštrović i potom nabrojio koje će planove podržati, a koje pak neće.
