Mario Draghi, bivši guverner Europske središnje banke, prihvatio je u petak dužnost premijera Italije i predstavio novu vladu političara i tehnokrata koja bi trebala izvući Italiju iz političke krize usred pandemije covida-19

Glasnogovornik predsjedničke palače objavio je u petak navečer da je Draghi prihvatio dužnost  u Quirinalu na sastanku s predsjednikom Republike Sergiom Mattarellom koji ga je imenovao mandatarom  3. veljače pošto je Giuseppe Conte 26. siječnja morao dati ostavku nakon raspada njegove koalicijske vlade.

Poznat kao "Super Mario" zbog svoje uloge u dužničkoj krizi eurozone 2012., Draghi bi trebao prisegnuti u subotu, a početkom idućeg tjedna zatražiti u parlamentu glasovanje o povjerenju.

Draghi je vodio sveobuhvatne razgovore s političkim strankama zastupljenim u parlamentu koji su mu omogućili da formira šaroliku vladu u kojoj su članovi Demokratske stranke (PD, lijevi centar), ali i krajnje desne Lige Mattea Salvinija i desne Forza Italije Silvija Berlusconija.

U četvrtak je u posljednjem trenutku i Pokret 5 zvjezdica (M5S), antisistemski sve do dolaska na vlast, dao svoj pristanak i tako srušio posljednju zapreku koja je stajala pred vladom nacionalnog jedinstva.

Tako Luigi Di Maio, lider Pokreta 5 zvijezda, ostaje na dužnosti ministra vanjskih poslova.

Ključnu dužnost ministra gospodarstva i financija preuzima Daniele Franco, sadašnji viceguverner Banke Italije i bivši savjetnik Europske komisije, prenosi Reuters.

Giancarlo Giorgetti, jedan od vođa Lige, bit će ministar industrije, a  Andrea Orlando iz Demokratske stranke (lijevi centar) bit će ministar rada.

Neke ključne dužnosti povjerene su tehnokratima, pa je osim Franca imenovan i nestranački stručnjak IT-a, fizičar Roberto Cingolani na čelo resora zelene tranzicije, piše Reuters.

U novoj vladi od 23 člana  samo je osam žena.

Izazovi nove vlade

No teškoće su tek počele za Draghija (73), poznatog po suzdržljivosti, ozbiljnosti i odlučnosti.

Italija koja se približava broju od 100.000 umrlih od covida, imala je u 2020. jedan od najgorih padova BDP-a u eurozoni, 8,9 posto. Treće gospodarstvo eurozone uvelike računa na više od 200 milijarda eura pomoći iz europskih fondova koju je Bruxelles uvjetovao donošenjem opširnog plana trošenja novca do kraja travnja.

"Covid-19 je pogoršao krizu i Italija je i dalje europski bolesnik", rekao je za AFP Fabio Pammolli, profesor ekonomije u Politehničkoj školi u Milanu. Italija je godinama nagomilala golem dug od gotovo 2600 milijarda eura, što je krajem 2020. iznosilo 158 posto njezina BDP-a, najviši omjer u eurozoni nakon Grčke.

Među prioritetima nove vlade je i ubrzavanje kampanje cijepljenja koju je, kao i u drugim europskim zemljama, usporilo kašnjenje u dopremi cjepiva. Cijepljeno je tek 1,2 milijuna od 60 milijuna Talijana.

Druge zadaće koje čekaju desetljećima su: ubrzati sporo pravosuđe, obračunati se s birokracijom tako što će uprava biti učinkovitija i početi ekološku tranziciju koju će koordinirati posebno ministarstvo, prvo takvo u Italiji.

Premda trenutačno uživa ugled "spasioca nacije", Draghi kojeg su školovali isusovci i kojega su dolazak sa zadovoljstvom dočekala financijska tržišta, morat će biti veoma vješt kako bi dugoročno ostao na položaju dok se političke stranke pripremaju za iduće izbore predviđene 2023. 

"U politici, kao i u prirodi postoje ciklusi: medeni mjesec, vrhunac, kraj. Ni Draghi ne može promijeniti taj zakon", upozorava konzultantska tvrtka Policy Sonar na svojoj mrežnoj stranici. "Sada je u fazi 'medenog mjeseca' i nitko se idućih mjeseci neće odvažiti da ga izazove", dodaje ipak.

Mario Draghi, bivši guverner Europske središnje banke, prihvatio je u petak dužnost premijera Italije i predstavio novu vladu političara i tehnokrata koja bi trebala izvući Italiju iz političke krize usred pandemije covida-19

Glasnogovornik predsjedničke palače objavio je u petak navečer da je Draghi prihvatio dužnost  u Quirinalu na sastanku s predsjednikom Republike Sergiom Mattarellom koji ga je imenovao mandatarom  3. veljače pošto je Giuseppe Conte 26. siječnja morao dati ostavku nakon raspada njegove koalicijske vlade.

Poznat kao "Super Mario" zbog svoje uloge u dužničkoj krizi eurozone 2012., Draghi bi trebao prisegnuti u subotu, a početkom idućeg tjedna zatražiti u parlamentu glasovanje o povjerenju.

Draghi je vodio sveobuhvatne razgovore s političkim strankama zastupljenim u parlamentu koji su mu omogućili da formira šaroliku vladu u kojoj su članovi Demokratske stranke (PD, lijevi centar), ali i krajnje desne Lige Mattea Salvinija i desne Forza Italije Silvija Berlusconija.

U četvrtak je u posljednjem trenutku i Pokret 5 zvjezdica (M5S), antisistemski sve do dolaska na vlast, dao svoj pristanak i tako srušio posljednju zapreku koja je stajala pred vladom nacionalnog jedinstva.

Tako Luigi Di Maio, lider Pokreta 5 zvijezda, ostaje na dužnosti ministra vanjskih poslova.

Ključnu dužnost ministra gospodarstva i financija preuzima Daniele Franco, sadašnji viceguverner Banke Italije i bivši savjetnik Europske komisije, prenosi Reuters.

Giancarlo Giorgetti, jedan od vođa Lige, bit će ministar industrije, a  Andrea Orlando iz Demokratske stranke (lijevi centar) bit će ministar rada.

Neke ključne dužnosti povjerene su tehnokratima, pa je osim Franca imenovan i nestranački stručnjak IT-a, fizičar Roberto Cingolani na čelo resora zelene tranzicije, piše Reuters.

U novoj vladi od 23 člana  samo je osam žena.

Izazovi nove vlade

No teškoće su tek počele za Draghija (73), poznatog po suzdržljivosti, ozbiljnosti i odlučnosti.

Italija koja se približava broju od 100.000 umrlih od covida, imala je u 2020. jedan od najgorih padova BDP-a u eurozoni, 8,9 posto. Treće gospodarstvo eurozone uvelike računa na više od 200 milijarda eura pomoći iz europskih fondova koju je Bruxelles uvjetovao donošenjem opširnog plana trošenja novca do kraja travnja.

"Covid-19 je pogoršao krizu i Italija je i dalje europski bolesnik", rekao je za AFP Fabio Pammolli, profesor ekonomije u Politehničkoj školi u Milanu. Italija je godinama nagomilala golem dug od gotovo 2600 milijarda eura, što je krajem 2020. iznosilo 158 posto njezina BDP-a, najviši omjer u eurozoni nakon Grčke.

Među prioritetima nove vlade je i ubrzavanje kampanje cijepljenja koju je, kao i u drugim europskim zemljama, usporilo kašnjenje u dopremi cjepiva. Cijepljeno je tek 1,2 milijuna od 60 milijuna Talijana.

Druge zadaće koje čekaju desetljećima su: ubrzati sporo pravosuđe, obračunati se s birokracijom tako što će uprava biti učinkovitija i početi ekološku tranziciju koju će koordinirati posebno ministarstvo, prvo takvo u Italiji.

Premda trenutačno uživa ugled "spasioca nacije", Draghi kojeg su školovali isusovci i kojega su dolazak sa zadovoljstvom dočekala financijska tržišta, morat će biti veoma vješt kako bi dugoročno ostao na položaju dok se političke stranke pripremaju za iduće izbore predviđene 2023. 

"U politici, kao i u prirodi postoje ciklusi: medeni mjesec, vrhunac, kraj. Ni Draghi ne može promijeniti taj zakon", upozorava konzultantska tvrtka Policy Sonar na svojoj mrežnoj stranici. "Sada je u fazi 'medenog mjeseca' i nitko se idućih mjeseci neće odvažiti da ga izazove", dodaje ipak.

Italija dobila novog premijera, bivši guverner Europske središnje banke zasjeo u vrući stolac

Mario Draghi, bivši guverner Europske središnje banke, prihvatio je u petak dužnost premijera Italije i predstavio novu vladu političara i tehnokrata koja bi trebala izvući Italiju iz političke krize usred pandemije covida-19

Glasnogovornik predsjedničke palače objavio je u petak navečer da je Draghi prihvatio dužnost  u Quirinalu na sastanku s predsjednikom Republike Sergiom Mattarellom koji ga je imenovao mandatarom  3. veljače pošto je Giuseppe Conte 26. siječnja morao dati ostavku nakon raspada njegove koalicijske vlade.

Poznat kao "Super Mario" zbog svoje uloge u dužničkoj krizi eurozone 2012., Draghi bi trebao prisegnuti u subotu, a početkom idućeg tjedna zatražiti u parlamentu glasovanje o povjerenju.
